Various Prizes. What “various prizes”? All I saw were cards for cashing in for premium Runtopia membership. Nah! Give me something I can use in the real world. That’s why I downloaded the app!

Support completely unresponsive. I have been having an issue with my account and contacted support twice via email in the last few weeks. They do not respond. Don’t waste your time with this app. There are plenty of great walking apps out there, but unfortunately this isn’t one of them.

App doesn’t support most common smart watches, not user friendly!. Just tried to set up this app and discovered that it doesn’t support FitBit or Apple. Only Garmin, Sunnto and TomTom. Very odd! Also, app is not user friendly! Can’t even go into facts page to have questions answered. Just keeps loading! Not worth using if it’s operating like this!

Update!!. hope they actually add more devices to sync steps with for Fitbit watches for example and be able to use health apple app to sync the steps in and why even pay to use the app and to get paid lol just run ads

Not Worth The Time!. I’ve been using Runtopia & other running apps for over 4 months — The “rewards” are pathetic and the redemption cost is a joke!!! After 4 months of walking an hour on lunch break every day I have enough “steps” to get $0.20 on PayPal OR 2 months of Runtopia freedom! After 1) lame rewards, 2) low redemption value, final problem 3) tons of adds! Runtopia if you want 5 stars at least do better the step/time ratio toward rewards! I’m not logging on to your app everyday to maybe get $1 after 12 months!!!

Can’t verify many things. I can’t verify my account i have waited for very long time and days just for the code to be send to my email account but never and can’t even do any other thing like open lol

Couldn’t join the premium. When I put in my email address for the premium it wouldn’t send the code even though it said it did I checked my spam I checked all my folder put in my email a bazillion times and nothing happened. please help me!!

Garmin sync?? NONE. App won’t sync with Garmin Connect (using Fenix 6X Pro Solar watch and Edge 530), app returns an “Internal Server Error” screen. I’ve restarted, uninstalled & reinstalled, cleared cache; still no success. App also never sent email confirmation code required to add email to your profile. One star given because it (at least) opened on my phone (iPhone 12 Pro running iOS 15.1) Would give no stars if I could, but at least one is needed to write a review.

stupid membership. i paid 399 points for the premium membership, after i became a member with this stupid premium, i get no access to the other products at the shop. The only thing that i can buy after the membership is the membership and the watch. Prior the membership that i bought i was able to see all other available items to buy but right after the stupid premium i bought i get no access to ither products. scam scam scam scam scam

Runtopia. Does not document your every time you stop walking I’m 400 lbs. I loved this app someone change this because I was telling people about it. Then I couldn’t log myself after 3 miles which is tough for a 400ls person. Need guairdance please
