   App is not efficient. Cannot set pets specialists as preferred clinic. Cannot make appointments through app with specialists. App is not functional or useful. It’s much easier to just call. I just downloaded the app 15 minutes ago and will be deleting immediately.

   Garbage. This app only works on occasion. The website itself keeps wanting you to recreate a new password. This system is horribly broken. Wish my vet would have switched to something better.

   Unbelievable. Ignore the fake 5-star reviews, because every button on this app is broken. Booking an appointment or filling a prescription is impossible. Whoever entered my pet’s name during the migration from the old app MISSPELLED the name, and now there is no way for me or the team at the vet’s office to fix it. The contact form appears to work, but it has been 3 or 4 weeks with no reply. So who knows! The whole thing is absurd, and after paying for ThrivePlus for two years with nearly zero return on that investment, I am finding a new vet. This cannot be the only “affordable” game in town.

   Unable to Establish Account. Trying to set up a new account and wants you to verify with a code sent to your email but by the time it comes across(almost 2 hours later) your session expires and the code won’t work. Then you request a new code and the same thing happens.

   Absolute garbage. Takes over 24 hours to request a password reset upon a new account. My 2 year old could write a better app

   Does not send verification code. It takes over 12 hours to receive the verification code to set up an account. I still have yet to create an account.

    App is garbage. I’ve been trying for several days to setup an account. When I put in my email address the app says a code will be sent to me. I don’t receive that code for hours, some cases days. And by that point I have to request a new code. I can’t give this app a good rating if I’m never able to use it because they don’t send the verification code timely.

    Horrible app. Information does not crossover to the computer so I can’t book online, somehow made an entire new account with all the same information but none of the records. Can’t use the app because it keeps crashing when trying to make appointments. The app is supposed to make things easier not 10x harder?? Might as well go to a different vet if I have to start all over.

    Too many bugs. This app used to be great, but in the last few months I can’t use it. I have all the updates and have reported bugs, but I can’t log in because of recurrent error messages.

    Won’t let me log in. I’ve been trying to log into my account for weeks. I download the app, get kicked out with an error, delete the app, and try again. But every single time it tells me I can’t get into the app. Even with my face recognition.

    Horrible app, can’t log in and I pay for 3 accounts, says I don’t exist!!!. This is ridiculous, I have had thrive plus for over 4 years and pay for 3 pets currently. The app used to be perfect, but it no longer allows for you to log in. It used to be tied to my phone number, but now it does not recognize that. I get my bill receipts in my email but it says I do not have an account with my email. No support options because I can’t log in!!!! Go back to the old app, it at least worked!!!! My local vet is awesome, but now I can only make appointments by calling in!!!! Someone needs to be fired!!!

    Doesn’t anyone read recent reviews???. The app doesn’t work!!! It won’t allow me to log in & gives me an error message. I cannot even view my pet’s history on the website. It’s all in the app but I cannot get in!!!! FIX!!!!!

    App error. The app has been updated. I originally had the app before the name change. I had to create a new account and set everything up again. I’m not able to login to the app. I can login the website. It gives me the something went wrong message. Cannot query field “patient subscriptions” on type “patient”. Did you mean “patient plans”? This is such a hassle. The app should make it more streamlined.

    Latest update broke the app. All the app does is send me a code to verify me and then tells me to log on through the web page. App used to work and now it’s useless.

    Doesn’t work. I’ve been using the app for a good 4 years but when I tried signing up a new pup it didn’t work. I keep getting an error message saying “something went wrong”. I think I’ve signed up about 5x now. Really frustrating as I have 3 pets on the membership and I’m concerned that I won’t be able to connect my app to that.

    Useless. When installing the app, the first thig it wants to do is set your primary vet clinic. It doesn't have my local vet clinic available. I can log into the Thrive website, and it's available, but you can't even get started in this app until you've set your primary clinic. I'm not going to choose a different one just to get into the app, because it seems entirely possible that would then transfer everything in my already existing account to another clinic in another state, so that next time I visit or call my vet clinic, they'll act like they don't know who I am. As a side note, the thrive website account is also not great. I went there today to change my email address on the account, and you cannot do that. What modern system like this won't lety you change basic contact information?

    APP GETS STUCK ON THE MAP SEARCH. The problem: The app stops at the map and can’t find my clinic. Not only does it not find my clinic the map doesn’t find any clinics in the New England area. I live in Rhode Island and I am registered with Thrive and pay a monthly fee. Thrive.com works. No problem with the website and my clinic is registered. Communication: I have sent 4 messages to Thrive through their website regarding this problem over several weeks and I have never received an answer. It says they will get back to me within 48 - 72 hours. Obviously, that is not true and frustrating to say the least. Who backs up this app? In closing: Major flaw has to be corrected. I have done all the common sense things you do when having trouble with an app and also researched troubleshooting and there is literally no information available about the Thrive app. DEVELOPER — Get this problem solved and answer the concerns submitted to you on your website.

    need more features. Its hard logging into my account via internet browser. this app will not allow me to make update my payment info for monthly membership, just for appointments and chat is useless. overall their website showed my membership user id doesnt exist. it shouldnt be this hard
