   تحديث سيء جدااااا. تحديييييث سيء جدا يطلع من البرنامج و يقولك خطأ بالتحميل واذا مدة المقطع اكثر من دقيقه ما يسمحلك تختار الاجزاء الي بعده بالتحميل مثلا عندك ڤيديو فيه 3 اجزاء ما يسمح انك تختار الجزء الثاني الي بعده علشان تحمل الباقي بصراحة البرنامج صار اصلاحاته تتأخر بفترات طويله جدا وكله على حسابنا المفروض فيه تقييم بالسالب المشكله محد يرد ع المشترك يعني كم يوم وانا ما قادر استخدم البرنامج بسبب التحديث السيء و فوق هذا مافي رد من قبلكم

   They raise the subscription. The app it self it amazing but i give them one star because I’m already subscribe for yearly for 18.99$ but they change it to 39.99$ or something so my subscription cannot get the benefits like before which they forcing me to pay 39$ for the “ VIP “ even tho I didn’t finished my year first subscription. Even tho I’ve already keep pressing “ already paid “ but it did not confirm it so i had to subscribe the App again sadly with 39.99$

    False information. I’m a little annoyed, I downloaded the app and I was trying to use and a window popped out an offer saying 50% discount on subscription, so I did subscribe to it and they charged me the full price. That’s a total scam so I’m giving it a one star 👎🏻

    تحديث سيئ 👎🏻. البرنامج كان زي العسل لكن اخر تحديث بدت تطلع صورة البرنامج على جانب الصفحة مما أدى إلى تخريب الصور والفديوهات بالشعار اللي ماله داعي يكون بالصورة مره خرب الشكل يارب يحدثونه ويحذفونها ونرتاح منها 🙃👎🏻

    No customer support for paying customers. I sent a lot of complains about sending videos to snapchat. When I send a video , it only shows in the corner and the rest of the screen is plain green color. Please fix it asap.. i have been paying for this app for long and no customer support at all since March

    Sudden exit. The latest version does not work at all, as we noticed a sudden exit from the application and the inability to access it every time it exits. Please solve the problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

    SCAM - Beware no 3 day trial. When launching this app you are presented with a subscription dialog offerng a yearly or monthly subscription with a 3 day trial. I selected the monthly and was immediately charged $9.99 to my credit card, no 3 day trial. This is the second app tha has done this to me in the past month. I was not supposed to be charged until the 3 day trial was up. I do not recommend this app it you are just trying it out unless you want to pay the monthly or yearly subscription immediately.
