Terrible waste of money.. I didn’t realize it was it a free trial and now stuck. It has identified maybe 1 plant out of 20 so far others saying “can’t identify”. The diagnoses spins endlessly and never responds or app quits.

Less than one star. The App could not identify my garden plants, it kept shutting down after I snapped a photo, and it would not let me connect to my iPhone email to ask for help. Save your money, very disappointed!!!

Terrible App. I downloaded this app when I was on a job and was having trouble identifying a few plants. I attempted to identify 3 different plants and it didn’t identify any correctly. I then attempted to identify another bush and it identified it incorrectly. 4 times in a row so I gave up on it and used google. I had already paid the 1 year subscription, I attempted to cancel it and Apple would refund me. Told me I had to contact the App creator. I didn’t have time and forgot. I threw away $20 for nothing and never received a refund. I won’t recommend this app until this can be fixed!

Nothing identified. I tried 4 very common house plants and it just kept thinking and never registered one of the plants. I was looking for help with a common weed and it had no information - even the AI botonist didn’t know what it was. Don’t waste your money!

Totally didn’t work. Please refund. I bought this for a plant that is struggling in my house. I took a picture to identify what is wrong and it spins and spins and nothing. I then tried a picture just to identify the plant. Spin. Spin. Nothing. Completely useless.

Not correct or user friendly. You can’t search for your plants manually or research plants that you might want. Photo only identification. Took photos and misidentified every plant but 1, even when using pic from internet and care card. Do not waste your money. I am stuck with a 1 month charge when I only used it for 1 hour.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. To be honest I would not download this app. It says you can cancel at anytime. I downloaded it and canceled the same day. It took $3.99 out of my account anyway. I asked to be refunded and they refused to refund. Stay away from this app.

Lousy. Absolute scam. Says cost is 7.99 and a free week. I tried it. Charged me 12.99 and information given on my plants was inaccurate. Within five minutes i cancelled the subscription and charge of 12.99 still went through. Terrible! Even better is when they respond with further lies attempting to say that I forgot to cancel my subscription when I clearly stated that I cancelled my subscription 5 minutes after I got it. I was charged the full 12.99 upfront! Again, a scam! And then tried to blame the customer instead of attempting to accept responsibility and fix the situation.
