   Kicks me out of tab. Every time I try to write in my job description or I try to edit anything in my résumé it keeps kicking me out so I have now rated a one star instead of a four because of that it’s annoying and I don’t understand why it’s doing it

   Needs a lot of updating. It’s very hard to edit. You basically have to let the app ulpoad your info into a template you like and then just download it to a word doc to actually edit it. Not very user friendly. And the sections you have to pay for are sections that need to be on most resumes so unless you have the bare minimum experience to put on here you are better off just using a word doc template.

   Not intuitive and it’s ai came up with nonsensical garbage. There are much better and intuitive apps and websites. Certain sections are impossible to edit if you don’t like what the ai writer comes up with. Over all it took about 3x longer to create a decent resume using this app than it ever has outside of using google doc templates and my own brain. I would not recommend this resume builder app to anyone. I’d love my money back too not to mention my time.

   Not free. They say it’s free but they designed it with the premium level and you have no option to change it I will be uninstalling it.

    Wouldn’t recommend. Would not recommend this platform for AI resume building. You will need Microsoft word and everything is an upgrade charge. Good luck

    Not Helpful. I don’t know if it is a better app behind the paywall but the free preview version did nothing. I entered in my information and when I selected the AI to create my resume it just posted the exact points I wrote out. Nothing was different from what I entered.

    Doesn’t save. After writing the description of the job, it says they can’t save it. Same for education. Fix this bug! It’s annoying because I paid for it, and it doesn’t work

    Do not sign up for a subscription. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a month. They keep trying to charge me even though I canceled my subscription and deleted account. Since deleting account I do not have access to my account to unsubscribe successfully. There is no number to call to talk to a person and you are stuck messaging what seems like an AI help “person”. Stay away unless you want to be continuously charged for a service you don’t use.

    I can’t believe. So i downloaded this app about 2 years ago and i was able to successfully create 2 great resumes for myself. I’ve redownloaded the app about a week ago and signed back into my account i already had with Kickresume where i was prompted to pay $18.95 monthly to use most features needed and at the time i shouldn’t have paid that for an resume app but i really needed to create a new updated resume, i was billed via Apple Pay money token out of my account just for the app to not update or unlock the features just took my money, and is now even stating that there’s another user on this subscription which is random and popping up only after my money already had been taken; i can’t even find a customer support number on google there’s no quick easy effective way to get in contact with any type of support for this app. I want my money back the least.

    The AI doesn’t work. It’s not writing a description. It just says generating at the top right corner but it takes hours to the point I leave cuz it’s doing nothing. It shouldn’t take hours to generate anything I paid for a year too complete waist of money

    Not worth it.. Avoid purchasing this resume writer at all costs. It's an aggravating experience to use, as it lacks the ability to easily edit your resume outside of the app. Don't be fooled by claims of it being genuine AI; it's nothing more than basic scripts. The templates provided are a complete nightmare, inundating your resume with unnecessary graphics that result in multiple pages. The skills section is particularly infuriating, with its pointless graphs and absurd star ratings, which inevitably push your resume onto a second page. Unfortunately, these undesirable features cannot be removed. I've wasted countless hours attempting to work around their graphical template, only to reluctantly settle for a two-page resume. Spare yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a more effective solution.

    Birthdate. Something as simple as entering my birthdate was an issue. The app would not recognize February 1 as my birthdate and kept changing it to January 31, so I couldn’t complete my personal profile correctly so I deleted it.
