Do not get this app. I tried to link my car, but I have to access my Buick app that is not active because I need to sign onto on star for the app to activate. I seen this app and thought it was perfect for what I wanted. If I have to sign up and create an on star account (pay for on star) just to connect my car to this app ( pay for this app) I wouldn’t have gotten this app. I’m requesting a full refund since I refuse to sign up with on star and can not seem to by pass that to connect my car to this app. There is no way to contact anyone in any way for this issue. This app should say up front that you have to already have an app like this so it can copy the information. STUPID!! I want a refund!!!!!!

Does not work for my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. I paid for app and still waiting for a refund. I Requested cancellation within 15 minutes after finding it doesn’t work for my vehicle. Maybe they will refund me in a day or two

Beware! Does not work with “Sign in with Apple”. The app does not work with Lexus “Sign in with Apple” but you will not discover that until you purchase the app and then they will refuse to fix or refund the purchase.

Be careful. This only works if you have an account already with the car manufacturer. Most of those are paid subs and all the exact info in that app is projected on this app. Meaning you pay twice! Just use the manufacturer app. Its cheaper.

Do not purchase. I’ll be requesting a refund. I downloaded the app after locking my keys in my car. I thought this would be handy to have. Well they mad a quick $40 out of me because I could only gain access to the lock/unlock feature after I paid. That’s when I found out that Chevy isn’t compatible with this app. It continuously told me that I didn’t have an “active account with Chevy” I do have an account, but didn’t want to pay $40 a month for the OnStar so I thought this would suffice since I just wanted to lock and unlock my care in case of emergencies. It not possible to register my car on this app without having full access to the OnStar on my Chevy app. Why would I pay for both? Total scam.

Scammed. When I was going to connect my car in the free version after selecting Honda as my brand, the app asked me to pay for the payed version. I assumed since I could select it as a compatible brand in the free version of the app, it was compatible. I payed the 20 bucks then after selecting Honda I was taken to their website. This website asked me once more to select my brand and that’s when I found out that Honda is actually not compatible with the app. Why is Honda in the app if it’s not even compatible??
