   Charges after cancellation!. I tried this app to see if it would help with a photo edit someone I work with needed. I cancelled the free trial (as they said we can “cancel anytime before trial ends” and then a week later they still charged me. EDIT: I also cancelled the subscription days before the free trial ended. I did not wait until the day before, and I actually took a screenshot of the day I cancelled it. Disappointing that the developer responds and uses that as an excuse rather than just saying “We’re sorry this happened.” Apple did do the right thing when I disputed the charge and they refunded me!

   Horrible tbh. I downloaded this app because I’m looking for a cheaper alternative to retake ai so I use the face swap filter and I was swapping the faces of my own face and each time it was just as horrifying so I’m glad to give you a free trial because I’d be so mad if I paid for that

   The updated the app to fix a bug and made it unusable. I can’t touch any buttons on the app anymore after a new update

    Misleading - Does NOT edit video!. Description notes ‘Photo & Video”. When I try to access my videos in the app they do not show. Only photos Ive taken show up in the gallery. I want a refund.

    Very Unhappy. I am very unhappy with my purchase. I’ve had this app for over a year now, and I mainly use it for one filter…. And 4/5 times I open the app, the filter settings aren’t even working!!! I close out the app, re open—still doesn’t work. I close out the app, restart my phone—still doesn’t work. I go to app support…. And THAT IS A DEAD END!! Literally all I want is ONE filter!!! What do I need to do to make this app work properly?!?! What am I even paying for???

    Horrible business practices!. Charges double 10 days before app is due to renew. Unable to cancel before that, vip management did not work. I sent a problem report with NO RESPONSE from the company! They charged me twice—once 10 days before the app was due to renew and then AGAIN 5 days before. Their policy is you can cancel without being charged 1 day before! Their app has no way to cancel—the app manager did not work despite deleting and reinstalling. It’s buggy. It crashes every time. Please refund my money and CANCEL my account! UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

    App is asking me to renew. I got the notification that I was paid until July 12, 2023 but the app won’t let me do anything unless I renew my subscription . What is going on? Please help. It’s so annoying

    No Free Trial. Doesn’t even offer a free trial period. I’m not paying for something that I’m not sure I will like. If you are confident in your product, you would offer a trial period. I was looking forward to trying this because of the reviews but I can see they are bought and paid for.

    Not easy to skim body. Not easy to skim body. No perimeters to set to work between. Causes a crazy distortion instead. Not easy to switch between original and edit.

    Vip account. I paid for the VIP plan the Permanent Purchase $69.99. And now the app doesn’t recognize my account and loose the access to the paid subscription. Really bad. I will ask my money back since I pais it and I’m not receiving it.

    Save Your Money!. Paid for a month subscription so I could edit some photos and the app doesn’t even work. As soon as you click on a photo it just force closes the app and won’t let you even use the tools or do anything. Don’t waste your money on this!

    Not working. I’ve used s free times and was enjoying it. Now I can’t get it to work. When I open the app and try putting a pic up to edit it closes me out and completely shuts down. It won’t let me do anything. I don’t get why this is happening. I tried contacting them but got NO response. I want me 35.00 back
