   Gives no information. The only way to get a diagnosis of your plant is to pay if you don’t pay your just taking pictures of your plants with the solutions to fix plant being blurred out unless you pay this is useless

   incredibly scammy, do not download. the app requires a subscription in order to be used, has different tiers and automatically signs you up for the $9.99 tier which is charged WEEKLY, not monthly. the app advertising itself as free on the app store but ultimately requiring a paid subscription in order to use it rather than just being a paid app upfront is incredibly disingenuous and feels scammy, i used this app once to identify a houseplant and forgot to cancel my free trial afterwards and was charged the full $10 for a “paid” subscription afterwards. reached out to customer service and received no reply. there are much better identification apps on the market that are absolutely free and not misleading.

   Instant charge for a year!. Before I knew it I was signed up for a year! Weirdly enough, it didn't ask me for a payment card, just signed me up instantly for the $24.99 plan. I checked on my subscriptions page and it shows an end date of April 28, 2027 indicating I paid for a year. I previously signed up for this app paying $4.99 for a year a couple weeks ago so I wouldn't need another subscription. Now I'm not sure that is valid. Just been scammed out of $30 prob.

   DO NOT USE! WILL ROB YOU. I signed up for a free trial and was charged $65 for an entire year subscription after 12 hours. And the app did not identify one single plant I tried to photo grab. They will not refund my money or answer my about cancelling my membership. SCAM.

    Liars. I paid $59.99 last year for a lifetime membership but this year they want me to pay again They responded by saying it was my fault. I misunderstood the definition of lifetime so I give this app a zero rating and will never download it ever again.

    Doesn’t work. I took photos of five different plants. This app could not identify any of them. My other plant identification apps nailed each one. Save your money.

    I cancelled my subscription but was charged anyway... I wanted to get the lifetime subscription but it wasn’t available in the options, so I cancelled the trial so I could select lifetime from the start page. The trial expired and even though I canceled the subscription I was charged the $9.99 weekly subscription but I can’t I’d the app. So now I just want my money back..

    Not worth it.. This is incredibly expensive. Also, although I did take photos at night under a head lamp, the app got both plant IDs wrong. I’d expect more from Apple.

    Beware of free trial. I cancelled this free trial well before the trial period ended. I was still charged weekly renewal after trial ended and Apple is siding with developer. Be careful if wanting to try this app.

    Scam operation. This app is a scam. I signed up for the free trial, I cancelled the subscription one day after starting (through the website as instructed) and was charged a weekly fee. On top of that, I was automatically placed on auto pay without my knowledge or authorization. I only discovered this after opening a case with PayPal. When I contacted the App Store for help, all I was told was that the charge is “nonrefundable “that makes it feel like the App Store is enabling this deceptive practice. Be very cautious with this app the so called “free trial “ is misleading and the billing practices are unfair.

    So Frustrating. I purchased a trial of this app after days of research and contemplation. It seems there’s no free apps for disease identification and care suggestions so I decided I wanted a quality app that seemed reliable. I attempted disease info on two different plants…each 3 times. Nothing! Absolutely nothing. It will identify name of plant (which I don’t need) but every time I try to access the diagnosis of a sick plant it says the images aren’t clear enough. I’ve retaken them in better light and still nothing. What a waste of time. Opted for a different app trial, and it worked first time. Same plant. Same lighting conditions.
