   Sloppy. If you setup login with google, you will not have an option to login via the mobile app. Most of the settings and rule customization settings are only available on the mobile app. This product is not ready for true business use.

   Disappointing. UPDATE: I received a reply to this review asking me to reach out to support to troubleshoot - just to clarify I have an open case with tech support. I was told this is a known issue with no fix date- and I’ve had to follow-up on the case/I don’t get updates from them. Loved this when it was working. Now it’s tax time and nothing has reconciled in months. No fix date reported. We are left hanging.

   Frustrating updates and internet requirements. Why should I need to be connected to the internet to be able to save a receipt? Also, why should I need to update the app so often and be forced to do so even when I dont have good internet service? This app really doesnt work well if you dont have continuous internet service at all times. And on top of that the offline receipt saving function fails. Now I have 2 unsaved offline receipts that I cannot access. What items am I not going to be reimbursed for?

   Terrible. I scanned one receipt… it got the total completely wrong and incorrectly paired items with prices in the item breakdown list. Nope.

    Never use an app that does not work with it’s customers. Beware they will scam you out of your money! I submitted a request for refund the same day it was added as và I noticed there was not a trial period and was told ơi didn’t cancel it within a certain window of time. Which was incorrect. This is just more excuses to take your money. Beware DONT FALL FOR IT!

    Photo only. The only option to add transactions is via photo, if u click skip to enter manually it holds u for few seconds which waste time ( I had to cancel subscription because of this)

    Wouldn’t connect. I tried sooo many times (mobile and iPad) to connect my bank, target and Amazon, and double checked and even reset some passwords… nothing. Great idea if it actually worked.

    So many glitches. I’m very disappointed in this app. There really are so many glitches in this app. It’s amazing. They charge $90 for it. None of the pages display properly, scrolling features get stuck or frozen. Many of the features just don’t work properly and when you send in tickets and screenshots how you get back as a thank you we’re looking into it but nothing gets fixed. I canceled the subscription and was hoping for at least a prorated refund or a refund of some sort and I just got some canned response that they’re unable to help. I canceled within days of paying. Completely unacceptable. Do not recommend. Do not waste your money!

    Horrible right out of the gate. I just tried to set up my account and it asked my job title… I am a painter. I paint homes at changed me to an artist, and every single pop-up had to do with an artist.I tried to get help… There is no support whatsoever. You can only ask questions on the AI and if your questions not there you’re screwed. I’m canceling it within 15 minutes of buying the app.

    Never Authorized Charge. Beware if you download this app as I did a year ago, never used it and never signed up for anything. One year later I was charged $29 just for having the app on my phone through the App Store, and despite cancelling the subscription there is no way to get a refund. Very misleading and tricky way to charge and makes no sense to me.

    Tried but getting worse, not better. Was pretty good for about a year, but after recent updates, lots of bugs now. Biggest being that it disconnects from my bank every few days, most recent disconnect caused all reconciled items (green check) to disappear. Looking for something else, sadly :(

    App froze before I even logged in. Downloaded the app and before I could even register my info it froze after entering my cel phone number. So unfortunately it doesn’t work for me.

    Sus: Requires registration w/ your phone number. The fact this app charges in app costs but all requires the user to enter a Phone number for registration seems super suspect in terms of privacy. Now not only do you have me paying for components of the app, but theoretically, you also now have the ability to track all my purchases across other services (not just the ones I enter here in app)? No thanks.

    How to cancel subscription. Hi I downloaded this app under the impression is was a free app. I cannot afford the high charge so how do I cancel the subscription before my account is charged?

    It couldn't pickup the right info. A dentist bill, and a CA Property tax bill. It couldn't find the price, even after I highlighted it.

    Terrible start. This app just started off wrong by asking me to create an account, provide all my info, pick how I’ll use it and wants my employees contact info before I get any chance to see or experience the app. I got to employee contact info and stopped and deleted the app immediately. I’m so tired of all the data mining and poor user experience in apps these days. Perfectly willing to spend money on good functioning applications.

    Not what it seemed.. Did not meet expectations, tried importing multiple times. Unless you’re someone who buys one item at a time the Amazon sorting is useless. I did not find any value in this app. Cancelled my trial the day it started.

    Scammed me. Horrible experience . Worst customer service. I cancelled this service on the day the trial ended. They still charged me over $100 and I have no access to any of its features. This business scammed me. I sent multiple messages to their customer service and they do not respond.

    Too many missed receipts. I love the user interface and the promise of this app, however it missed too many receipts, even the ones I emailed directly to the platform. Prior to trying this App, I used Expensify, but I’ll be going back because their accuracy and reliability is at a much higher level albeit not the best user interface experience. I’m giving this 1-star because completely missing a receipt, despite me specifically emailing the receipt is unexcusable.
