   Do not use. I spent over an hour trying to write my cover letter, and once I was completed it erased everything I wrote and reverted back to the example text.

   Do not buy - bugs galore. This app is frustrating. The design templates are nice looking, but as prior user/s have mentioned…it all falls apart…you have to edit paragraphs through boxes and when you move to the next box, your prior entered text gets deleted with no way to revert. I test software as a full time job and this wouldn’t pass the most basic test case/test planning. It’s buggy and not very usable. You’re better off typing your Cover Letter or Resume in Word or even in a plain text editor. They want $40/year for this app? Uh, no.

   Not worth the download.. This app is so buggy and wasted hours of my times because it does NOT save what I input. It reverts back to the filler information and when I hit export to save my cover letter, it crashes and closes the app without saving anything I put.

   Horrible user experience. So many faults in this app. Whenever I finished a page the window would shift and I couldn’t click next. I tried several time and the app just kept malfunctioning. On to the next.

    INFURIATING. Absolutely NOTHING saves. I wasted hours of my LIMITED (single parent to a toddler) and valued time re-doing both my cover letter and resume, re-typing information that I had already entered numerous COUNTLESS times prior! My efforts utilizing this app were ENTIRELY IN VAIN as I was never able to save a final presentable copy with which to apply to jobs with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I’ve never been this angry with an app developer in my life. FIX THE BUGS OR GET OUT OF THE APP STORE. completely unacceptable.

    DO NOT BUY THIS APP. This is literally the most frustrating app I have ever used. It keeps on doing all of the information that I input to my cover letter or résumé. Whoever buys this app deserves a refund! I cannot believe that the App Store is even selling something that does not work.

    Bugs need to be worked out. Thought this app would make creating a cover letter simple and easy but you can’t get through the start of it. It asks you to omit all info but then can’t click the next button. So you have to skip anything and then go back and add it. Doesn’t save the correct info.

    Just not good. First off, I planned on keeping it as a monthly subscription so I could easily create nice cover letters during my job search. The app is so buggy and not very intuitive at all. Forcing a Mr or Mrs is ridiculous. I’m most cases we have no idea who the hiring managers are nor if they are female or male. Secondly I go through cover letter edits and make several changes only to have the thing erase my changes and revert back to the original canned pre written text. I tried several things closing and opening the app, re installing it. Nothing worked. The cover letter just automatically reverts back and erases everything I wrote in. This has been a massive waste of time and effort. This app needs an overhaul for operational issues and fix ridiculous things like inserting genders etc. I don’t know where you live but in America we try to to write a letter and just assume the gender of the person receiving it A terrible first impression that makes .

    Absolute garbage. I’m not even going to go into the content, because honestly I COULDN’T. Tried making a resume and a cover letter, but the app is unusable. From disappearing “Next” buttons to entire pages of entered data disappearing, including my entire typed out cover letter. Just randomly disappeared, replaced by random generated nonsense. I wasted 2 hours of my life trying to use this crap to make a cover letter and resume. And it was just that. A waste. I have nothing to show for my time and frustration.

    Awful app. I’m not sure who’s putting 5 stars on this app. I paid the 5.99 and every single time you have To click back and forth all of your info resets to Their templated wording for a sales associate, It then tries to auto insert the company information without formatting and again, resets all work you’ve done. So frustrating, giant waste of time and energy.

    Software super Buggy. Purchased the subscription and Its a headache to made a cover letter. Software is super buggy, you can't save edits. If you go back it reverts to its generic information on Resume/Cover letter. Annoying app, please fix errors. Paid $30 for a useless app

    Awful!. This app auto fills fields and will not let you save changes at times. It’s NOT user friendly and has caused me to waste an hour of my day that I will never get back. It’s absolutely garbage.

    Deletes all your stuff!. Kept erasing the information on my cover letter, wouldn't save it. Had to redo it several times until i figured im wasting my time. So many glitches with this app, it needs to be fixed.

    Awful waste of time. After spending numerous amounts of time looking up information to fill out for my resume and cover letter everything was all jumbled up and made no sense. So frustrating!! Do not try this app.

    Spent an hour on a cover letter only for it to be deleted. After I completed the cover letter I clicked the export option to where I was the. shown an incorrect version of what I just created and when I went back to edit, it completely erased and gave me all default text. Terrible app.

    I hate this app with all my broken heart. I spent all night working on resumé and cover latter that I decided to mixed my own words to be more natural when all of a sudden the app goes Back to default mode and I lost everything. I wanted to die

    Needed a simple cv. Not only does this app lack an active saving option but it then deletes all the text you’ve edited every time you move to export the product. Not sure what’s going on but I better not be billed for such a faulty product.
