   Lost account. Signed up with Flora through my Apple ID. Went fine for a while but the different tier plans offered through Apple are very confusing. They offer many different paid plans, several of them the same duration plan (weekly, monthly, etc) but with different costs. Started with 7.99 per week only to find out I could have been paying 12.99 per month. Switched to that and then upgraded to a 29.99 per year plan only to find out that was somehow a downgrade? (No longer got the premium plan with that). Tried to upgrade back to the premium plan with a 59.99 per year but the app didn’t register that. Tried to logout and log back in to see if it needed a reset only to find out I could no longer sign in using Apple ID (only Google or email). Tried email login but app said I don’t have an account under that email (which is the same email as my Apple ID). I can now no longer get into my account t and have lost access to my 21 plants’ data. Terrible experience. Gonna seek a refund and use a different app instead.

   POD. I am unable to pair my pod. I don’t even look like it’s charging. I can’t even tell if it is charging so the 1 free doesn’t even count cause I still haven’t been able to use it.

   Horrible. I usually don’t write reviews, but this app is pretty bad. For a novice that knows nothing about plant/lawn care this may help - but most of this information is readily available for free on the World Wide Web.

   $8 per week. I checked all over before I downloaded the app to see if this was chargeable or free. There was nothing of any charges. You download it, set it up, and then find out that you have to pay to keep it. You absolutely have a right to sell an app or charge for usage, just let me know that on the front end in case that’s not what I’m looking for. Don’t dupe me into downloading it just to trick me.

   Deception. Saw an ad in Instagram from the creator that clear stated that App “is now”. It’s not, I downloaded it and it’s free for 3 days. I don’t do deception. I would never give my information including a credit card number to a company that clearly lied. I’ll make sure to steer clear of anything associated with this app from now on. The ole bait and switch to get your downloads number high. Shame on you

    App won’t open. Just downloaded the app and the only thing that shows is a RETRY button, that does nothing.

    Used to be great. Used to be a great app but with recent update I can’t even get into my account and it acts like everything is behind a paywall. So tired of the constant pushing to pay for premium.

    Weak AI photo analyzer. Couldn’t identify a plain Ligustrum or a Boxwood despite perfect lighting, nothing in the background. Kept pulling up a Ginseng or Weeping Fig for the Ligustrum, and a Chinese something or other with Mangrove type roots for the Boxwood!!!! Cancelled immediately.

    It’s ok. This app is cool and it works, but it is low quality and doesn’t make watering and tending to your plants easier. I have found better much higher quality FREE apps.

    Doesn’t work. I really wanted to use this app bc it’s so much prettier compared to planta and I have the same last name as the app name (flora). However, the app doesn’t even work. Every option I click the app just freezes completely and doesn’t transition to the option I click. I can’t add plants bc that button doesn’t work. Everytime I open the app I get hit with the flora plus screen, which I wouldn’t even consider since the free version doesn’t even work.

    Aggressive notifications. I thought notifications would just let me know when to water, but so far all they have been is asking me to journal, which I don’t want to do. Popups for the subscription are excessive as well. Makes me not want to use the app.

    App deleted all my plants and my account. Do not waste your time with this app and it's extremely repetitive notifications, completely inaccurate plant identifier, and useless diagnosis feature. I reached out to support after my account was deleted. They got back to me about a full month later to give me a solution and now all my plants are completely gone. So glad I didn't play for a membership.

    Useless. Only identifies the plants 5% of the time and that rating is too generous. Tells you to water on a schedule instead of when the plant truly needs it. Waste of money.

    Terrible execution. Great in theory, but not any better than any other plant care apps out there. The worst thing so far is the fact that I’ve sent invitations to contacts (to join their rare plant giveaway) and they’ve all reported that the invitation links are broken/invalid. They can’t even get their links to work, so I’m probably not going to keep this app for much longer.

    False advertising. I am searching for a free app and this one advertised it was in fact free. Not true unfortunately after logging in and creating an account with my personal info and also answering answering a series of questions; the app insisted on a payment to use. What’s going on Apple ? Is every app now pay to play ? What a sad day for technology.

    Having trouble with this app!. I get notices to water plants and the app will not open ! When I click on it it goes black! I paid way to much for an app that will not open! It was good till recently! How do you cancel this totally useless app!

    Misleading. I will try it again, but I don’t understand why I can opt out and still use it. Is the whole site open to use? Misleading… I was looking for a FREE app but this is NOT a free app. Free for 7 days then you choose your subscription to continue.

    Horrible app. I started using the app approximately 2 months ago. I thought everything was going good and the free 3 days was up. Paid the $59.99/year fee. Watered my plants on their schedule and noticed many of my plants DYING! The app was having me water my plants way too many times! I have since gone back to my own watering schedule and wasted $60 on this app. It also is not very user friendly when trying to set up rooms. Not worth the money at all!
