   Can't login. Used to work, only had one email and password, however now it says invalid. So changed password successfully, and when I try to login with that, same 'invalid credentials' pops up, with NO other options. WTF

   Won’t log in. I’d like to give this review more than one star but ever since it transitioned over to PetOne, I’ve lost the ability to log in. I’ve deleted and restarted the app, but nothing works. Tried setting up a new account and it says my email is already in use and to log in, but the log in function doesn’t not work.

   Poor website. Navigation ability difficulty. Screen stability needs improvement or enhancements.

   Won’t Work. Used to have Happy Healthy Pets, but the upgrade changed it to Pet One Vet. I couldn’t remember my password. Had to change my password, but it didn’t find my email address. So I tried to create a new account and said that email address has already been used. Don’t have time to waste on this.

   What is the point of this app?. Literally, what is the actual in real life point of this app? Not the fantasy promises of what it will or might do, but what it ACTUALLY does. So far: can’t schedule appointments, sooo it’s not for appointment making convenience. Can’t see my animals history…soooo it’s not for keeping a record i one place, can’t buy medications, soooooo it’s not for wase or streamlining there… Which brings me back to: what is the real life actual point if this app, other than a data collecting for god knows what purpose boondoggle? Delete. Bye. 👋🏼

   App Doesn’t Work Anymore. I used to love this app. It made it so easy to set an appointment at my local vet. For the last 6 months I haven’t been able to set an appointment through the app. I’m not sure what’s going on.

   This app has no staff that I can find.. My vet office has information on how to sign up for this app but, I’ve tried everything and my animal’s information etc., will not download into the app and my bet’s office has done everything it can. I see no way to reach the app company for help. Ugh!

   Not letting me log in. Take me to the home page but won’t let me login at all. I keep hitting it and nothing happens. I delete the app and redownload and the same thing happens. I hit sign in and it doesn’t take me to another login screen. Please fix.

   Wretched App. This app doesn’t work much of the time: it spins endlessly on login, and even if I finally get to the scheduling section it spins a minimum of 1 full minute before confirming a date. It used to work sort of, but in the last couple of months I end up calling the clinic to schedule the old-fashioned way. Junk.

    Rarely works!. I have tried this app over 50 times and it has only let me log in maybe 6! You press the sign in button and it does…NOTHING. I have deleted and redownloaded at least 5 times with no change. Ugh!

    New to app. First time user and 75 yrs old. Having difficulty in creating password. Most apps have a button for you to display what you have entered, which ensures that you entered the correct password! Can’t you fix that?

    Ap blows. This app is horrible. I have deleted it got the link from the vets office set it up and once I close out of it, I can never get back into it. It doesn’t do me any good if I can’t use it.

    Cannot use app. I cannot log into the app because I cannot reset my password. The in-app screen to reset the password has no submit button.

    Don’t like it at all. When it first came out it great, however after a while I lost half of my animals on the list. It’s no way to add them back besides going to the vet and manually adding 6 of them in. It would be nice if I could manually put them in myself.

    Inadequate App. I thought this app would allow me to see my pets’ past records, which would be the MOST useful information. All it does is show what’s due and when, as well as allow me to book appointments. I can do all that with my smart phone. This is not worth it. I hope my vet isn’t paying a lot for this app! (Because those costs will get passed on to me.)

    Set up is difficult if you are blind or have kkw vision. The accessibility of the app is lacking. I had to require someone else To se this up and still not sure what is going on. Fixed pages mean some Content are not even clickable. Deleted the app

    Not impressed. All this app does is allow you to book an appointment and see when recommended appointments are due. I don’t need this. I can make appointments on my clinic’s website without an app using up my phone memory. I was hoping my cats records such as lab work would be posted here but there’s not even a place for that. I deleted it.

    Enrolled then what?. My vet isn’t listed in app even though I enrolled in their care plan. I cannot find a way to view account to manage or view the payments.

    Great Vets and Hospital. I’m not sure if Minkie needs to see the doc for this follow-up, or a vet tech, as there was no “choice” given. The drop down list should include “follow-up” category. I think this is a great app over all & cuts down on phone calls easily handled on the app.

    Nice setup but no pet variety. I like the general setup of this app; however, I wish there were other pet options besides cats and dogs. I would have loved to use this to keep track of my rabbits and guinea pigs.

    Not able to edit appointment notes. I need to be able to edit a note for my appointment. Although it allowed me to enter a note, I don’t see it in the “Appointments” section. I’m also not given the option to edit this note after the appt was created.
