Awful. No only are there problems with using the pause feature, even when you just let it run it doesn’t properly track distance. Several of the runs I’ve logged with it show 0.02 or 0.03 miles when they’ve really been 2 or 3 miles. It seems that unless this app is live on screen with the phone unlocked, it fails at even its basic functions. Good job I also use apple workouts to actually track mileage.
- ★★★★★ads disrupt the experience
Videos popup. Videos pop up and interrupt your playlist after a workout. Very annoying when you’re in the groove. Wouldn’t be a problem for an ad pop-up, but the disruption of audio is annoying.

Great when it works. I hate the ads!! I understand why the app has ads and normally it wouldn’t bother me but when an ad pops up after my run it never saves the run after wards. Or the ad freezes on me and then I can’t get my progress. This has become very frustrating as a young runner who it trying to make new healthy habits and keep in shape!!

It’s okay, could be better. I I love the fact it’s free and you have a countdown on the screen showing you when you’re running and when you’re walking. However the main two negatives are when the phone is locked the countdown will stop and the distance tracker just doesn’t work at all. You’re best off having this app and running fitness tracker like a Apple Watch or a Fitbit at the same time.

Annoying. Firstly, the app does not automatically take you to the next run after completing a workout. Secondly, this app is full of advertisements that interfere with your workout

Great for the most part. Great in theory. Tracks your program and maps your run; however the ads that pop up at the end of a run can’t always be closed. The “x” in the top right corner is too high and can’t be clicked on. The only option is to force close the app and lose your progress. Will probably search for another option.

Free. This app is bare-bones but it gets the job done and it’s free! My biggest gripe is that I can’t figure out how to lock the screen for the entire workout. I have to lock it for each walk/run segment which is a pain in the butt. If I don’t I easily hit the screen and it screws up the workout.

10K run option?. This app is exactly what I’m looking for. I have completed the 5K distance. Do you have a 10K training app that is similar to this one?

Great choice.. Love this app. Especially the three days/week. Like others mentioned I don't like that it defaults to day one. Yes, I know it has a star on completed days but I don't always remember to scroll and I've accidentally run day one multiple times over.

Only one complaint so far. I like the app so far. The simplicity is great. I wish it would keep up with the day I am on. It defaults to week 1 day 1 so I have to keep track myself.

Not Apple Watch compatible. Great app! Only complaint is not Apple Watch compatible.

Great but…. I love this app I’m using this app, but I wish it was on the Apple Watch to use it would make it easier for me. Otherwise, I recommend this app.

Almost brilliant…. Great app and I’m now completing week 3… Only downside is that the GPS location isn’t brilliant, I’ve just completed week 3 day 2 33 minutes of exercise and covered 0.02 miles. I know I’m overweight and unfit but even I can move further than that in 33 minutes.. I now use Strava in the background for accuracy distance..

Really great app. I really love your app! I just wanted to bring to your attention that the time is not adding up with the running on week 2/ Day 1. I start my watch and the app at the same time, and the first three days they matched, but when doing week 2/ day 1 training my watch said I ran for 25 minutes while the app only said I only ran for 23.5, I don’t know if maybe an Ad hit in the middle of the last effort of running but something was off, and I will say the last effort of 1.5 minutes of running felt REALLY long and the track I was running on I had figured up that I could run the whole track all the way till when I started running. Other than that I have loved the app and I plan to continue using it!

So helpful. This app really helped me & my husband start our running journey. As beginners, we weren’t sure what to do first, this app helped to break down the runs, breaks, etc… My only complaint is that I wish they’d have a 10K. Please do more of these ! Thank you!!!!

Nice program. This is a great app and a fun program. It's only designed for 3 days a week training which is nice. It works for all athletic levels. I like that it integrates with your music playing in the background and there is no interruption with your music and the running prompts. The only complaint is that it doesn't have an app on my Apple Watch, and doesn't track how far I am running on the treadmill.

Very useful. I’ve been using this app every spring for three years now (I only run in the summer). I really really appreciate that in the world of subscriptions, there’s an app like this that’s free to use. It has all the features you could want—listening to music apps when you’re running, tracking distance and where you ran, and a program that eases you in to running slowly. As someone who started during the pandemic very out of shape, what I appreciated the most was the training plan. I found that other apps started off too intense, but this one had a more gradual build up. Now that I lead a more active life, I often start at the W2 D1 or D2 workout. I really appreciate this app, thanks again for making it :)

So good!!. I used this app as a very beginner runner and it was soooo goood! It helped me get from no running experience to running 5k and exciting about going much further in running! It’s so hard but so good! Highly recommend. 10/10
