   في مهام رسمية لا تعتمد عليه اوبر احسن. كان عندي مشوار مهم قال درايفر بالغاء بعد مرور ٧ دقايق بدون تعويض او شي وتسبب بتاخيري اوبر مستحيل يلغي طلبك

   كباتنهم مو صاحين وخدمة العملاء اسواء. للاسف يوظفون كل من هب ودب كانت لي تجربه سيئه مع واحد من كباتنهم تلفظ علي الفاظ قذره وشغل الدخان بوجهي ويقذف ويتلفظ الفاظ شوارع كل هذا ليه ! لاني دفعت فيزا وهو يبيها كاش وسبب لي رعب ويدقدق علي من ارقام غريبه ويهدد وتواصلت مع خدمه العملاء وطلعت خدمه العملاء اسواء من الكابتن ( اذا عرف السبب بطل العجب ) بعذر كباتنهم متمردين لان خدمة العملاء سيئه لا تعاملوا معاه ولا وقفوه عند حده ولا احد حتى فكر يتواصل ويعتذر اخر مره افكر اخذ تطبيقهم ادفع ١٠ ريال زياده بتطبيق ثاني ولا يصير اللي صار لان من عمر الدنيا واحنا نتعامل مع شركات كبيره في التوصيل وعندهم خدمه العملاء حازمه جدا وممكن ينسجن الكابتن في مثل هالتصرف علشان كذا يخافون يسوون شي وللاسف حتى حاولت اوصل شكواي لبدر العرجاني ولكن لا حياة لمن تنادي

   عدم مقدرت السداد. اقسم بالله اسوء تطبيق توصيل لا انصح بالتعامل معاه صار لي اسبوعين احاول اعطي واحد فلوسه ماني بقادر احاول احط البطاقة في الجوال ما اقدر اروح للدعم الفني ما يرد علي مرسل له من سبعة و اللحين 11 و للحين الاخ ما رد يعني حتى وانت تبي تعطي الناس حقها ما يخلونك و تطبيقهم غبي بشكل يقهر مافيه أشياء واضحه

    I’m never using this app again. I used the app to order a taxi. It was showing 3 minutes before pickup. When I order I was given a taxi that 30 mins away from the airport. I tried to cancel but they said it would cost 5 SAR. No problem. I thought I would be able to get my money back and try a different car. Nope. No I’m stuck at the airport and I can’t get a ride because they will charge a full ride and not give your money back even if you cancel. Just stick to Uber or Careem.

    سائقين غير اسوياء. طلبت السيارة الاولى وقدم لي سائق باكستاني، بصاص ويناظر من المراية، ويسأل كثير ويراقب، مرعب! طلبت السيارة الثانية وقدم لي شاب ( اصم ) قيادته متهورة، امكانياته العقلية ليست افضل شي، قيادته مرعبة، التواصل معه مستحيل لانه لايسمع!! ثم بعد رعب نصف ساعة اوصلني ونسيت حقيبتي من الخوف، رفض اعادتها الا بعد ان ادفع مبلغ ٥٠ ريال، خدمة العملاء لايردون الا بعد ساعات تطبيق فااشل، التواصل معدوم.

    اسوء موقع على الاطلاق👎🏼. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 موقع ما اعرف اقول حرامي او السواقين اللي فيه حراميه! تجاربي معاه من اسوء من يكون. طلبت سواق واول واحد اتصل فيني وسالني كاش ولا اونلاين لما عرف اونلاين قال الغي المشوار وقفل بوجهي. الثاني عمل بدء للمشوار وهو بعيد عني وسوا اكتمال للمشوار بعد دقيقه واخذ فلوس المشوار!!! سيئ لحد يجربه ولا حتى بالدفع كاش لان واضح السواقين غير سويين/خريجين سجون و غير محترمين.

    تجربه سيئه. لايوجد مصداقيه من قبل السائق تم دفع جزء كاش من مبلغ الرحله ولم يتم احتسابه تواصلت معاهم طلبوا مني اثبات اني دفعت تم الحذف جيني واوبر افضل منكم خدمه ومصداقيه

    Bad driver dipped me off wanted - then Kaiian suspended my account. App didn’t accept 3 of my us credit cards. Driver picked me up wanted 4 times amount shown on app then demanded more money only the route. They suspended my account without notice and they offer no way in the app to talk to the administration. Website support doesn’t offer English.

    مارجع الباقي من الصرف. للاسف الكابتن اخذ حسابها وفوقها مارجع باقي المبلغ واتواصل معاه ويرد يقول بجيب الباقي لك للبيت وبعدين يرجع يقول لا لا بروح انا واجيبهالعصر وبعدين يقول هاتي رقم حسابك ىارسله رقم الحساب ويسحب علي وااواصل مع خدمة العملاء ويرد هاتي البيانت حقت الكابتن وارسلهالهم ولا عاد احد ود علي حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل .

    Keep getting calls. I keep getting calls from people saying they are from this company and often get them after midnight and from multiple people but did get a call during the day. They claim that my number is on the account although this is a number I recently got and is less than a month old. I tried downloading the app now in hopes of creating an account so that I no longer get calls but can’t get past main screen. It wasn’t able to find a call center to reach out to in hopes of resolving this problem.
