   Now you have to pay. This was a great app for making simple edits. But as of the last update, you now have to pay for everything. Deleting.

   Been paying and suddenly it dies. I’ve paid for the annual so called VIP, and have had no issues for the first few months. Now on my iPhone it’s requiring me to pay again and login even though on my iPad it works fine. Why would I pay twice for the same app?? No other app at this level asks that.

   Once great now ruined. I accidentally updated the app and low and behold it’s awful now. Congratulations you made every single aspect of the app worse to navigate and use. Almost every section is riddled with “premium” features. The app is one big unorganized ad now. So disappointed that I have to delete this once great app.

   Force update. Once they force us to make the update. I will delete the app. They took away things that were once free and forcing you to pay to get them back. Only doing 2 stars bc it was good when it lasted. After 10,000 users you do this... Wow!

    Unusable after update. Horrible!. Don’t know what they were thinking. This used to be my go to app for pic editing... then the last “update” rendered it utterly useless. Upgraded filters I paid for... GONE. How could an entire app team fail so badly and collectively decide... “Yep! THIS is the update!!” ?? Good god.

    What have you done?. I was shocked to encounter this new version (April, 2029). All my favorite effects appear to be gone. Maybe I’m wrong. But if I’m right, they have ruined Mix for me. I am incensed and deeply disappointed. Not good. Not good at all.

    Terrible update. Please have the blur filter and the chromatic aberration function back! The new filter naming system is also just awful—they don’t mean anything now. I like in the last version that they had meaningful names, especially the film-style filters named after the kinds of film they imitate.

    Terrible update. I purchased additional filters prior to the most recent update and cannot access many of them. Unfortunately, there’s no way to secure a refund since both Apple and the developer are unresponsive. Stay away! I believe this practice is equivalent to fraud.

    New Update is Terrible!!. Please revert back to the previous version of this app. The new update is the worst ever! Filters are everywhere. Custom filters are in disarray. No smooth skin filter. All the good stuff you have to upgrade to premium & pay for it. This is really bad. Looking for a new photo enhancement app now! I would give this zero stars if I could!!!

    Update has ruined the main app I’ve used for years!. This new “user friendly” update is horrible! I’ve used this app for years, as my main editing app. Absolutrly loved it! Now, since this new update, it’s completely useless! I cannot find half of the options I had before, and spend more time trying to search the app for these things, than editing photos. I’ll no longer be using what was a great app.

    Developers, LOOK AT THE COMMENTS. There’s a stark drop off in ratings once version 5 came out, consistent 5s to consistent 1s. Please go back! If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!! Or don’t reinvent it!

    Recent update. This used to be my all time favorite 5 star app, until they recently updated the app and changed it completely to where you have to pay, and all my favorite filters are gone. I’ve suggested this app to so many people in the past but I would not now. Thinking about deleting.😕

    Dislike!. What happened to this app? It updated and I don’t even know how to use it any longer! All of my favorite filters that I used most and save have disappeared! It is definitely not user friendly like it used to be. I am going to have to find a different app and it really bums me out. I want the old one back!!!

    Hate it. This app has been my favorite photo editing app until as of late. The updated it so that I must pay for a subscription to even use the custom filters I created long ago. The accessibility is completely insufficient and way more complicated than it ever was. The previous version was so smooth and easy to use. I’m really upset they decided to do what they did to it. It used to be my favorite app to edit photos with and now it’s getting deleted.

    Terrible changes in update. This used to be my favorite photography app. I loved it. My heart broke with the update of March 2020. Totally changed everything. I lost my purchases too. All the filters I had downloaded disappeared. This app only wants money now. Truly disheartening and disappointing. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a good photography app. This one will cheat you.
