   Worst app ever!!!!. Worst sellers app ever!!! Froze up! Can’t adjust pictures! Not a user friendly app at all. Maybe you should look at other successful selling apps and make adjustments. Cost too much to list on Etsy as well!!! Reasons why I do not list on this site. I’ve sold on eBay 20 plus years with no issues, poshmark 6 years , mercari 3years, and Depop 1 yr, no issues there. Fix your app and make more people will list on your site. Just a random thought.

   Currently Unusable for me. It’s been months since being able to ship things as Letters - the cheapest ship option is between $4-5 dollars on the App. I have to use a web browser to get actual letter shipping prices for my sticker business. Please fix the app.

   Please bring back SKUs. In the latest update you removed SKUs from the Orders tab and it makes locating and packing items impossible. We’re forced to use the web app now.

   Update malfunction. After the update, I can’t switch between my shops! I rarely use my computer for Etsy, I do everything on my phone. And now I have to fight with trying to open a webpage so I can see my other shop. Really annoying.

   This app has gone to hell. This app is barely usable now. As someone who’s used the Seller app since 2016, I’ve never seen so many bugs and glitches in one place. What the heck happened??? Why are there multiple pages to list one item instead of everything being on one neat page? And don’t even get me started on the steadily increasing fees which were raised to make the app better. Just garbage all around.

   Won’t let me sign in. I keep trying to sign into the app but it continues to say that my email is not connected to a shop even though on my other app it shows that the email is with the shop I have.

   Update added even e bugs. It will not allow me to log out nor switch accounts making the app useless. I would like the developers to have to actually use this app to run a shop. It is obvious to me they never have used this in any practical way. Do you even have beta testers? Absolutely useless garbage. Etsy hates its sellers.

   Shady Practices. They may decide to suspend your account with nor warning and no explanation in violation of their own polices. Then they ask you questions for you to prove who you are but still will not inform you of what happened. They do this knowing full well that the average seller does not have the resources to pursue legal action. If you decide to sell here, make sure you have alternative platforms and advertise as such so they can’t destroy your customer base in one fell swoop when they decide to screw your over.

   It takes forever to get paid. They take so much money from you and it takes over 2 weeks to get your first payment and they hold 30% of it they aren’t very clear about anything it’s very confusing to understand when you get your money and how much of it

    Not what it used to be. I have been selling on Etsy for years, but will be leaving soon. The fees are so high that I hardly turn a profit on sales anymore. It’s no longer just for handmade things, drop shoppers and AI have taken over. It’s very sad

    Catch 22. You need to run ads with a minimum budget of $1 a day to make any sales, which will run your bill to a value over than your sales. I have been selling on Etsy for about a year with 40 sales so far and I'm still in the minus. No ads = no sales. Unfair system.

    great app with a major flaw. The notification settings don't work at all. I have it set so I am only supposed to get notifications when someone messages or buys something. Why am I getting notifications about other Etsy stores and interviews with people I've never heard of? I do not care about that at all. I just wanna sell stuff I don't want extra fluff. Fix the notifications it's extremely annoying.

    🚩🚩🚩They are holding $1000+ from me for 6+ months 🚩🚩🚩. There is no reason for that to even be a thing straight scamming, That’s why they have 1 star in trust pilot and F for (BBB)

    Terrible platform. Not worth selling on here not sure where to begin. First i paid for the platform twice when i asked for the first payment they said that it doesn’t show up on their end which i snapped a picture of both occasions and they still to this day havent given my money back. Then when i did manage to pay for my second payment verified who i am with an id which took 16 attempts to take for some reason the problems dont stop there. Now for another reason the etsy support is also terrible ive been stuck in vacation mode since after verification which means i cant sell my artwork and when i tried to self problem shot this that was utterly useless and etsy chat support also useless im literally unable to get anything sold. I also tried to make a fake posting just to see if i was imagining things and i cant even make up dimensions to fake sell cause it doesn’t like that like seriously and even if that worked i was going to immediately take it down. Id look else for a solution to sell ur items.

    Disregarded sellers. This app is no longer usable for a small business/seller. The fees are unbelievably high, and there are hidden fees all over. It’s no longer a place to find handmade items or support small businesses. The only sellers surviving the fees are dropshippers. You’ll now find $1 items from china labeled as “handmade” for $35+ it’s disgusting.

    High rates and horrible glitches that cost you. Do ANY OTHER PLATFORM before Etsy seller. Terrible customer service, HIDDEN FEES. People check your bank account! Etsy will constantly pull 20¢, 50 ¢ for helping “advertise” your listings. Would be fine if I agreed to this or it was extremely CLEAR but I’m sure it was in the fine print of terms and conditions. Horrible horrible horrible. Greedy thieves.

    Don’t Sell on Etsy. Whatever you do I would seriously rethink about selling on Etsy. If you do end up selling be prepared to wait 90 days for your first payment. They say it’s 14-20 days after your sell, but that’s the furthest from the truth. That randomly put hidden added days that you only find out about by speaking to customer service. Go to TikTok or even Walmart marketplace. They have similar rules but are transparent and upfront.

    Doesn’t notify sales. I’m so frustrated with this app! I have ALL the notifications turned on yet I never get notified when I have a sale! How am I supposed to have a successful business this way?

    Messaging Buyers Without Permission. I really don’t like the feature that messages buyers that an order has been shipped. Sometimes I like printing labels ahead of time for my made to order items because my family’s printer only connects to my phone and my husband often packages the orders. I didn’t realize Etsy would notify the buyer that I shipped the order when I am NOT ready to ship it yet. No where did it say it would notify them once I bought the label. Additionally, I sent processing time for 1-5 weeks but Etsy automatically sets my ship by date earlier than the latest time. If I set the time back, it notifies the buyer. They consented to the long processing time when they purchased it and when Etsy sets an earlier date that I have to move, it makes them think I’m procrastinating. Lastly, Etsy fees are abysmal. It’s absurd we have to pay such a big percentage to Etsy. I have some low value items I sell for only $2 + shipping and I only clear 50% of that so it’s not even worth selling, but I don’t want to increase prices because I feel that wouldn’t be fair to my buyers.

    Unwanted notifications. Sends me advertising notifications that I don’t want. No way to turn these notifications off.

    Quit removing features. We used to be able to open a little window inside of the seller app to see how many people have our items in cart and they completely removed it. Terrible app and the scan sheet doesnt work with kiosks either and super buggy adding random old orders to it

    That’s where you get scammed. This web asking you bank information log in ID and Password, meaning they know everything about your, and they keep records for how your pay the fees, and can’t remove it. Such scammers in professional way!

    Lack of response to bug reports and removing functioning and helpful features. I took my time to report two bugs in the app: one of which is that you cannot select individual text while editing the description of a listing you can only select all text or scan text, the other is that the thumbnail preview does not match the reality of what your thumbnail will look like. They now have the nerve to release an “update” that removes the ability to add or edit a personalization box with the explanation that this feature is not yet available. This is a lie. It was available and it worked.

    29 bucks to list stuff plus fees. Horrible app that took 15 minutes to setup only to say it costs me 29 dollars before I’ve even listed an item. And 20 cents per item I list, plus fees. Ended up just deleting the apps and using Craigslist for free. Thanks Craigslist. Fjck you Etsy

    Sellers beware. I’m an Etsy seller. Had a minor weight dispute with a buyer over a $2100 gold purchase that Etsy support helped me mediate a generous partial refund. Buyer declined, opened a case & was given a full refund. Before I could react, Etsy closed the matter & made it virtually impossible to get my merchandise back. Thanks Dean! They even told customer they can keep my stuff, like I’m selling pot holders or fridge magnets. I’m grossed out. Thankfully buyer is more honest than the support I got from them. SELLERS BEWARE. Not a place for valuable stuff. Moving my listings to EBay.
