   $30 scam. I downloaded this app for the free trial, tried working through the first task, which my puppy failed. I deleted the app. Yet, there’s a $30 charge on my card. I checked subscriptions on my phone. It’s not there! Now, I have to go through the whole rigamarole of calling the company and/or my credit card. This is not good!!

   Be careful how you pay. If you pay for it from the website. It’s ridiculously hard to cancel the recurring fees. There’s no real way to do it outside of emailing the company. If it renews and you want to cancel. They will not refund your money. Buyer beware.

   Horrible. Cheaply made. Not applicable and when you cancel you must go through the website. Any complaints about cancellation after seeing a renewal even hours after they charge you because they’re are unprofessional and try to hoodwink you. Poor management and customer service

   Not worth it. I got this on an introductory price for the first month. After downloading the app I realized there is a recurring monthly subscription unless you cancel. I canceled the recurring subscription which basically canceled the app that I had just paid for at an introductory price. On top of that, the one training I did get to watch was something that I could’ve watched on You Tube or Tik Tok. SAVE YOUR MONEY

   Worst game to train your dogs. I hate this game. You have to buy it and it’s so much money. Don’t waste your time on this and it probably won’t even help. You just help yourself and you probably couldn’t get it going. Don’t buy this game and I’m telling you don’t buy any of the games that help your dogs get trained they just won’t listen if you cause it’s on app and it probably won’t help your dogs get trained. I don’t like this game personally it’s not my favorite. Maybe you guys might like it because all the reviews said it was good maybe they just wanted you to get the app so you can pay for it and they can get money no don’t buy any of the games that train your dogs. Try to train them yourself and it works before I knew how to train my dogs I tried this app and it was the worst. I know how to train my dogs now that I trained myself. It was just a bad app to train your dogs. I’m telling you don’t buy it. It’s just a horrible app

   Cancelled subscription but still getting charged. I do not subscribe to this. I’m still getting charged $49.99, most recently today. I’ve contacted every doggy before, was promised this would stop, but I’m still getting charged. I was charged $49.99 last month too! If I had known how difficult it would be, I would never have tried Every Doggy. You guys owe me $51.98 and STOP charging me! UPDATE: I’m still getting charged since January 2026.

   2nd request Unauthorized Charge and Account Access Issue. Hello, I am writing regarding a $49.99 charge that was deducted from my checking account today (2/25) for the EveryDog app subscription. I had completely forgotten about this subscription and was not aware that it was still active. I have been taking care of my very ill husband in the hospital since January 7, 2026 I attempted to log in to cancel the subscription with the provided email address, which was used to create the account. When I try to reset the password using the email received, I receive an error message and am unable to access the account to cancel. I am currently experiencing financial hardship and cannot afford this additional expense at this time. I am respectfully requesting the following: Immediate cancellation of my subscription. Confirmation that no future charges will occur. A refund of the recent $49.99 charge, if possible. I can provide the date of the charge, the last four digits of the card used, and any additional identifying information needed to locate the account. Thank you for your prompt assistance. I would greatly appreciate your help resolving this as soon as possible.

    Scam. I canceled this app the day after I downloaded it because I didn’t want to auto renew after the trial only to discover I had been charged $29.99 two times. When I wrote customer support they said there was nothing they could do. I sent screenshots with proof of the day of cancellation. The app even said I wasn’t subscribed anymore. I guess I’m out $60. Don’t use this app.

    This is a scam. I paid $5 for a 7 day session which gave me a 3 min video that’s it. Then 5 days later they charge my card for $30 for absolutely nothing then there is no option to remove your card or talk to anybody.

    SCAM!!! Don’t purchase!!!. I signed up for a trial for 11.99 for the first month. I was then charged $49.99. I contacted them to cancel refund my money and they said it was against their terms since it was beyond the first month. It was canceled but no refund AND I only get one month for the 49.99 when the app clearly says 49.99 for a year. I was told there are different premium plans. NO WHERE ON THE APP DOES IT SAY THAT!! Only 14.99 a month or 49.99 for a year! People find another app. No one wants to be cheated out of their money. I have emails to prove everything I’ve said!!!
