   Disappointed. They continue to completely change the app. All of my data my meter settings either get erased or completely changed.

   Customer Service. I own a luxury chauffeur service based in Western North Carolina. Just signed up for the Meter app, and initially was excited to find an all-in-one app to track my fleet. However, today I got a call asking for MR. Chambers— I correct them and say I think you’re looking for MRS. Chambers. They say “no, I need to speak with the owner.” I corrected him again and tell them I am the owner. I asked what this call is regarding. They genetically say “meter app”… I tried to clarify whether they’re wanting to book, to which they tried to fake book. I thought it was a scam and hung up. Called back from my personal number— got an automated answering system for Thomas Degan in Sales. He was extremely unprofessional, rude, and unclear as to why he was calling. I may be cancelling and finding a different App to handle my business.

   Don’t bother. App is a waste. It’s just a money grab. You can’t use the services on here unless you watch an ad or subscribe to the app. They say it’s a “free trial & you can cancel at anytime” but we all know what that means.. Don’t waste your time.

   Terrible updates. You need to review your updates prior to releasing in the App Store for auto updates. Last two updates have left me unable to use custom rides. Strike three and I’ll be done.

   No communication. Absolutely poor communication from the developers.. I was trying to implement this meter app for my airport taxi service and I can’t access the console. Sent two emails and I’m still waiting on a response.

   No cuenta los kilómetros. Buenos días La aplicación presenta falla a la hora de realizar la marcación del recorrido ya que no cuenta la distancia solo hace un contento del tiempo entonces no es posible cobrar el precio justo del servicio.

   Useless to me. Offered only Uber and Lyft data. My storage real estate is at a prime so apps worth keeping are apps that provide unique value. I don't want apps that only provide information I can get from apps I already have.

    Support for this app is trash. I’ve used it twice, when it comes to tracking and estimating the trip cost, is kind of decent, it would never show me Uber fares, I’ve already email support about this issue and they haven’t even bother in answering, now I emailed them back two days ago because I’m not able to generate a receipt for my customer even though I’ve been paying for the pro version of the app for over 4 months without even needing it. If you want to use it to track time and distance and estimate a trip cost, it’s kind of fair. Remember, Lyft rates only. Never relay on it to generate a receipt. You would be screwed like I am

    This app was great until all the functions stopped performing. First the Uber app stop working!!!! Now it won’t track mileage... this is really frustrating! I’ve been a subscriber for sometime now paying for the premium app! I’m done !!!!!!!

    Misleading Title. The app is for Uber and Lyft. Nothing close to a regular taxi.

    I don’t like this app. I don’t understand why they don’t have a option to cancel the subscription, I’ve been trying to figure this out and I just don’t understand.. I’ve been getting charged for this app and I have not been using their service. I wish someone can help me with this because I’m tired of them taking my money for Something I’m not using.

    Doesn’t work since 2/26/18 update. Worked fine up until today. Now it won’t work. Says “sorry, network error”. It was a 4 Star app that helped me a lot as a ride share driver for my private clients. But now it doesn’t work period. I have an iPhone 6 Plus and my software is up to date. So it’s definitely an issue with the app. Fix this and I’ll update the interview and rating

    Pointless. LOL really? Why does this exist? I'm only here to make sure people don't get suckered into some crap that has just no point what so ever. These developers have wasted their time on something that no one needs and are asking for monthly subscription.

    Inaccurate. .15 cents a minute ? If uber or Lyft paid that we would be rich This is not related or even close to Lyft and uber fares I used it The meter said $38 The actual cost of ride $19 No where near close

    Waste of time. I thought this app would be an awesome way to be able to compare fares between Lyft and Uber. I have tried it multiple times, and it hasn't worked once. If I could give this zero stars, I would.

    App Carshes. The app crashes when ever i press start ride or see fare prices. Im using this in Pakistan. Please fix it. And after ending ride in the history it should show the route map which ive taken and the complete fare breakdown also it would be better like when i check the uber app for history rides it shows the rides with a map route taken and fare breakdown

    Useless app. This app is useless unless you want to calculate a fare from your current location. I travel a lot and want to calculate fares ahead of time and with this app you can't do that. And if you can, this gets low marks for not being intuitive enough to figure it out.

    App keeps closing. When I first wanted to use upper decided against it because I never knew what my fare would be so when I saw this I thought great let me give it a shot. Well I can't use it because every time I try to add a trip throws me off my app closes so much UBER :/

    Crashes. I have an iPhone 5s, when I open the app, as soon as I click on something (start ride, history, etc) my phone pauses for about 3-5 seconds, and than the app crashes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times and it still does the same thing.
