   Greedy asl. Ima just keep using the free modded version I have on my android lol annoying ads, and can’t access half the app when most of its features were still free just 2 years ago. Polarr is cooked

   Greedy and unethical company. I’ve been using AND paying for this app for years under my Polarr Lite subscription. Firstly, a bug for years now with the mobile app is that it does not automatically log me in or recognize my active subscription. I have to go to settings and click “restore purchases” every! single! time! I open the app to open my subscription plan and unlock my paid features. Slightly annoying but not a total dealbreaker. But NOW, to my surprise, the features I have PAID FOR in my annual Polarr lite subscription have suddenly been taken away (they are reserved for the “Studio” tier which is twice as expensive). I have to upgrade again to access the most BASIC photo editing tools (shadow, light, selection tools, etc). This is insane. Extremely shady and deceptive of the Polarr app developers to do. I PAID for a year’s worth of photo editing tools and suddenly that access disappears MONTHS before my subscription renews. Sad to say I will be deleting this app. Not worth it at all - other apps like Snapseed, Hypic, and VSCO offer similar editing tools for free or much cheaper. Save your money and time and don’t download this app.

   No honor. I bought this app and paid for lifetime. They refused to honor it when I reinstalled on iPhone and ghosted me after I showed them proof that I bought a lifetime license. They don’t stand behind their product. Avoid.

    Can’t access premium feature. i’ve been paying for the app for a while but recently i can’t access overlays or upload photos in general without the app glitching out super disappointing seeing as i’m paying a subscription and can’t access the features i like about the app

    Horrible mobile app. App doesn’t let me install my own filters from my folder. A pop up saying I have to buy premium when I already did stops me and crashes the app. Disgusting business practice to the point it’s almost a scam.

    Subscription required. Loved Polar! Uninstalled this app since it now hides everything behind a paywall. Loved apps with these effects and filters, but like all the others, they drag their users in the dirt, completely forsaking why they started this app in the first place, they got money hungry. They seem to forget - the users helped grow the app.

    Black screen. Big fan of this app, been using it for decade, recently it just not opening, total black screen, please fix the problem, I have pay fees every year, now it just keeps crashing.

    BROKEN.. The app wont open at all, even after reinstalling. It goes to a black screen. I was paying $10 month but now you dont get my money because your app doesnt work.

    Update your code. Ive used this app since 2016, from android to now iOS and have never had issues, gladly paid. Now with my iphone 17 I can rarely export a photo without the app crashing. Extremely frustrating, and will need to find a new editing app.

    have to pay to do anything apparently. i haven’t used this app in a few years and i used to LOVE it but now i can’t seem to do anything without it telling me i have to pay to save the photo. the settings i’m using aren’t marked with the premium logo but still it’s saying i can’t save it because i’m using premium features.

    Membership??????. I’ve been a user of your app for YEARS and i’ve loved it every step of the way but you recently made changes to where we have to pay for features that have been free. I am so upset because you guys were the last app i’ve been using that didn’t charge for anything and now you charge for features i love to use. very disappointed 😣

    Disappointing – Crashes & Limited Even with Premium. I was really excited to try Polarr, but it’s been nothing but frustrating. The app keeps crashing every time I try to save an edited photo, which makes all my work go to waste. I even paid for the premium version hoping it would fix things and give me more options, but it’s still very limited compared to what was advertised. Definitely not worth the subscription until they fix the bugs and actually make premium worth it.
