   Crashes on opening. Used to work okay but now I can’t even open it.

   Expensive and doesn’t work. They deleted my last review, but for $95 a year the app should actually work 100% of the time. Accounts constantly need reconnection. Their ai support agent hallucinates and I haven’t been able to get in touch with a real person. I will be looking for alternatives.

   Latest update crashes. Don’t download the latest update, the app now crashes on opening. No way to contact support besides the in-app chat… which is inaccessible when the app won’t load

   Only get if you like it as-is. New “features” are developed at a snails pace. They also took away the ability to see and vote on what features we (users) want to see in the app. No way to see the status of bugs and feedback or updates on concerns is nonexistent. 95$ a year is way too expensive for an app that is not improving at all and wishes it is as great as Mint once was.

   DO NOT DOWNLOAD/ UPDATE LATEST RELEASE. The latest release of this app is broken as of 06-11-2026. I am trying to open the app after I updated it yesterday, and I am staring at a blank screen with a blue logo in the middle. Tried deleting and reinstalling it, same thing. There is no way to reach customer support for this app. Wish I had moved to Monarch instead of paying the heavy subscription and getting this experience.

   After the update the app doesn’t even open. Isn’t worth the paid subscription. Duplicated translations and app crashes.

   Would give it 5 stars but…. Just recently my Td bank transactions stopped showing up . Support worked a way around it but now I have to wait till the next day for my transaction to show up. Before they would show up instantly. Once this problem is fixed I will give it a 5 star

    Other apps are far better. They keep clearing my review so I’ll keep reviewing it. Used to be so smart with transactions now it makes the same errors over and over again. This app is aging. Why did rules used to work so well and now I have to fix the same transactions month after month after month. Used to be the cool new kid on the block but no functional new features for quarter after quarter. There are way better apps out there for features. Go look up Origin. AI in it! Actual new features every quarter! It’s like copilot just phoned it in to make money and stopped innovating. I’m gonna let my subscription expire and go to Origin next. I could list endless issues: Stock performance data is wrong literally every single day. It’s different every single time you open the app. Amazon requires DAILY verification to load in transactions, what a joke. This app is hardly worth paying for lol

    No SOC 2 or similar. If you want your banking data handled by a company that couldn't be bothered to provide a basic security attestation (SOC 2 for instance), good luck to you. I deleted before connecting any accounts.

    Fraud. They are not able to synch my credit cards correctly. Their support is working on a solution for over 2 months now and it gets just worse. Still don’t see my individual credit payments, the balances are not correct, some accounts are shown multiple times (and balances are included in the analysis) and some days it shows plenty of additional loans that don’t exist. Meaning that all numbers and analysis in the app are wrong 🤯 I asked for a cancellation and refund of the subscription since they are not delivering, but they denied. They “offered” 1 free month, which was removed once I cancelled the subscription. Clearly I am not interested to pay another year for a useless app. Am very disappointed by the way support treats me.

    Rating Message every day. Love the app, but I receive the “Write a Review” message seemingly every day. Dropped my rating solely for this reason.

    Schwab NOT WORKING!. App was great until Schwab stopped connecting. Reverification fails. I tried removing the connection and it won’t re-add either. Support is completely unhelpful. Seriously considering quitting my subscription after years of being a loyal customer.

    App won’t stop asking me for reviews. I’ve used copilot for years. I’m happy with it, but I’m annoyed at the persistent review requests. Every time I open the app I get a pop up to write a review.

    Don’t trust these fake reviews. Software has so many bugs and makes mistakes because it’s powered by AI. Renders it completely useless.

    Stop asking for a rating. I love the app. However, please stop pestering me for a rating everytime I log in. I rated it 5 stars each time until I got more and more annoyed. Why keep asking for a rating when I’ve already put 5 stars? Guess what, 1 star now. App is great, stop pestering me.

    AMEX Connection Unusable. The AMEX connection stopped working and both support from Amex and Copilot and plaid the connection that makes it happen. The app has not been helpful so I haven’t been able to connect Amex, which has made the app unusable, even though I’ve spent the yearly subscription.

    Disappointed. Downloaded, synced up, well, sync part of my account up, no flow through the categories and not even close to tracking all transactions

    No free version. I added all my accounts manually which took about an hour. When I tried progressing, it wanted to charge me. There’s no free version and it doesn’t tell you that it’s a paid subscription app. If it told me from the beginning that I wouldn’t have been able to use the app without paying, then I wouldn’t have wasted an entire hour for no reason.

    You can’t bulk rename transactions. This is almost a good product. But out of the box two features ended my time with it. First, you cannot bulk rename transactions—e.g., my gas purchases come in with the store number such as Arco #134. I want to search for all transactions with “Arco” in the name and rename them all to do that. Nope. Can’t do it. This might be tolerable if you could set up rules to automatically rename transactions when downloaded. Nope. Can’t do it. These are such basic capabilities that I worry about what harder, more important features I’ll find missing later. The product is worth keeping an eye on, but isn’t usable now if you have a lot of transactions.

    Overhyped and underwhelmed. I bought this app based on the “AI” it contained. The price was very high but I bought in. Bad move. $100/year for nothing more than is available for free. Typical marketing scheme gimmick. Never again. Update: they replied claiming some “AI” used in predicting categories. Avoid this scam. Terrible use of the advertisement. Unlikely they even are US based.

    Lots of bugs. I gave it a try and ran into way too many problems. Account linking process was unclear and glitchy. When it finally populated my data I was unable to assign new categories to the transactions. That made it unusable for a budgeting tool so I gave up after several hours.

    One of the most disappointing apps I’ve ever used.. This app looks nice, but it’s inflexible, unclear, and not user-friendly. The help content is extensive but disorganized and often off-topic. It’s hard to make adjustments or corrections, add accounts from the same bank, and the logic for transfers, internal transfers, and credit card payments is confusing. I canceled my subscription and delete the account after 9 months of honest use.
