   Mandate autopay is not good. Yesterday i have to renew the subscription for which there is no one time payment option available. Its redirecting to set automatic payment on ur upi. Why would ai setup mandate payment if i can always review it. I don’t know if its a bug or feature. If its a feature then its very bad idea with this people might stop using this app like me.

   Worse app. I wish I had the option to rate it in negative. Earlier it used to be user friendly with filters and the interface was good too but since the time it updated its version it’s really irritating and frustrating to use. Waste of money and time.

   Fraud app. I tried to redeem the amount in my bank account accumulated due to rides, couldn’t got processed in a month. And subscription got auto renewed without confirmation and charged Rs 225 instead of 160. Day by day it’s coming with rules to con the people.

   Worst version. Current version of the app is very bad. This does not give an option to the rider to chose car owner recommended by or by friends or matched by. This only gives very few car owner available at that point of time.

   Sending promotional messages. This app sends promotional text messages to mobile number directly though you never subscribed. There is no feature to delete account when you choose to opt out. No phone number/address of company found on sRide website.

    Decent app. I was not able to find a carpooler, but I can see the app working eventually with enough people logging In and creating a commute. It's a good location based commuter app that could connect you with someone you do and/or don't really want to connect with

    City field at sign up screen crashes app. Every time I click on the City category as I try to sign up for sRide it crashes the app. I was really excited to try this app and now cannot. iPhone 4 user.

    useful all. What a great idea! I like to think of myself as environment friendly so driving by myself feels really wasteful. Unfortunately with the state of public transport in my area, driving is the only option. Sharing a ride would be so convenient. I like that all the riders are vetted, no more random hitchhikers! Also it allows you to plan your trips in advance which is a pretty cool feature. I can see myself using this app quite a bit in the future.
