   HOW CAN I SEE MY DOG. I gave a one star because the entire idea is to be able to see your animal at a moments notice but when it comes to this app as I try to see them live it contstantly tells me that it’s unable to display video and I have to constantly try over and over again until it wants to work ! And it’s not the Wi-Fi or data ITS THE APP

   Predatory pricing changes. So after I pay the annual fee they now decide to charge an additional monthly fee in order to have video. The ultimate bait and switch. Do not recommend. What a predatory change in their pricing. Will definitely be cancelling and trying a different app

   READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING!!!. I didn’t realize that you have to get premium to monitor your dog. Otherwise a great app! I don't like it because you have to pay for everything! Like I can't even see my dog for more than thirty minutes!

   Doesn’t work. This worked great…for a few hours. After the first few hours of the first day the camera no longer worked and I no longer got motion detection alerts. The pre-recorded commands also were very spotty with working. This was the first time I left my dog home alone long term and needless to say, I was incredibly disappointed when I was unable to monitor her.

   Crashes. Constantly crashing. Never able to see pup. Camera sits next to router… not an internet issue.

   Horrible. Bought it to watch our cat while gone, NEVER WORKED.... EMAILED THEM FOR HELP AND TO TRY TO GET OUR MONEY BACK. NO REPLY!

    Seemed like a good idea. Seems like a great idea. However My first time using it I clicked a button that looked like it would record, instead it ended the video monitoring with no warning and I wasn't able to reconnected as I was now away from home. So my only recommendation is that it give you a warning and a chance to back out before ending the video. I will give it anouther try but so far I'm annoyed with it.

    FRAUDULENT CHARGE!!!. 3/13/25: UPDATE They did refund my money, and I heard back from them within 24hrs of my email. No customer service phone number, typical for an app, and they will tell you to talk to their virtual assistant on their website, which is just a bot, and a cheap one with very little understanding at that. Definitely not ai advanced, so I had to email them again that I know better and to refund my money. Next day I got an email receipt for a refund, and a few days later saw the charge back on my card. Total hassle, but again, to be expected from an app. 3/7/25: THEY WILL KEEP YOUR CARD INFO AND CHARGE AGAIN!!! EVEN IF YOU CANCEL IN YOUR IPHONE SUBSCRIPTION SETTINGS B4 RENEWAL DATE!!! 🤬😡 If I could give this app zero stars, I would. The app itself works great, but I was charged the annual fee when I cancelled renewal months in advance in my iPhone settings. I was charged on the card that used to be hooked up to my Apple purchases. I haven’t had that card set up for Apple purchases since I purchased this app in the first place. My iPhone subscription settings STILL CLEARLY show that I opted to cancel my subscription before the renewal date, so I can’t even ask Apple for a refund 🤬

    Doesn’t always work. I tested the app at my friends house before a trip I was taking and it worked great so I bought premium. But when I arrived at the hotel and tried to set it up, it kept saying “cannot connect to server”. I tried two different days and it didn’t work. Maybe it had to do with the hotel wifi but I was very disappointed I couldn’t use it at the hotel.

    Pretty useful. It’s a useful feature but u fortunately you pretty much need the premium version. The daily video limit for the free version of the app severely handicaps its usefulness.

    Great features/room for improvement. I love the camera and record features. But the app frequently won’t pull up the activity log or camera due to “poor connection”. When it works, it’s great!

    Brilliant app idea. This is an excellent idea for a app I love the features that allows me to use alternative devices to monitor my fur babies when I’m not home

    good app. i love this app it’s made me less anxious while i’m at work knowing he isn’t tearing things up but i wish that the night vision was a bit better though because i work nights and once it gets dark i can’t see if he’s causing trouble anymore

    Pretty good. I’ve been using barkio for a year to monitor my dog. I use my iPad and it connects to my phone. I get to see where my dog is and what he is doing the entire day while I’m at work. The talk feature is helpful when I need to issue a command or just calm the dog down.

    Worked great!. It picked up a little background noise at times but I appreciate the sensitivity. I wasn’t looking for anything more than a basic app & it worked for that! There’s the added bonus of being able to listen to recordings as well.
