   Mistake, not possible to cancel. I got this app as a recommendation to identify plants in the garden. It works well, but I was just interested in trying it, not subscribing to it! I tried to cancel on the day the trial period ends and it charged me for a full year subscription. I have been trying to cancel and get my refund since, to no avail

   Not free as depicted. App is only free for a 7 day trial. Ads for this app are very deceiving as it’s advertised as free. It’s only free for seven days and then there is a $39.99 monthly charge after the trial period ends.

   Don’t buy this app. The only advice they ever give for a diagnosis is overwatering. A couple of plants I had got worse because as it turned out I was not giving them enough water.

   Company does not invest to modernize app. This app used to be very good. It seems as time goes on it misidentifies more and more plants and just can’t identify basic ones. Google and safari app pictures currently do a better job- for free. For the price they charge for this app the tech no longer justifies the exorbitant price of $30 a year. Google is free and better. This app needs much upgrading to be competitive. Sad how such a good concept just becomes irrelevant if not kept up with the times

    Don’t depend on them. After signing up for the free 7 day trial, the developers say they will send you a reminder to cancel before being charged for a full year’s subscription. Well guess what…I never got that reminders and was hit with a $42.39 charge this morning!!!

    Beware of “free trial”. I cancelled 2 days before the free trial ended. Picture this went ahead and charged me $40 for the whole year then cancelled. There was no response on an inquiry request. I would not trust them.

    Beware high charge as a standard. I was charged for a Family plan. I am an individual and I wasn’t given a reminder or an invitation to choose an option. I was straight charged for a year of FAMILY plan and when I tried to cancel the cancellation won’t happen until NEXT YEAR so this developer doesn’t lose but the user does . Beware

    Inaccurate and doesn’t know many plants. Tried sending pictures of my plants and it doesn’t recognize by name or picture but this worthless app sends me a subscription option 🤣you missed all my information and want me to buy from you 🤣🤣🤮🤮

    Salt on Lawn. Putting salt on your lawn kills the weeds and THE LAWN. Horrible advice Why not use gasoline and a match to get rid of the weeds… your lawn…and your house…and your neighbors’ houses and wind up in a burn unit?

    Money grab- do not buy. This app snagged me into a free trial for 7 days. On day 5 it charged my card. I tried to cancel on day 6. It would not allow and put me into an AI that told me to go to Apple where I got another AI that said I had no purchases available to refund.
