   Hate the pop up ads that ruins my user experience. I watch the ads regularly for diamonds, but I hate that ads just bump up that ruins my experience. I use the app to track my spend and I do it for a reason, what the heck with all the pop up ads… I used to love this app, I would give it 5 stars. But now, this has stopped me from engaging more and I would consider switching to a different app.

   Seriously considering uninstalling because of the ads. I have been using this app since 2018 to track my money and I really enjoyed it up until the recent update. Being forced to watch an ad at the beginning every time I open the app has made this app almost unusable. I would voluntarily watch the ads to earn diamonds and other rewards but now I want to switch to another app that will not shove ads down my throat. It’s a shame because I have been a loyal user for so long but this feels like the company is putting money over user experience and I just cannot put up with this anymore.

   stop the pop-up ads!. The pop-up ads are killing this app. I’ve been using this app for about a decade now and had always loved it. I watch ads for bonus diamonds “religiously” — more than 15k diamonds from all these years of watching ads. But the recent update with the pop-up ads are SO ANNOYING! I can’t use the app for more than 3 seconds without being forced to watch an ad. I’m more than happy to watch ads for bonus diamonds but this is absurd. I don’t and won’t pay for another subscription just for an app. I’m imagining more people are going to leave the app because of this. It’s sad because like I said, I’ve been using it for so long and have built a really large city. Maybe it’s time to switch.

   Disappointing. I’ve been using this app since 2017 and have spent a significant amount of money on diamonds over time. It was reliable and worth the investment—until now. Forcing long-time users to watch ads and switching to a subscription model feels unfair and disappointing. After supporting this app financially for years, this change makes me feel misled. Sadly, I can’t recommend it anymore. One star.

    It cannot display all the expenses.. I don’t know the app whether can adapt the ios26 so some expenses can’t be displayed in the all expenses. And some chinese characters also can’t display. Please update the app.

    Was $20 good but not $70. Was a subscriber for several years. Stopped using for one year and come back to an increase of $50 a year! It was $20 a year. Only subscription available is a bundle for several other apps I have no interest in. This is a fun and functional budget app but not at $70 a year.

    What is wrong with the recent update???. I haven't use the app for just two weeks and when I open it the character are all missing! (I use Mandarin version)

    Practices get more predatory as time goes on. I’ve used this app for a while. I purchased the stand alone ad eraser before they made it exclusive to subscribers. So there’s an $8 feature that I paid for and can’t use anymore because they changed how things work. Merging new lv4 buildings cost about $1, with lv6 costing as much as $3. BUILDING STYLES SHOULD COME AT A FLAT COST, NOT INCREASING WITH STYLE. 20 gems is reasonable price for a non-standard upgrade. 65 to 110 is unacceptable. The amount of time you’d have to spend in fortune city to get enough gems for one building upgrade is over half an hour just watching ads. Even looking for new citizens to fill the buildings is a chore. There should be a sort and filter feature so you can find the top citizens without having to page though 200 applications. Worst of all, you can no longer export your data out of this system unless you have a subscription, another change to make people dependent. Would not recommend this app any longer.

    High Pressure to View Ads. I paid to remove ads, before I spent one minute interacting with this game. I detest ads. Despite that, the game is always pressuring me to watch ads for “rewards.” Sometimes it tricks me into it. I really hate ads. It seems that if I pay to remove ads that should include removing ads for ads.

    Chill out. I’m only 5 min into this app, made 2 entries and you’re asking me to rate? I’m still new and I haven’t even seen what this app can actually do or if you pull some shady shenanigans later on down the road. Let me get some hours in and collect some data before you ask me to rate.

    Kinda confusing. Not really sure how to use the budgeting statistics after purchasing the annual pass. Also once you reach the civic center level, you are required to invite friends in order to have events like farmers markets. I don’t really like this for a number of reasons. One being, I’ve already paid for my subscription, why do I HAVE to invite people I order to play every part of a game I already paid for? No one likes getting invited to use apps, or being the loser inviting people to use apps… I also have no friends no friends to invite, am I the loser?

    PLEASE remove the forced ads. I loved using this app to track expenses and budget, but the latest update forces me to watch ads for the free diamonds, even though there is no other way to earn diamonds. This has created a terrible user experience, and has discouraged me from using the app. Please consider your users before rolling out these kinds of changes - this was very disappointing to see.

    Frustrating. Cute and fun game, but it keeps logging me out of my account without telling me, and every time it logs back in it deletes every financial entry I’ve made that month, making the whole app useless

    Careful shady company. Careful if you forget to cancel as according to their website, they don’t do refunds. What kind of shady, garbage company can’t do refunds. Sometimes people are super busy and forget to cancel and cancel the day the charge happens. Want it refunded, apparently not since they are terrible greedy people.

    Apps been broken last two days. Don’t know who to contact or complain to but I’ve tried to log in at least 15+ times today and despite restarting and launching the app it keeps failing to open.

I have a 512 GB and there are 480 GB still available, something wrong with the app!!! I tried to find support, the its support link is inside the app!!! Please fix this issue!! I have no other ways to contact the support team.
