   Restarted my tracker after almost 1:20 hrs. Very upset because a completely restarted the app and lost my progress. Will not be using this again.

   Requires zip code, ethnicity, and race to sign up. No reason this sensitive data is needed to count kicks and unable to bypass or skip it.

   Create account first. This is a waste of my time app! Once you open it you can start kick counting, but what it fells to tell you is that if you don’t create an account before hand when you finally do create one, (I created mine when asked after my session, still on the session) you will lose whatever you already logged!!! They say “well because you weren’t logged in, it doesn’t go to your account and we can’t get it back!!” Why even bother than! Way to stress a pregnant women out!

   Works to count, but that’s about it. My OBGYN recommended this app for counting my kicks. I’ve added my pregnancy so that I can view the full history of my kick sessions, and I’ve recorded several, but under “Session History” it says, “Nothing Here — It looks like you haven’t recorded any kick counting sessions yet!” Yet when I finish a session, it shows the chart of every session I’ve recorded! Additionally, when I go to add notes, there is no spelling/grammar check which makes note-taking difficult since I type so quickly. Update: the app deleted all my previous sessions, so now I’m starting from square one again.

   Doesn’t record sessions. Once you finish a session it does not record it in session history and there is not button to finalize a session you have to use voice activation but even then it does not record the session.

   App just erased all of my previous sessions. Software was a mistake. Do yourself a favor and just write down on a pad of paper when you feel your kicks. Can’t access my previous sessions and there’s no way to contact customer support; they only have a chatbot AI to “talk” to. 0/5 stars

   Hasnt tracked anything so disappointing. I’ve been tracking the kids twice a day for two weeks now and it hasn’t tracked anything. It tells me nothing is there even though I made an account and I’m logged in.

    Glitchy. Do not recommend this app. You need to create an account to keep your kick history, however the process to account creation is extremely glitchy, slow and bugged. Once finally created it will not log you in and crashed repeatedly rendering the app unusable.

    New update TERRIBLE. The recent update is terrible! It doesn’t truly continue your last kick session. You lose all your progress and the timing is definitely off. I had a separate stop watch going to check the timings and it was off by minutes! So frustrating.

    Constantly deletes my profile. This app is trash. Twice it has deleted all of my data and has no record of my account. I lost 30 days and then a weeks worth of records so I can’t actually compare my baby movement without that. I made a third profile so we’ll see if this one lasts.

    App crashes. This app is good when it saves your info and loads but MAJORITY of the time the app crashes, your login disappears or you’ll login and it’ll ask you how many babies you’re counting for as if it’s your first time using the app. If you can get past all the little annoyances and only need to use this for a few weeks- sure download it but if there’s something else out there that actually works I would recommend that instead.

    Glitchy app. When I first downloaded the app would not let me make an account. I was able to continue using the app without an account and after tracking almost my entire pregnancy there must have been some kind of update because it erased all my history and the only way to use it was to make an account.

    App not working like was before. The app worked great before, now it doesn’t work and stops counting if you exit the app or your screen goes dark, when before it didn’t. The time completely stops or it erases the entire count.

    App crashes and does not save profile. I used this app with my previous pregnancy and it worked really well, so I returned to it for my current pregnancy. Unfortunately, the app is now glitchy; the app keeps asking me to create a profile. But after I fill out the profile fields, the app promptly crashes.

    Cannot make an account. My doctor recommended this app to me and I’ve downloaded/deleted/reinstalled it and it still will not let me create an account. It just keeps popping up a message saying it is having technical difficulties. I’ve tried creating an account like 10 times. I think I’ll go with a different app.

    App crashed my phone. I downloaded this app and while using it crashed my phone, screen went completely black and wouldn’t turn back on. I had to go purchase a brand new phone and when I restored my back up this app was the only one that didn’t transfer over to my new phone. I would’ve loved to use this app to track my baby’s kicks and it being associated with the official “count the kicks” organization but there’s something wrong with the app.

    Can’t even use. Would’ve loved to try this app but after i finished my first set of counts, it prompted to create an account. I went through all the steps just to get an “oops”. error message that it couldn’t register me or whatever so definitely not a reliable start for me.

    Glitchy. This app is incredibly glitchy. With my previous pregnancy, I had a few months of data logged and then it was suddenly gone/lost. I created a new account and for the remainder of the pregnancy, data was logged/saved. I am currently 24 weeks pregnant and figured I’d give this app another try, but I can’t even create a new account using Apple or Facebook, as it says it’s “unable to authenticate” or something. At this point, I don’t even want to bother logging in with my old account as I don’t care to encounter another glitch and lose all my data again. Kick counts AND learning your baby’s movement/routines are very important, so if this app doesn’t work for you (as it doesn’t work for me), find something else.

    Can’t open. Had my wife download this to track our babies movement. Unfortunately she hasn’t been able to even open it since she downloaded it. I downloaded it myself and it won’t open. I wonder if this is a compatibility issue with iOS 17…

    Major bug and I can’t keep track. Love this app and it is so easy to use. I’ve just started using it for my second time and I cannot create a pregnancy profile without the app crashing. When I return to the app, sometimes the data shows up but it always tries to get me to create a profile and then crashes. Please fix the bug!
