   Fantastic idea however way too glitchy. Love this app since it was Paw Print. I have used it religiously. However, I do find that it no longer retains the information that I enter. It will retain some of it and not all of it. If you make changes to information that you’ve entered it does not always update to the new information. I have reached out to the developer several times with no response.

   Useless :(. My vet isn’t even on the list when I type in their name! Why can’t any app or service find them? They’re a fairly popular vet for exotic pets in my area

   Welcome page. Signed up for your app to make an appointment with my vet. It switches immediately to a welcome page. With no way to get out of it! What a welcome. GreatPetCare… Horrible app.

   Can’t pass the Home Screen pop up. I’m unable to get through to the app because the welcome pop up covers the whole screen and has no accessible way to close it. I’ve redownloaded the app twice with no change. Had to open browser to complete set up where, set up button was accessible.

   If I could give it Zero stars I would. This used to be a great app until it was taken over by Covartus. Since then it has been completely useless. Don’t bother to waste your time on it

    This app continually gets worse. What was a great, functional without complications app for tracking my pets health has now because a casualty of capitalism. The “helpful” suggestions in the feed, locking out vet clinics that are aligned.. and now a persistent “Welcome to your GreatPetCare pet parental portal” flow that I can’t get rid of - making the app officially useless. I’ve been using this app for over 10 years.. I guess it’s now time to find a different tracker

    Can’t use it?. I created an account but my vet is not apart of this app so I skipped adding that information and just added my name. It will not send me to the portal. I don’t know why this at had almost 5 stars.

    Bring Back The Original Version!!!. I WANT THE PAWPRINTS BACK!!! I so hate this app. I really liked the original version (PawPrints), but I accidentally updated the app & now stuck with this crappy new app. Bring back the original version!!!! I can’t stand this new version!!!! 😠😠😠

    Why. As far as I can tell app is useless. I make appointment at vets and does not show up Dog weighed this morning and… nothing No reminders sent even tho I set up

    Needs lots of bug fixes. I cant upload a photo of my Pets no matter how many times i try it never saves the data. it just gives me an error saying theres a problem with the app and i need to update it fo it to work. ive already done that multiple times cant save data entryto the profile of each dog. information will not save. app is broen until it is fixed

    Not happy after update. I was updating my pet's info in the app and received an error message that I needed to update the app. So I updated the app. Then the app would not let me sign back in. That is not helpful. Very disappointed.

    Lost Data. I used to love this app for easy access to my pets vet history, but it has so many issues now. I always uploaded copies of my pets records and they have disappeared so I have none of their history from the past 4-5 years I’ve been using this app. The vaccine history I had entered all updated so it doesn’t give any details and just says ‘medical’ event. Very disappointed. Maybe it works going forward but it’s useless for past data now.

    Lost all my dogs records. I’ve been using this app to keep track of my dogs records and now literally everything but her name and microchip number is gone. All her files and records are gone. Awesome job Covetrus, just what I wanted from a record keeping app.

    Eh. Needs updating. Great tracker for what works, but super glitchy. The weight tracker doesn’t work most times and neither does the date change for viewing. Also needs the vaccine tracker back. Yes, you can add medical records and such, but I’d like a specific section for vaccines. The current system isn’t view/searchable friendly. Update: my pets information is gone. Just GONE. Please fix this!!

    Weight tracking function not working. I’ve been using this pet for a while and it has been pretty okay. The weight tracking function got weight since last update. Everytime I try to switch the unit from pounds/kg then the app shut down. It also messed up with the old records I put in before.

    Used to be great. Used this app for years to document information for my two cats with chronic health conditions. Was organized and great. Since change over from PawPrint branded to current Covetrus app it’s completely useless. Weight charts are inaccurate. Cannot access full history for my pets. Have attempted support but nothing has been done. Moving back to spreadsheets and trying to fill in the holes since all my data is incorrect in this app now

    My entire account got deleted. I’ve been using this app for months without issue, but suddenly it kicked me out of my account and when I tried to log back in, the app said I did not have an account under my email address. I’m not sure what caused this to occur and I could not contact anyone about this so I’m leaving this review until it can get resolved

    Unable to add additional caretaker. One thing I have been looking for is an app where my husband and I can access the same per profile. There is a caretaker button but it’s not working.

    Had to delete. Great idea. Had everything I wanted but ultimately it just keeps locking up. It won’t let you go to new screens or continue if it does actually let you get to one. Needs some major bug fixes!!

    Can't upload photos. I downloaded this app to upload photos with journal entries and that function doesn't even work. What a a waste !
