   App doesn’t allow you to update anything aside from date but your profile is not able to be changed. Once I put a picture I’m not able to change it no matter how much I tried. I tried contacting support multiple times and they have not gotten back to me and it’s been 3 months or longer now

   Unresponsive devs. Unable to login as a husband, but devs refuse to respond to emails. Even tried creating a new account as a pregnant woman, tells me email in use. Garbage customer service.

   Scam!! Don’t download. I was early pregnant and downloaded a few apps to see which one I wanted to subscribe to. Did the same process with all I tried, signed up for the free trial. I pressed to sign up for the free trial on this app and it automatically right then and there charged me the yearly fee of 35.99. I looked in my subscriptions and was shocked to see the app renews in 1 year- without my consent. Don’t even know how to get my money back. So fraudulent and upsetting.

   Paid only. This app is not what it used to be. I used to love this AI and recommend it to everyone I knew. My kids are 6 and 7. I am now 6w3d pregnant, and I have apparently read the last article I can without paying. What a disappointment. Now I have to search for a new app to use 😔 I can’t believe you guys would destroy a great app like that. On top of that, it is full of a lot of ads. You’d think with that many ads, they wouldn’t need to charge an outrageous amount. If it was at least a 1 time payment, would be 1 thing. But nope, you pay monthly or yearly

   App no longer working. Paid for this app with baby number 1. Worked great, paid for the whole Glow premium thing. Getting the app to get baby number 2 to work has been so trying that I would never again use this app if I hadn’t already paid for it. Plus I paid to get rid of the ads, they still have ads, they just call them partnerships or something like that changes how annoying they are. Was 5 star, now 1.

   Get rid of version 11.3.0 NOW!. this went from being my favorite pregnancy app to being one I can’t even stand to use in a single day. this update got rid of the calendar that allowed me to scroll and track how far along I am/would be with future events. I also was tracking my prenatals, as well as symptoms, appointments, reminders through the calendar, and I could see it all at once. now, I can only see the day that I’m logging. That’s absolutely insane! Why would you guys get rid of the calendar?!?!

    Way better before. I used this for my pregnancy in 2021 and it was great! I go to use it for my 2nd pregnancy for 2023 and it’s so difficult to navigate through and the ads are terrible. It’s very pushy to buy/ subscribe.

    Sketchy. The user interface is overstimulating and reminds me of Temu or SHEIN in that there are lots of pop-ups and moving pieces advertising different things. The sketchiest part is that when I went to cancel my free trial, the app did not even show up in my subscription list. So there was no way to cancel. Yikes.

    Worse now. This app was much better 5 years ago with my first pregnancy. I haven’t had many complaints at all. But I just hit 12 weeks, and now I can’t read a single article on there since they’re just pushing their paid premium subscription. So, now that I’m about to be out of the first trimester, this app is useless because I’m not paying for it. This app is less about pregnancy now and more about trying to sell supplements, premium subscriptions and I guess it’s time to find a new one.

    Couldn’t unsubscribe after miscarriage. I lost my baby at 22 weeks. Getting emails from this app was painful. I tried to unsubscribe every single way I could and still got emails. I would never download this app for future pregnancies. God forbid something goes wrong and they continue to torture you over and over and over. Shameful.

    Used for 2 pregnancies, now deleted. I’m currently pregnant with my 3rd. I just used this app with my previous baby 2 years ago. What on earth has changed with this thing? Money grab for information that is free on other apps. I use to love this app! Now it’s trash. Deleted. First pregnancy that I used it, everything was free. Greedy, greedy. Lost a long time user.

    Sad.. This app used to be way better when I had my first pregnancy is 2018. Most of the articles were free and the fact that everything is basically locked now is crazy stupid. I can’t even read the article about the week of pregnancy I’m at?? About to delete this fr

    Use a different pregnancy app. This app is horrible with ads if you don’t pay for premium membership. The “community” pages are absolutely horrendous. Literally, a bunch of liberal, feminist that constantly attack you and other people. There’s no moderation on this app what so ever. Many people posting useless things and things only doctors SHOULD answer. LOL. Pathetic app with pathetic people in the community pages. Extremely rude women.

    Can't sign up. I can't even sign up for an account! I get as far as my birth date but it won't let me choose my birth date. None of the options will even move. Upsetting because I've heard great things about this app.

    Inclusion??. i hate the fact that as soon as i put in my birthday (being 15 and pregnant) it completely locked the app. why does it not include teen pregnancy’s at ages lower than 16??

    not working. I have been trying to use this app but every time I try to sign up the app freezes and will not let me enter my birthday. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times but it will not let me get past or even skip the birthday part.

    Does not register pregnancy loss properly. App does not accurately log pregnancy loss. Has feature to record loss but app continues to update my status based on a pregnancy I lost in 2019. Extremely painful and inaccurate.

    Can’t See Pregnancy Development. I downloaded this app after I found out that I was pregnant again but for some strange reason I am not able to scroll down the page or see any of the information regarding my baby’s development. I thought it was just a glitch but I have deleted and reinstalled it several times and still have the same issue. I’ve had previous miscarriages but the app will not allow me to uncheck the “Healing From a Loss” button which is so disappointing. I used to love this app for previous pregnancies but it appears to be useless. I finally just downloaded The What To Expect pregnancy app and there’s works fine. Super disappointed!

    “new homepage”. Every time I update it I expect the new homepage to show up. It never does and it always says an error has occurred. I wish it had stayed the same homepage. It’s ridiculous, I’ve updated 11 or 12 times now and every time it says that an error has occurred and the homepage never shows anything it’s just blank.

    Useless. This all is full of advertisements and women constantly complaining and asking questions that only a doctor should answer. Women incessantly talking about relationship problems with their baby daddies… this app didn’t resonate at all. If you have been through pregnancy before and are happily married, find another app!

    Horrendous amount of Clutter. This app used to be simple and user friendly. I suspect they are trying to maximize their advertising abilities to monetize the app, but there is SOOO much clutter that the app appears extremely crowded and unorganized. I have a hard time trying just trying to find the daily “your baby on day….” update.

    Latest update terrible and customer service lacking. I used to really like this app, fun articles and features with a daily “fun fact” about your pregnancy. Then they updated it, removed free access to articles, and the daily facts. The free features that remain are very glitchy like the Timelapse, I always have trouble getting it to add my photos. Customer service used to respond and now they don’t. Most recently, I wanted to turn off the app badge icon notification, and the app doesn’t even show up in apple settings, which is a developer issue. I asked about this and got no response. I have all notifications turned off in the app and it still pops up. So annoying. Since they’ve stopped responding and the app has gotten so much worse I decided to stop using it, as there are better functioning/free ones out there anyways. Never using any glow apps again.
