   Hard to find anything. Love the clothes & the store, hate the app. it is NOT easy to search for anything specific WHATSOEVER. I search up skirt hoping to find a black jean skirt and it comes up with NO SKIRTS and random sweat sets. that also happens with anything i want to find. they have no good filtering options, they don’t even section their app to be able to find “jeans” or “Short sleeve tshirts” like genuinly why do i have to search the EXACT NAME OF SOMETHING for it to pop up. does this mean im going to stop ordering from garage? nope love the clothes but still hate the app. i’m writing this review out of concern and love because i WISH SO BADLY U GUYS MADE UR APP BETTER PLEASE ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO USE. Update: now i can’t even choose a store location to pick up my jean skirt that took digging to find IM CRASHING OUT GARAGE I BEG U PLEASEE

   The app.. I’ve tried to purchase things for the last month and it continues to say my payment is invalid when ONE i have money to get it, TWO i tried to change my payment MULTIPLE times. I’m honestly irritates because I’ve purchased THREE things from them and all of the sudden it doesn’t want to work. FIX THE APP PLEASE!

   Great clothes, but frustrating app. The clothes are really cute and good quality, but they are definitely expensive… I spent about $160 on just three items. Even so, I really love what I purchased. The main issue I had was with the rewards account and app. I signed up in-store and then logged in on my phone, but I can’t even fully log in because the app keeps repeatedly asking me to verify my email, and the verification email never arrives. Because of this, I can’t access my account properly or see how many points I have. I also tried contacting customer service for help, but the chat just ended before I was ever able to talk to anyone, which was frustrating. Overall, I love Garage’s style and quality, but the app and customer service experience need improvement.

   not good anymore. somehow the recent changes to this app have made it run 10x slower. the layout used to be straightforward but now you have to click a million things, and everything takes five minutes to load making the extra clicks inconvenient. removing reviews was an odd choice ? love the clothes but price is becoming ridiculous as well

    A joke app. This app has so many bugs. It can’t verify my address even though I’ve ordered off other websites and didn’t have a problem. Then it tells me something is out of stock one minute then the next it’s in stock. What a joke

    AWFUL QUALITY, AWFUL POLICIES. Awful quality. I used to shop here a lot a couple years ago but many of my EXPENSIVE items ripped or threads came out without any reason, so I didn’t buy anything for a while. After a year or so, I remembered I had a gift card so I bought $50 pants and was super excited to wear them, but after taking off the tag and putting them on, I noticed there was a huge hole in the pocket. I waited on the phone for 15 minutes just to be told they won’t do anything about it.

    Barely works. I have a garage account and the app never lets me sign in. And I can’t add anything to cart through the app without signing in. I can sign in from website but not app. It’s so annoying.

    Reward points/app. The reward points is a scam. All my information is correct on my app, I scan my code in store and never get the points. I’ve spent so much and don’t even get points for it. Called customer service and they were no help saying I can’t get points for my past purchases.

    Technical problems, never solved. The website/app does not allow to make an account. I make the account, activate account, then when I try to shop the add to cart button tells me to make an account. I’ve tried multiple times and no difference. The website doesn’t appear either. There’s no way for me to shop at garage, no store near me. The app has clothing that not all stores have available. I would like to use the app.

    Account. its not letting me make a account or login to an account. i tried to make an account with apple, facebook and google and NOTHING WORKED, i even went into google to try to make an account and it would load and not work. i got the iphone 16 pro max so i dont think my phone has anything to do with it.

    Crappy app. To start I ordered something on 4 January this year and it’s the 10th and it never came and tracking. My package was super hard because it kept saying my number was wrong even though it was right and my package kept getting delayed and delayed. It’s not fair. I spent all that money on your clothes just for me not to wear them when I want because they still haven’t arrived, and what’s worse is on your app you don’t give estimation of when they’ll be delivered. And the shipping said 2 to 5 business days and it’s been longer than that. For nine dollar shipping I think it should be here within at least 4 days. I hope corporate sees us and takes this as good feedback and adds estimation of when the package will be here and try giving a sale once or twice or at least give me my nine dollars back.

    Black Friday. I love garage but their black Friday sales are just bad. Buy one get one 50% off? Really guys…? Black Friday is meant to be 50% and UP off of everything in the store. And plus considering when i put only 4 things in my cart my total is already $236. It’s crazy. I love their clothes but I will not be shopping here anymore.

    Glitchy and annoying. Multiple times I ordered off this app they took items off my order after I have purchased them, without a notification. I only found out they took it off my order when the item is missing after it is shipped. Also when I check my orders, I see orders that belong to others showing me private information of these people. The app seems glitchy.

    Awful App. App is essentially nonfunctional. Cannot log into an existing account because it says the username and password are invalid (both are correct, I’ve checked countless times and am able to log in on the website), and cannot create a new account because of “Error code 400”. Because I can’t get into my account on the app, I also can’t place an order since you’re required to be logged in to do that and there’s no “check out as guest” option. Having separate issues with the website - placed an order this morning, never received a confirmation email, and then order was cancelled without notifying me in any way. Not sure why this is happening, as I was logged in while placing the order and received account confirmation emails not even 10 minutes earlier. Currently attempting to place the order again, but still have yet to receive a confirmation email. Seems like bugs within the app run deeper than just the app being bad - I suspect the entire back-end system for processing orders and handling accounts is flawed.
