Not for everyone. Won’t let me add twins

Used to be great, now I can’t launch it. It used to be great and I’ve been using the app since I was pregnant with my now 3,5 year old. Since the latest update I haven’t been able to open the app though, don’t know how that happened? I used the Swedish version before the launch of the American one. I live in the US.

It was fine until I started reading. At the start it was fine but then I started reading… The app’s uses directive language regarding how much people should eat and the emphasis placed on weight restriction if overweight. The messaging is prescriptive and does not recognise that nutritional needs vary considerably between individuals. If providing advice should be evidence-based, nuanced, and focused on overall wellbeing rather than weight alone. I would encourage the developers to review the language used throughout the app to ensure it promotes a balanced view.

Easy to use. This app has been easy to use and I like that it doesn't require that I share my personal identifying information. However, I do find the odd spelling mistake here and there. The pregnancy week counter for the on-app calendar does not work. If it did, it would definitely be useful. The pregnancy information dates do not line up. For example, the app says I would be in week 12, but the information for the "current" week shows info from week 10 and does not allow me to look at future weeks or reset to where I actually am.
- ★★★★★saving, exporting or sharing the result fails
Potentially great.. I decided to use this application based on glowing reviews referencing the data policies and all around ease of use. It was very easy to set up and get going. However, the app tends to log me out almost every other day. It’s inconvenient. Now, despite having emails from the first time I signed up, it’s not only saying my password is wrong, but I’m not receiving the reset email. I shared my account with my partner and they cannot access my information either. I don’t know if my account was deleted or what, but I had very high hopes for this app.
- ★★★★★inaccurate results and incorrect data
Inaccurate info. From someone studying L&D/midwifery I get frustrated when an app gives antiscientific information. At 5 weeks/21 days past fertilization, a fetus does not have a heartbeat. The heart isn’t fully formed until around 20 weeks. What’s happening is actually just an electrical signal translated into sound through the ultrasound machine. But it is not a “heart beat” as the fetus does not have a heart yet, the structure is more like a single tube at this time.

preachy. i like the videos and visualizations and ability to add a partner to share the account. what i don’t need is the “reminders” that permeate nearly all the text that alcohol and smoking is bad, that you need to “pull yourself up” to exercise, etc. i just want to track my pregnancy dude

“Fetus” is misspelled. I know it shouldn’t bother me so much but the fact they misspelled fetus on the week 5 page is driving me absolutely nuts. Under “pregnancy day 40 of 280” it is spelt “foetus” and I cannot let it go. Just have to say it makes me question everything. I don’t want to give you only one star as the rest of the app seems decent but with such a glaring typo I can’t get past it. I hope this gets the developers attention so they can fix it and proofread the rest of their information.

Week of pregnancy. No matter how many time I change the week of pregnancy I'm in, the app keeps forwarding me a week. So I’m in week 4 but the app say I’m in week 5. It’s small but is still slightly annoying because I’m not 5 weeks along, I’m 4. Otherwise, the app is informational and I love watching the videos!

Doesn’t support multiple pregnancies.. Doesn’t support multiple pregnancies. Currently 33 weeks pregnant with twins.

Preglife. I am now 13 weeks, had this app sense week 4. It is very helpful and calming when the rest of everything is crazy. Brought me some peace of mind, highly recommend to first time moms or moms in early trimester.

Transforming into a Mother. I love that this application converts to parent mode once the baby arrives into the world. It’s already feeling so supportive in these beginning stages as a parent with sincere & heartfelt advice and care being transmitted through the application in such a clear way. Would absolutely recommend this app to any new mother or parents as an anchor in all of these milestones of development throughout pregnancy and parenthood.

A Helpful Resource. I love seeing baby’s progression and knowing what fruit size they are. The workouts have been very helpful to get me to move more, and the articles are insightful and reassuring as a first time mom.

Great info!. I appreciate this application providing things you wouldn’t read about in most pregnancy apps, like, pelvic floor exercises and your right to decline certain tests and other medical things that are pushed as if they’re required.

No ads, good info. This app gives accurate information and is not covered in ads. It was the third pregnancy app we tried and we love it and tell everyone else we know who is pregnant to try it!

First time father. This is the best app to track my future heirs growth
- ★★★★★clear and easy workflow
Simple, informative & Free!. This app is easy to use, and offers perspective and opportunity for both mother and father to learn about the baby’s development. pregnancy is a strange thing for new moms w/o guidance or support and I feel this app offers detailed information on fetal development and potential pregnancy symptoms. I prefer this app over the one I paid a yearly subscription for before finding this one! If In hindsight, I would strictly use this app. I appreciate the free information, and the little videos.

SAFE for preggo’s!. First-time pregnant person here who is pretty freaked out by the state of our maternal health care options, tracking apps sharing data, laws, “pregnant person national registry” etc going on here in the US. Really glad to have this app and feeling safe using it!

Privacy conscious and very useful. This app is very helpful - I really appreciate that I don’t have to give my email or any personal information to make full use of the app. As someone in the US in a garbage state where people can be prosecuted for miscarriage, the peace of mind provided by a privacy conscious app brings me peace of mind.

Best app. So simple and full of information. I love all the features! I have used multiple apps during my 7 pregnancies and none compare to this one. So glad I found this one with my newest little.
