   Doesn’t remove watermark. I have the pro and this isn’t an option. Don’t waste your money! SUCKS

   Crashes now that I have pro. This was great but now useless because it crashes every time it starts. I cannot edit anything. I bought the yearly subscription and now it won’t load properly. I’ll raise the stars once it’s fixed. I removed it and reloaded it and even though it says I am pro, ads for more apps keep popping up. Fix it!

   Missing templates. I'm a yearly subscriber, and the issue with the app is that its servers keep crashing. Templates are missing, and in some cases, the changes make the navigation very difficult. No customer service option.

    無法儲存照片. 一直都很喜歡用這個App去除背景的人，但是最近在使用的時候遇到一個問題，就是已經去除人像後，按完成件會直接跳回選照片的畫面，導致沒辦法儲存照片，但是卻會減少一次當日的免費編輯次數，希望可以趕快修正這個問題

    Used to Be Good, But They Broke It. I paid for a year subscription a few months back because I really liked their photo enhancer. You get three “results” to choose from and get to pick the one that looks the best. A recent update (within the last week or two) broke the enhancement results. “Result 1” usually tried to keep the image as close to the original, but typically always looked horrible for old photos (and still does), so I really relied in the past on “Result 2” or “Result 3.” In the past, “Result 2” was the most complementary to enhancing faces with nice straight teeth, smooth but realistic skin, symmetrical eyes, etc., and “Result 3” was still good, but more likely to make people look older. NOW, “Result 2” is pretty much complete GARBAGE (basically just changes the shading of “Result 1” and gives people gunk in between their teeth…I’m not kidding - it makes people smiling look like they haven’t brushed their teeth in years) and “Result 3” is really the only truly AI enhanced image. Ugh, I regret buying this app. If you fix it back to the way it used to work a couple weeks ago, I’ll update this review. BOTTOM LINE: PLEASE FIX “RESULT 2” IN THE PHOTO ENHANCER TO BE LIKE IT USED TO BE FOR ALL THE MONTHS I USED IT PRIOR TO WHATEVER YOU DID TO BREAK IT RECENTLY. I’M SO TIRED OF PAYING GOOD MONEY AND ENDING UP WITH SOMETHING I WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT TO BEGIN WITH.

    Wasted $5 I’ll never get back. I got the weekly premium subscription thinking that would make the app load properly but it never did and Apple denied my refund. The loading icon just spins in perpetuity. So I spent over $5 on an app that didn’t even work. I got totally screwed by this app.

    I don’t want snap edits pro. I was told this is a good free app to enhance old photos. I downloaded snapedit, but I got snapedit pro and it wants me to sign up for the subscription. This was pure bait and switch

    Do NOT buy. Trust me the app ai app feature is cool and everything but if you remove things it looks super glitchy and blurry and out of place. It doesn't look realistic at all. I looked at the reviews an got it but when I tried it out it ended up being horrible

    Ржака. На сайте убрало фон лучше чем в приложении (приложение не справляется даже на половину), абсолютно бесполезная вещь. Отзывы, кстати, они судя по всему накручивают хахаха
