   Driver no show up after pre booking. Worst possible taxi hailing app in the Maldives. Failure of an app, not trust worthy. I pre-booked a van last night, got a driver assigned but avas ride doesn’t provide the customer with the drivers number. There is no way to confirm whether the driver is coming or not. We have to blindly trust them to deliver the service. Fast forward to today, my mother had an afternoon flight so we pre-booked the van to pick us up at 1:30. 1:15 no news, 1:20 i used another app called Fahi ride to book. Luckily i got a van assigned. Its 1:42 as i am writing this review and no news of the avas van driver. Failure of an app, avas ride. Not trustworthy

   The driver is not professional. When I used this app I assume I could have similar experiences like grab. But the driver not only let me wait unnecessary time to wait but also charged me extra 15-30%. Obviously either the app told me wrong cost or the driver cheated. So disappointed, will never use this again and will never recommend others to use either.

    Drivers keep canceling rides. Drivers keep canceling pre booked rides. It is very inconvenient. And you guys need to make it easy for users to contact through the app.

    Not very informative. Application is good, easy to find cabs. But when it comes to fare rates its very difficult to know how much traveller have to pay end of ride. My first experience with avas ride ended up paying 75rf for ride from male to hulhumale and this wasn't the amount shown in app. Amount displayed in app was 25rf. if this can be fixed to make application more informative about fare rates, would be really helpful
