   Login Broken. Login via SAML completely freezes and sits there indefinitely. What would I do if i didn’t have a computer and needed to enter my time?? what is going on

   Horrible. I would give it negative stars. It’s just horrible. It keeps asking for passwords changes pretty frequently then it won’t accept new password in app but will on a computer. Then it won’t work properly by not erasing lines or changing them or saving them. It looks horrible on your phone. It’s just bad. I wish the company I worked for would stop using it.

   Horrible glitchy slow counterintuitive menus and laggy controls. The app has one of the worst counter intuitive menu controls that I’ve ever seen. An app that requires you to be trained to use it is awful. Often when you click a menu it does nothing but stall which makes it likely that you begin to spam click other things to see if the app is responding at all. Adding to favorites button never works on the mobile version. The view pane is horrible when transitioning to mobile and it’s often distorted on the pc view as well.

   Annoying. I use this for work and my god is it frustrating to use. The occasional password change is fine but why can i not reset the password my self from the app or on the web service from my phone? Why is it always jumping through hoops to constantly change the password. It makes no sense what so ever. A manager resets it and it still says EXPIRED PASSWORD EVEN THOUGH IT WAS JUST RESET AND CHANGED, in what world does that make sense.

   Everything else is better. Absolutely the worst time tracking app I’ve ever used, it fails to log me in at least two times every day, overly frustrating annoying confusing. I Don’t normally do reviews but when I do it’s exceptional or just trash. EVERYONE I WORK WITH HATES THIS APP.

    Garbage. A few updates ago this worked well and was useful. Awful now.

    Not working at all now. The app was working fine until the other day. Now it will not allow me to log in at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled it a couple of times and it does not work. Very frustrating to say the least. My online info still works fine so it’s definitely the app.

    It is really terrible. The fact this is rated as high as it is tells you all you need to know about government contractors. This app is a steaming pile that manages to break every UX convention and is a daily productivity drain. A iPhone native version should be an easy upgrade with AI these days. Get with it.

    Garbage. One of the worse applications ive ever used. Should NEVER take more than 1x to logon yet along 6x or more because it cannot contact server when EVERYTHING is working correctly except this application.

    5/20/2025 update broke the app. After the update 3 days ago there is now an infinite login loop using the Authenticator app and Costpoint is no longer useable on the phone.

    Needs a lot of work. Glitch laden garbage, absolute trash how bad the sizing of the weeks windows are displayed and how glitchy the system responses and buttons are misaligned and lag response is terrible even with a full strength connection.

    This app is trash. So before 4-5 updates ago the app worked perfectly able to enter time request time off approve workers expenses and timesheets. Since then it a freaking horror. Since then all modules never work together. One week you cant approve timesheets in the app the next week you can approve timesheets then you cant approve expenses. Everything works perfectly fine in the web interface not the app. Currently stuck on approving timesheets with error about the last name container not vaild…valid on the web though make it make sense. Cant request time off in the app gives you a confirmation in app its done then does nothing in the system.

    No longer works. Can’t even use it to login in anymore. Continuously says my company information is wrong, even though it’s not. It’s just easier to go through a browser at this point.

    Previously great but now pretty useless. For some reason I can no longer approve employee timesheets in the app. I get an error every time and now I can only approve through the website. Makes the app useless.

    The worst. Truly the worst app you could imagine. I have never seen a more poorly designed app to accomplish such a simple function.

    Worst application ever. Costpoint mobile is the worst app I’ve ever used. It’s laughably bad. Cost point for windows would get a D in a sophomore computing class, but the mobile app is somehow worse. I don’t think I can catalog all the crazy errors, bad design, impossible controls, misleading messages, and awful performance. If your HR department inflicts this on you, good luck.

    UX is horrible. This app and they we app UX is so really bad. It has a 90s feels and it’s not easy to use. You get lost in buttons and the behavior is not what you expect in modern apps.

    Review. If I could give this system a -5 star review I would, it’s very clunky, if you hit the wrong button you have to log back in with 3 credentials, there’s no option to attach a screenshot, you have to go looking for an expense and all expenses are populated under all expense types. Paycom is by far a superior service.

    Never works. At some point Deltek went through a change/ update and my timesheet will not hold my data. Every time I go back in it zeros it out!
