Crashing. I have used this app for a few years (and loved it) but now it’s crashing and I can’t open it anymore. Very sad and frustrating.

Will not open. I was excited to try this app after reading all the good review reviews. Unfortunately after paying for and downloading this app, it now will not open. Just flashes a black screen and then goes back to my home screen. A frustrating waste of money

Get running!. I used to live this app, but it no longer works. I have tried all the fixes and I can’t make to work. I am wondering if there is a problem with the app. Looks like I will have to find another running. So sad I like to english accent of the couch!

Amazing!!. I love this!! I haven't finished yet but I know I'll be able to run a 5k after this!! If not, the I'll be back for a bad review. I also love the person that talks who I have named Rita.😊

Bugged. I am surprised to see these overly positive reviews, which was the reason I bought this program in the first place. I wonder why nobody is talking about the bugs that led me to abandon this program. First, it kept resetting itself to the initial 5-minute walk. Thereafter, right after the first round of run, the program kept crashing leaving me to run not knowing what is going on. It also messed up the Pandora so the music stopped on its own while the program was running (but not running). I had to stop running a few times to see why the program was not coaching, In short, this program failed me in big way. I also bought this for my husband who reported issues with the program crashing repeatedly during runs leading him to abandon it.

Get Running. The two biggest disappointments that I have with this app is the fact that I can not re-do weeks. If I am injured and need to take a week off and want to start from scratch~this app does not allow me to do so. You have to start right where right you left off. My biggest disappointment for two years now is the fact that there is not a get running Couch to 10K app. Please please make one. Patiently waiting...and have been for two years. Get running needs to progress with apps. From a 5K to 10K and couch to 10K for beginners and a 13.1 app and a 26.2

Disappointed. I enjoy the training aspect of the program but the fact that it doesn’t retain any record of history is a deal breaker. It would be nice to be able to check your runs when they finish without having to use an additional app. Update it please.

"KNOCK, KNOCK...anyone there??!!". September 12, 2017 Update from ⭐️ to ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nice to see an update!! ....BUMMER I can't connect/post to my Facebook anymore. Can't have it all, I guess. -------------- May 30, 2017 I PURCHASED, with MONEY, your "Get Running" app. I still use it and really enjoy it.....BUT.....I am now getting a warning message that the developer has to update the app to run on future versions of Apple iOS. Ummmm, should I worry??!! This app has not been touched/updated in 4 years (since 2013)!!!??!!

Week 5 jumps run times unrealistically!. I really have liked this app for the most part, but something I find common to many apps like this is that they progress reasonably for about the first four weeks, and then jump running times unrealistically, even when you have absolutely been keeping up and working it faithfully. Example: Week Five, Day 1 has 5 min warm up walk / 5 min run / 3 min walk / 5 min run / 3 min walk / 5 min run / 5 min cool down. Week FIve, Day 2 goes to 5 min warm up walk / 8 min run / 3 min walk / 8 min run / 5 min cool down. And then Week Five, Day 3 has a 5 min warm up walk, / 20 straight minutes of running / and a 5 min cool down walk. That's a HUGE jump in one week. And frankly, it makes me feel like quitting. I thought the point was to gradulally build up your endurance and skill. Debating about switching to a different app, or just parking on Week Three and living there. . . Are there ANY apps out there that really are suitable for middle-aged, non-athletic people who are working at liking exercise and being healthier? Thanks for a good first four weeks anyway. :-/

Could be better. First off let me say I do love this app. But it needs a couple of upgrades and glitches fixed before it is a great app. One. Even tho the app says it will pause your music when the coach talks, it just doesn't. No matter how you set it up the app simply will not pause your iTunes. But my second issue is the deal breaker for me. There is no distance function, so you have no way to record your runs and distance. For a "couch to 5K" app there's no way to know how far you're running or how close you are to your goal. That means you have to have a second running app running at the same time if you want that information. And what's the point of that?

Ugly UI. This app has all the options I want that aren't in the stock C25k app, so huge plus there. I really don't like the UI though. Not a big deal but would prefer something a little better organized.

Frustrating. This is a good app. My biggest problem is that you are supposed to be able to do this app if you haven't done anything before. This is deceiving. It says you should be able to do this if you can walk briskly for 5 minutes. I can do that. But week 1 was too hard for me. So I would suggest walking for 5 minutes and running for 1 minute and work yourself up to walking a minute and a half and running for a minute (which is what the first week consists of).

Stops my music. I really enjoy the running program itself. My only complaint is when I skip songs in my playlist it will sometimes pause my workout without letting me know. It would be nice to navigate my music without affecting the running program.

Good, but I wish it would motivate more. It sort of motivates you. It does really encourage you to push through the runs by counting down but I wish it would text me or hassle me when I miss a run day.

Good. Does the job but would be good if the app allowed you to review and see where you ran.

Not Apple Watch Compatible. So I really love this app. It’s the only app that’s helped me to continue running for the first time. However, it says that it is Apple Watch compatible but it’s not. I hate running with my phone so I will sadly have to find a new app.

First run. So excellent, the ramp up is nice and slow for this newbie. BUT... why can’t I see the results from the run after I’m done? I’m a data junkie and I really would like to see how I did
- ★★★★★clear and easy workflow
Great Encouraging App. Easy to use. Only improvement would be GPS so I don't have to open MapMyRun to track actual distance.

Outstanding way to enter the running world. If you are looking for a way to ease into running - this program is certainly that! Excellent guidance, pace, timing and growth. Highly recommend for the beginner who has put off running in the past or has tried and failed because they were too aggressive and/or found themselves with an related to poor training.

New runner. This app was great for me as a brand new runner. It was easy enough that I didn't quit and yet challenging enough to build stamina, muscle, and endurance. I also lost a few pounds- which is a double plus for me . Wud give 5 stars but haven't been able to figure out how to measure my distance and that wud be nice to know for added motivation.

Foghat. So far app has worked very well. I give it four out of five stars, I'm only in my third week. I will be back in to get it just review after full use of the app. Enjoy everyone.

Love it, but could use an edit. I really love this app for the most part. It has helped me lose a bunch of weight and feel really strong because I've gradually worked up to being able to do something I never could've done a few weeks ago. There is one thing I would change, and one concern. I would change it so that you can set it so it actually pauses your Music or Podcasts, rather than just talking over it. Because it doesn't pause it, you can't really listen to a podcast without having to rewind it every time she speaks. The concern I have is that one of the weeks jumps ahead endurance-wise. It goes from interval running to a 20 minute straight run, back to interval running. I was able to do this, but I know that seeing a 20 minute run could really discourage other people who maybe need to build up more before they can run for that kind of time.

Love almost to 5 stars. Why not 5: Even with app at front, it doesn't stop background book. Minimal coaching is still too much. Would be great to have simply "Run", "Walk", "Cool down", and "Stop". I can count. I don't need reminder that doing 1 of six runs mean I have only 5 left.

Ran my first 5k last month. This app is helpful to help you train for your first 5k. I recommend that you allow more like 12 weeks than 9 from start to finish. By the time I got to 9 weeks where you are running 30 minutes continuously I realized I was only running 2 miles in that time. So it took a couple more weeks to get up to a 5k. Also I wish you could turn off the vocal cues entirely because they don't pause for podcasts or audiobooks. Regardless I recommend this app because it truly did help me complete my first 5k!

Good app to get started, but.... I've used this app for 3 years now. Mostly to jump start my training after long breaks from running. Great! But one flaw that this app has is that it doesn't track distance. It only tracks 30 minute runs without taking into account that everyone runs at a different pace. After simultaneously using another app that tracks time, pace, and distance, I soon realized that this app left me a few feet short of running an actual 5K. This is a great app is a great aid for beginners and those who need a refresher with running a 5K. Use another app simultaneously with this one to more accurately measure your runs and you're good to go!!!!

Just what I needed. This app really helped me go from can't run around the block to running 3 miles. Program is nice and gradual and it's great to have a trainer telling you what to do! Now that I am a runner I need more but it was exactly what I needed to get going. Well done!

Very effective. Love this app, it makes going from not running to running 5K very doable. I needed someone to tell me when to walk and when to run. I didn't give it 5 stars only because I wish it had the option of a longer warmup and cool down on the days when I have time.

Amazing app!. This app is great! If you pair it up with other fitness apps, you can start running in no time. I'm on week 6, and the app has been working out great. I'm giving 4 stars only because when the iphone crashes during a run, the app doesn't keep the state. It would be nice if this was implemented
