   Used to work and now it doesn’t. I’ve been using this app (paid version) for years without a problem but recently it set a really long cycle length for a past period and when I tried to get it back on track it’s now way worse. It has me at a 717 day cycle length. Have emailed support via the app three times and received no response. Going to switch to a different app. It’s just super annoying that I will lose all my data.

   Please someone help. I been having this app for the longest time it signed me out all passwords I put in sent me to different pages that i had but never used. I tried changing my password but never received any of the email. I’m paying for subscription for it as well. I’m first time pregnant and I would love to have my page back so I can see my progress with the symptoms and all. Please please someone help me get it back.

   All information gone. I've been using this app well over ten years. Every few years they do a weird update that wipes all of your saved data. Then after a few updates, it is fixed. The same thing just recently happened and the updates have not fixed the issue. I never had to have an email or password to login. & the feedback from the app's support is not helpful as the RESTORE data button they direct you to click is not available. Beyond upset and frustrated.

   Latest update deleted EVERYTHING!. UPDATE: the replies to data loss in negative reviews are saying there is some restore data setting. There is NOT. It’s not there. Data is just gone, this solution doesn’t work. *********** I’ve been using the app for about 10 years and the latest update wiped out all of my data. Just everything I’ve ever logged is gone. No way to restore. Why?!

    App bug. I did the latest update to resolve app issues and since the update, every time I open the app, the app immediately closes and doesn’t even allow me to use it. Please fix this issue asap as the update has made the app completely inoperable.

    Deleted all of my data. I updated the app today and it deleted all of my data. I’ve been using this app since 2014! I restored it and it only restored from 2021 back. Omg!!!

    JUST DELETED!!. Had this app for many YEARSSS, now they’ve gotten greedy!! A simple cycle length adjustment has been -REMOVED- unless you “pay” well -m. cycles- you can KEEP your app. I surely won’t be using it anymore!! I was wondering why I was off on my cycles. 🤬 This app was way BETTER yearsss ago anyway before ALL the changes..&..I’m sure MANY will agree with me, if they stuck around. #ColorChoiceIsHorribleToo

    Unreliable. I’ll chart my period and the next thing you know it makes me log back in only to have not captured my last report. Ridiculous. I had this app for years and never had this issue until recently. Do better. I might as well write it down and forget the app all together

    Used for years, now it lost my data- “restore” did not work. *** Updating my review (a couple years later) to 1 star. It has now deleted all of my data. Not ideal when trying to chart for doctors information! Find a better app!!!! I chose this app a good 7 years ago, and have tracked my cycle since. But now they have changed things and made it so if I want to look at anything more than a month earlier, it costs money. Their most recent update made me think I had lost all my data… but managed to find a button that allowed me to restore it. It’s just frustrating as I signed up for this and have used it for so long…. So basically if I want my history, I have to shell out cash. And for what it’s worth, I much preferred the original design and function of the app. I am a very tech savvy person, so it’s not that. The interface was just better back then.

    Update erased ALL data!!!!!. Update 1/18/25 WHAT HAPPENED???!!!! My phone updated and every last thing on my app was deleted!!!!! I rely only on this app to keep up with all my lady health information and years worth of info is GONE!!!!!! * update 9/7/21 Its even worse than it used to be I used to love this app. I have had it for years. The last several months I can’t even log in because an ad pops up and then trying to enter my password is pointless. If I ever get into the app it’s a mess. Everything is so scrambled and it is not user friendly anymore. I do NOT reccomend this app.

    Why does it log you out without your consent? And wipes out all your data ?. This app works good but from time to time the app logs you out and wipe out all your data and then it lets you log back in with all the data you have put in is wipe out. I don’t know no other app that does this. This is So annoying I’m actually not gonna use this app again until someone fix this issue .

    Data lost. Like many others, years of my data is lost. I tried to restore, but it did’t work. Don’t the people behind these apps know how important this data is to women? It’s not just numbers. I’m beyond disappointed. Do not use this app.

    Deleted Data. I have been using this app for over 8yrs. I know sometimes with the updates it will delete your data but if you go to settings and select restore data it will bring everything back. However this last update it is not allowing me to restore my data and I have know lost 8yrs worth of tracking my cycle and all of my notes. What is going on? How can this be fixed? This is very frustrating, I need that information.

    Beware, it may lose all your data. I have been using this tracker for years and when I went to do the update, it deleted every bit of data that I had been tracking for that entire time. And it’s now done it twice. Permanently deleted

    No support and doesn’t work anymore. I hate to write this review because I’ve been using this app for probably somewhere near 10 years. I’ve been using it for so long that I was grandfathered into their subscription plan. I loved this app, and I used it religiously. It’s always been helpful for keeping track of multiple health conditions that I have. Unfortunately, since their most recent update, a few years ago, the app will randomly log you out and delete years of your app data and tracking. It is extremely frustrating and I’m tired of dealing with it. I have written support, (it’s been a week and no reply) and I have seen that many other people are having the same problems, and there is no fix, despite what support says to do. Restoring data does not work. There’s no way to permanently back up your data except to send it to an email but then you cannot re-upload it to the app, so what’s the point? Sad to see such a great app go downhill, but I cannot recommend it anymore.

    Deletes info automatically. So I just log into my account and notice everything from a year has been while out and I have info stored from years ago but this is like the 3rd time this has happen. I like to look back and see how my cycle has change and losing a year of info is not helping

    Lost a year of data. Tried opening the app. It flashed and then closed. Tried opening it again and it asked for my login. So I logged in but now I'm missing a year of data😡
