   Bad technical and customer support. Customer service was horrible and the app has technical issues that didn't apply the offer i purchased: I was mislead with an offer that claimed I'll get KD20 in rides if i purchase a KD10 voucher, turned out that the KD20 will be a maximum value of discount amounts only, and not actual ride fares

   الخدمة في تردي. كانوا أفضل من جذي بي حالياً لا يعتمد عليهم، السايق مايعرف الطريق يضيع ويحملون العميل ثمن إطالة الطريق.. يطرشون سيارة غير مناسبة للمطار (عدد الاشخاص والجناط).. ديروا بالكم هاذي تجربتي للبرنامج وخدمة العملاء سيئين

    Bad Time Management. I booked a ride and it told me it will take 5 mins to arrive. It took him 17 minutes!! Terrible experience from the moment I booked.

    Extra charges. Charging extra due to traffic is one thing, but to charge extra because Wiyak doesn’t track government announced road closures and have all drivers use live maps to avoid road closures is something else. After 4 calls with customer service they offered a 10% discount on my next ride 😂.

    Had to pay almost double the fee after the trip die to their hidden fees. I had terrible experiences with them, they sent us the wrong type of car that did not fit the number of people and luggage that we have and the second time the charged us hidden fees after the trip claiming that the first fee that i paid to book the trip is just to confirm the reservation and billed me more after the trip was done. Their excuse is that all companies here do this.

    Terrible Experience with Hidden Fees and Poor Service. I’ve been using the Wiyak app since 2022, and this isn’t my first issue with the app. The estimated arrival time for the driver is never accurate. It shows a specific time, and then it suddenly changes. I’ve made multiple complaints since 2022, but none of them have been handled seriously. The app seems to intentionally deceive users by adding hidden costs without any explanation or justification. For example, in my latest trip, the driver forgot to end the trip on time, and I was charged for an extra 5 minutes. When I complained, I was told to prove it by taking screenshots of my conversations with someone to show when I arrived home. Imagine a customer service agent asking for such ridiculous proof! To make things worse, during my last trip, the driver drove recklessly, speeding over bumps without slowing down, as if he was doing me a favor. And this was after I paid for the luxury ride, which is supposed to be their most expensive and high-quality option. This app is poorly managed, filled with hidden fees, and has terrible customer service. They show no respect for customers, and their drivers’ behavior is unacceptable. I don’t recommend using this app to anyone unless they address these serious issues.

    سياسية سيئه. في كل مره يتم دفع الرحله وتحديد المكان بدقه توجد رسوم اضافيه غير المبلغ الذي تم دفعه بحجة انتهاء الوقت التقريبي وهذا الشي خارج ارادة العميل وليس من المنطق تحمل العميل تكلفة عوامل خارجيه او تاخير بسبب قيادة السايق بالاخير ياليت صاحب التطبيق يخاف الله بهذي الامور الغير واضحه لانه محاسب عليها
