   Terrible. There's a heart icon and a bookmark icon. I don't know which one to click anymore. I've been "saving" posts for months and I never have access to them. Can't find them anywhere. So now I have to click both the heart and bookmark tabs or else it's lost?? Just have one and call it a day. Way to overcomplicate something that should be simple.

   How does this all still not work. It’s been over a year if this app not working at all. Always show click to reload or nothing appears on it. Really sad. I used to use this app all the time. It’s time for someone else to come out with another app. Not sure how after a year it’s till not working.

   Can’t sign in on iPad. Created an account but the app doesn’t allow a keyboard to type my password. Stupidity.

   Keeps freezing during search. Every time I open the app to an initial search it freezes. I can never get past that point. Please fix it. It’s already incredibly annoying that influencers use this app and we are forced to switch platforms to just to get a link. But if we must go through LTK to get a link, please at least have a workable app!

   Freezes. The app is working poorly. I deleted and reinstalled but it does not fix the issues. You can click certain creators but it freezes on other each time. It is unusable

    The app has been so glitchy!!!. I used to love this app but as of lately it’s been sooo glitchy, I can’t look up new people and when I try and follow a link for an item that’s posted it doesn’t go anywhere. Until things are fixed DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!

    Good to Garbage. Creators should find a new way to connect with their audience because this app is garbage. Anytime I try and follow the link to LTK the app freezes and I cannot follow through with my search. Worthless product if you are trying to influence or be influenced. Move on…

    Constantly freezes. Every time I try to view one of the creators I follow, the name turns gray and everything freezes. I close it, reopen, and retry, and same thing. Just happened again about 8 times in a row. Updated, and same thing continues.

    Unusable App. I’m on iOS 26.3.1 on an iPhone 16 Pro and find this app unusable. When I search for specific creators in app, it pulls them up but then the app locks/freezes and becomes completely non-responsive. I’ve tried restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app, but nothing fixes the problem. And now the app is causing my phone to overheat. TERRIBLE user experience.

    Wish it worked. This app used to be good, easy to use and could click on creators and links and products. Now I want to throw my phone when I try and use this app. There are so many bugs you can’t use it at all , it locks up. It won’t let you click on the person. It won’t let you click on a product. I do every update and nothing fixes this. I’m frustrated so much with this app.

    Gone downhill. This app has gone downhill. Used to be able to type in a brand or specific product, find multiple matches for it and figure out how to style it, algorithm has changed, search feature never turns up even close to what I’m looking for, it’s all lazy Amazon links

    FIX YOUR APP. UPDATE You shouldn’t have to submit a developer ticket for an app that doesn’t work for anyone!!! Nothing works, search locks up, freezes, continuously crashes. Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t make a difference. Lots of user complaints but notice developers don’t even respond 😡

    Keeps freezing and closing!. I love LTK but am super frustrated. Recently the app has started to freeze up randomly and sometimes close. I can’t even get to any tech support within the app because it freezes, isn’t loading pages all the way. When I have been able to find troubleshooting, it wants me to sign in as a creator, which I’m not. Can someone please help?

    Cannot see influencer accts. Unfortunately I no longer have the ability to search individual influencers on my LTK app. I deleted the app/data and downloaded again but it still doesn't work. I used to shop using the app, but can't anymore!
