Loses Data. Twice now, Eat Wise has lost my data - one after the app crashed and after logging out and then back in. Used the restore data option and it wiped even more data. Very disappointed with this app.

Not happy. I have been using this app almost a year now and never had any issues. In the past two days, after it updated to 2.0.0,2.0.1 and now 2.0.2, I am no longer able to open the app. Even after removing it repeatedly and reinstalling, the app will not work. Please fix this!!

It would be great if it worked.. This app worked for half a day. I tried opening the app the next morning and nothing it keeps closing itself out. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Still does not work.

Horrible since update. This app was perfect before and since they updated it, I can’t even use it. As soon as you open it up it crashes I tried to delete it from my phone and re-download it with no luck.

Update ruined great app. I used this every day. It was a great app and helped me track my meals on OPTAVIA. However after the recent “update” it’s unusable. It crashes everytime I open it, have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing works now! Hope they fix this soon as it’s now completely useless.

Update Causes Crashes. The update from last week crashes upon opening now. I’ve tried everything and it still crashes. Now I have to set my phone's reminders so I can eat on time. The last update already caused some issues but now I can’t get in to use it at all.

New update. Downloaded the new update today. Just keeps crashing upon opening. Rebooted phone, delete app redownloaded. Still same results. So much for my 1.5yrs of tracking my weight.

Latest update removes important functionality. I am very upset—I’ve been using this app for over a year and would’ve previously given it 5 stars, but the latest update has made it very frustrating to use and I’m not sure I’ll even be able to keep using it. If the app wanted to add some thing for those who want to use a set meal schedule, fine, but please don’t FORCE us to use the set schedule option and take away the option to adjust through the day. I loved this app because of the flexibility to simply start whenever I woke up, and to change it throughout the day as needed, which worked so well with my chaotic schedule. Now I don’t have the ability to just leave a blank day and click eat whenever I start my first meal. I also don’t have the ability to adjust the time between meals from the menu throughout, and if I go into the ‘meal schedule’ I was forced to create, then change the time between meals, it very unhelpful my resets the whole day!! This basically makes the app obsolete for me. I understand if some people wanted this, then make it an option, great. But don’t take away the ability to do it the way we could before! This actually removed functionality and makes the app alienate many who were using it. Very disappointed—please bring the old version back or give users the option to continue with the old version.

Used to be good!. This used to be great. I could check my schedule anytime I wanted. Now some update sends annoying reminder after reminder, and there’s no way to select “no reminder!” Why can’t that be an option? Sone people may need a reminder, but some may not! If there is a way to turn off the reminders, please let me know!
