   Bought a year subscription and I couldn’t even use it. I bought a year subscription and it won’t let me use it. I keep “repurchasing” but it would tell me I have an existing subscription and I can’t even find anyone that can help me. I want a refund.

   BRING BACK HAIR GLOSS!. I paid for the whole year and they suddenly took away the hair gloss feature this month. that was my favorite feature & i used it ALL the time. if they don’t bring it back within the week I will be contacting Apple to get a refund on my payment because taking payments while taking away paid features is insane and a scam. BRING BACK THE HAIR GLOSS FEATURE!!!!

    VIP and still ad spammy. App is ok. Except paid for VIP for a year and I can barely use the app because of all the ads. I submitted a ticket inquiring but no response of course. Is a retread beauty app money grab. Won’t renew.

    2018 user. I have been using this app since 2018, thats a long time dedicated to this app. In 2024 i decided to the monthly subscription and as of recently its a weekly subscription that is the same amount, if not more than the monthly subscription. thats absolutely insane, do not waste you money on this app. i cant believe i have to say goodbye to the app that ive always made sure to have. do better.

    Greedy. App used to be good, but now, you should look for an alternative app to use. The company has become too greedy and disrespectful to the users - there are ads and pop ups you cannot skip every single click. Not worth it anymore. Another review states this company will take your money and not give you the VIP functions as promised. Don’t give this app or company any money :)

    Refund. I’d like to get a refund for downloaded the app in hopes to receive the features that were promised but for for some reason it caused my phone to shut down and the free trial date ended and charged my account before I was able to have a functioning phone again. I’d appreciate a refund. I got 0 content from the app.

    The most FOXY app I’ve ever used – total scam!. This is hands down the most foxy camera app I’ve ever come across. It tricks you into subscribing to their ridiculously overpriced yearly plan just by clicking on basic features. Even worse, they don’t offer refunds, not even within 7 days. That’s shady and unacceptable. This isn’t just bad UX—it’s a scam. Avoid at all costs!

    Waste of your money.. save trouble. I bought this for my wife for 1 yr @ 49.99. This appears to be working just fair. I bought another one, for same price for my iPhone.. I did to remove the ads but this did not work.. even though I have a paid subscription, ads keep on popping up.. at one point I counted 12 .. I deleted the app and reinstalled but did not eliminate the ads.. I am so frustrated and I will not renew after a year.. so beware, hopefully this will not happen to anyone..
