   Amazing concept bad execution. The concept is amazing but it needs tweaks it doesn't work very well and it constantly misidentifies my plants additionally there is no option for certain things such as growing a plant in a pot indoors Would not recommend until they fox the app

   Seriously disappointed.. Fair warning. I had planned to buy the full year but then thought I should try the free trial first. So glad I did. I wanted the app to help with some plants that aren’t doing well. The app could not identify any of the three plants I showed it even with multiple pics of each plant. I was so disappointed because I had such high hopes for this app.

    Ripoff. This app claims it is free. It immediately forces you to enroll in paid subscription. The first 7 days are free before payments begin, thus the problematic claim that it is free. I logged in to check its disease diagnostic capability. It does not evaluate your plant, it offers a checklist to help you guess your plant problem. This app is deceptively presented. I hope I can back out of app before it starts sucking money.

    Too $$$. This is just too expensive. It doesn’t let you diagnose, you have to pay or do the “free 7 days trial”. I went to the library and got the info I needed. Bonus points for walking there.

    Liars…. This app claims to be FREE…. It is NOT free. You get it at no vast for ONE WEEK… then you have to pay for it. It is FRAUDULENT to say it is a free app!!

    Would not let me test with free trial. When I clicked get free trial it just said failed for no reason and before that when I tried to get the free trial it just kept loading for a long time so I could not try it.

    Rarely accurate. Watering schedule is not accurate, never takes into consideration what type of soil, how fast or slow draining it is. I’ve had plants die from not being watered enough, others from too much. I don’t believe the app’s watering schedule anymore. It’s good for occasional reminders and that’s it.

    Page help sucks. I paid for this to help me grow my plants and when I clicked on the bottom for additional “customized help” it says you have filled your quota!? Mind you this was the first time that I seen, none the less clicked on this, what’s supposed to be helpful option, and I can’t even use it!? 👎🏽 how useless.

    Falsely advertising family sharing. This is listed as a family sharing app. It is not, however. The description of family sharing, says that you can share with up to five family members without additional cost. This is not true. To share with additional family members you have to buy a family subscription for an additional cost. I did a 7 day free trial to see if I thought my son would like it and be able to use it. When the trial was over I let it do the purchase thinking we’d be able to add it to his device through family sharing. He can’t access it, however. When I reached out to customer support, I’m pretty sure I got an chatbot especially since after several messages back and forth, it ended up sending me the exact same message later in the conversation that it had at the beginning with instructions on how to sign in on another device with my Apple ID. Whether it was a chatbot or a person, it seemed to be telling me I needed to buy the family plan. Very frustrating since nobody else in the family will use it. I may have been willing to purchase this for multiple years, but given the customer service, I don’t know that that will be happening.
