   Worthless to pay for. After paying for premium, good luck trying to access, and you will need even more luck trying to get any support from this company. Stick with the free version only. I paid for the subscription, cannot access, cannot get technical support and of course cannot get a refund.

   Email mining, apparently?. Set up an account to test out this app. Quickly didn’t like it. Went to delete the account. It won’t enable the Delete button. Also has no Help item for deleting the account. I’ll give them a couple weeks to fix that issue and then I’ll delete the app. Fortunately, don’t have to rely on them for that. 👍

   Ridiculous. What a waste. I’m trying to compare to Tripcoin and the first thing I do is go to enter my first receipt and you have to pay. You would be smart to allow full access for a few days.

   Disappointed. Downloaded the trial to test it out and input my travel expenses and all my data disappeared without any warning. Unless you want to pay $30+, don’t bother downloading.

   Good, but no ability to duplicate a trip…. This app is good! I used it on my honeymoon and it helped us stay on budget. My husband and I are moving overseas on an annual budget. I inputted our monthly income into various income categories for one month and thought that I could just duplicate it quickly, but found out that I can’t. That means I’ll have to manually enter each income category…this is a dealbreaker unfortunately… Please add this feature :(

   Bought the pro. Purchased the pro version and when adding expenses to any trip the app just completely shuts down every time. Trail Wallet is a much better app and 100% free with no ads. Wasted my money, don’t waste yours on this.

    USD to Euro conversion is wrong. App seems like a great tool but having the most updated conversion rate (in this case USD > EUR) is key. Without it, the app is almost useless

    Can’t access data for past trips. I understand not being able to edit more than one trip at a time, but it won’t even tell you how much you spent on prior trips unless you have premium - it just deletes the data. Made it pretty unusable for a multi country SE asia trip unless you edit it to all be one trip, and then the data is totally muddled and useless.

    Easy and Essential. We tried the free version of this app first as we set off to travel the world full time as retirees. Now we use the paid version and find it worth the small annual cost. Since a phone is never far, we find it easy to document our spending and keep track of how well we are staying in budget. A big plus is the excellent app support when we have questions not answered by the support page. Love the stats and charts!

    Add support with MacOS/Windows!!!. This app is good and I enjoy using it. I do believe if the developers can make this compatible on MacOS and/or Windows, this app will be next level. If this happens, 100% I will buy the full version.

    Paid customer, issue resolved. Update: support responses went to spam. I’ve since gotten problem resolved. The problem when on cruise ship is location based currency doesn’t work. I’ve been happy with the app for a couple of years. This week the app is CRASHING and I have sent messages for the past 4 days to the contact email with no response. I am a paid subscriber and would expect better than this. I am using iOS 26.1 and latest app update. Have restarted device. Super disappointed on lack of customer support.

While I still have to go to another screen to see the list of daily expenses, this change works and I’ll get comfortable with it. Thank you. (Original review below.) Premium subscriber here. Please change back the home screen. I really like seeing the days of the week on the home screen, not having to tap through to another screen. It’s a PITA! Thank you.

    Issue FIXED! Responsive Developer.. There was an issue recently, where the red + sign went missing, and I was no longer able to add expenses. I sent some feedback to the developer, and they fixed this issue quickly and reached out to me to share the update. I really appreciate the responsiveness of this app developer.     Great little app. I actually enjoy tracking my expenses with this app! Love how I can split a cost into however many months needed, and that it converts to my home currency.

    Easy to use and great app support. I got the paid version. It’s easy to use and I can enter how much I spent right then and it made tracking my spending every trip so much easier. I recently changed my phone and didn’t realize I never logged in when I made the purchase. Jonas helped me with finding my trips spending back and connected them with the email of my choice (different from my Apple ID). Thank you!!!

    Wish they made a monthly budgeting app. So many budgeting apps have WAY too many features. I liked using TravelSpend on vacation so much that I started using it and making each month into a “trip” so I could track my expenses without something as unwieldy or stressful as YNAB. Please, please make a monthly spending skin of this app, with maybe fewer travel related icons and more monthly expense ones like daycare, house/car/health insurance, and medical!

    Best Travel App!. Thank you for all the work on this app. I love it! This is exactly what I was looking for. The ability to track all the expenses of a trip from valet tips to coffee to hotels. It works for driving or flying. I cannot say it enough, I love it.

    A Valuable Travel Tool!. During our planning for a 3 month European adventure we realized that we would need to find a way to record expenses during the trip. We looked in the App Store and came across this App. We downloaded it and immediately started recording the expenses that we had already incurred. We then started recording those expenses that we had not yet incurred but planned (reservations). It was then, on the first day, we realized we had found that tool. We immediately upgraded to the premium lifetime version. That was over 3 months ago. We have returned from that trip. Every day, wherever we were, we EASILY entered every transaction creating thorough and comprehensive history of expenses. After we returned we exported the data into a spreadsheet, formatted the data and proceeded to reconcile all our credit card accounts as well as enter the data in Quicken (our household finance management tool). A task that we originally dreaded. The process while not easy was absolutely made easier with the use of this App. During the process, we were able to go back into the App and confirm receipts that we could not even remember what they were by piecing together info we easily recorded in real time months before. The App’s functionalities to convert multiple currencies and geo locate transactions are invaluable! We are pleased that we have a lifetime subscription since we will never travel with out it. Actually, we are constant travelers and already have three other major in the planning stages. We now build trips before we go with all the reservations. We will also use it for short trips. While it is exceptional just the way it is now, in the spirt of feedback here is a suggestion. Create a “note field” to record some general related info that the user may believe is relevant to the transaction. This would be different from the current “note” field that really functions more like a transaction title field that I believe could be retitled. In summary, if you’re looking for an easy to use but robust expense tracking App, you found a very good one!

    The must have app for travelers!. We have been traveling for few months and we use the app to keep track of our budget every day since the beginning of our journey. It’ s really well done and simple and intuitive. I recommended it for any one who like to travel like us. In addition the new version is nice upgrade.

    Good app!. We are full time travelers and so I use this app every day. It’s an excellent app, but I would appreciate being able to see a month view to track spending on a monthly basis in addition to by the trip. I’d also like the app to keep track of how many days long each trip is. I’d also like to be able to put in a daily budget and have the app calculate the budget for the trip based on the length of the trip I enter. Thanks!

    This app shouldn’t be free. It’s absolutely perfect for traveling, gives you your average daily spend. Let’s you know how much you have left, everything about it’s great. I even use it now as a college student to do simple budgeting for my daily life
