   SCAM!!!. I was on a free trial which was supposed to cancel on its own and then not only continued a subscription but at more than double the unlimited monthly rate!! Charged me $5.39 every week. No communication from them at all. No ability to know it was still going till I finally noticed the charges on my credit card bill weren’t correct. Disgusting.

   Do not download if you don’t want to subscribe!. IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, DO IT IN YOUR APPLE ACCOUNT SETTINGS IN THE APP STORE! Like most apps, this one automatically puts you on a free trial with recurring payments to their subscription service you will have to cancel yourself. The problem is you cannot cancel through the app. There is a button for it, but upon pressing it you get a message saying, “a team member will contact you in 24 hours.” When I tried this, a team member never contacted me. I shouldn’t have to wait to be contacted to cancel a subscription in the first place! This is completely ridiculous and manipulative by the creators of this app. Do not download. Also, I’m skeptical about the accuracy of the plant identification functionality anyway.

   Scam App. App makes you wait for a so-called member of the team to reach out supposedly in 24 hours to cancel. Do not subscribe to this app. You get caught in a never-ending loop of charges. Terrible experience.

   Not a good apps. Difficult to cancel subscription, saying will contact you in 24 hours, never! Just go to apple support to do unsubscription .

   Doesn’t work. The main selling point was diagnosing plant problems but the diagnosis screen never works. Take the photos and watch a spinning wheel. No info no help.

    Yikes. Five dollars a week is a little nuts to me but I gave it a fair shot and it was awful. I took a very clear photo of a plant I was trying to identify and it gave me a different answer every time..

    Tricky to cancel.. Cancel from your Apple account and not from the app. In the app they require your email to cancel and then don’t cancel, but say someone will be in touch in 24 hours.

    Do NOT get a trial!!!. I am still working to “manage subscription” for this stupid app. I signed up for a trial. I canceled my subscription the day after I signed up. When the first charge hit, I canceled the subscription again. I got busy, and I just now noticed that I’ve been getting charged $4.99 on a weekly basis for many months when I should have never been charged a dime. Don’t do it.

    Come on…. Scanned one plant, 1/16/25. Can’t scan another, one plant only? 4.99 p/w? I have a few house plants, NOT a nursery.

    One photo free trial + its wrong?. I was wondering about a flower i had, i took a photo of it since i only need to know that one flower and didn’t buy premium since i only needed it once. It came back as a carination which it is NOT because i own carnations. It didn’t let me retake the photo and had way too many pop ups when i downloaded it. Such a waste of time.

    Privacy issues. This app tracks u and try’s to identify everything even when it’s been erased and deleted from your phone. Very concerned of the nature of this app as far as privacy

    4.99 a WEEK ? Yikes. You get a few free days for a trial, then the wonky subscriptions they have will take every penny they can. Why not just make one charge for the use of the app ? WHO has twenty dollars a month (PLUS taxes n fees) to have reminders for your plants ? You could buy three new plants with that money - ONE STAR - for highway robbery, minimal info on many of the plants listed, takes users photos for the app, and they make money off of you for info they took off of the web👀- better apps out there for sure!! Do not even waste your time downloading for the free trial - they just want your plant pics 🤷‍♀️

    Terrible. It’s very deceiving download the app using a couple times and then you receive a message stating that it cost $4.99 a week. It’s impossible to figure out how to delete the app from your phone

    Can’t Seem to Unsubscribe Anywhere. Thought this could be helpful but given my black thumb and no free time to garden or go on nature walks I really can’t make use of it right now. I’d like to unsubscribe but can’t find any way to do so in the app. Or the App Store, for that matter. Hmmm, is there a way to rate the App Store?
