   Still trying to rob me!. Do not use! It isn’t helpful. But the biggest issue…I’ve tried to cancel since May 23, 2026, and today they are still trying to charge me. I’ve had to lock my card! I’ve tried to co tact again, and still nothing.

   Can't Get No Satisfaction. The app was working well for 7 weeks when-- out of nowhere-- my kcal target and macros went haywire. Everything adjusted up for no reason by 65%, rendering the app useless. I've been trying to get done support from "Tom" in customer service with no joy. I got an auto responder suggesting 3 possible fixes-- tried them all to no avail. I'm frustrated, especially since the app has helped me lower daily blood glucose and A1C, and even drop some weight. I just need a reset to original data. I don't even care if they lose past info. Does any company care anymore?

   Sad little meal plan. I’m not eating a tofu and arugula sandwich for dinner 4x a month. The entire meal plan is really pretty vague overall and not worth a subscription.

   Untemorseful Rip-Off. I signed up for a subscription to track my diabetes for $29.99 every 6 months. But at the 1st renewal you tacked on an additional $99 and $42 for meal plans and work out plans that I never agreed to. When I wrote in to request the pricing be corrected I was told sales are non refundable but they’d give me a credit for $25, so still having charged me basically $96 more than agreed to. As someone who has told many people, including drs and nurses about how good and convenient your app is to track my diabetes, I am now on a course to tell them all you’re a scam and to spread the word to avoid your app and anything else from Diabetes Solutions UAB. There was an easy way to handle this. Just apologize for charging me for subscriptions I never agreed to, credit the difference, continue to get my $30 every 6 months and my word of mouth free marketing. Instead you gave back a fraction of what you stole, told me to be happy I’m getting anything and are creating a ceaseless advocate against you and all your services.

   DISHONEST COMPANY - BUYER BEWARE!. I downloaded this app to get a few food and workout ideas. However, because of being laid off at work, I decided I could not afford this at this time. Without ever using the app, I cancelled within 5 days. However, more than a month later, I was charged $99.99 then on hour after that, charged again $42.00. I immediately contacted a representative on the website and told they would investigate. I received an email that said they would refund $25 but said nothing about the other $117ish dollars! I have contacted them several times with no replies!!

   Sad Ending. I was using a free three months subscription which had me tracking my BP, Glucose and meals. The workouts were nice too. Then today, without warning everything just vanished. I can’t access my history or even ask for help. It’s the weirdest thing. So I tried logging in but the only thing that I can see is a request for payment of $29.99 through May 25. It makes no sense. There’s absolutely no help. I have no idea that if I pay the $29.99 if I’ll be given access again to all the data that I have entered for three months. It’s very weird. I received no emails of a pending invoice or interruption to service. Maybe they’ve been hacked? I just don’t know what to think but needless to say that this is very disappointing.

   Free version???. Description indicates app can be used for free however, if you want premium, you can upgrade. Downloaded the app and I have no access at all to the free version. I am stuck in a loop wanting me to subscribe. Very disappointed.

    Refused to refund. The app didn’t work for me. I needed the ability to customize my macros I told what my doctor suggested which you cannot do. It also allows for saving of meals, but not actual food items, which makes it more labor-intensive when you want to log your own food. Also, my glucose monitor would not sync. Overall, not a terrible app, but not for me. I requested a refund within a couple of days of purchasing and was denied my request.

    If u can fie it half a star I would. I deleted this app in September and they still got charged to my account. Email them about it and they said I have no account. But they still keep charging me $43.99 every month.

    BUYER BEWARE!!!. These people are much less than honest. I paid them $29.99 for their 6-month plan. Within a few days, I decided to delete my account. It just didn’t seem be what I had expected. They then offered a “lifetime” plan for $29.50 so I decided to give them another look. Since I had already given them $29.99, I thought that would be applied to the new plan. OH NO!!! They now have $59.49 of my money and would not refund any portion thereof.

    Terrible. Hidden fees. I cancelled the subscription. It no longer appears in my apple account and customer service no longer sees my account as active yet I’m still being charged. The FTC and DOJ are getting complaint about this fraudulent service.

    Waste of Time and Money. With how updated it tries to act like it is with “AI” is total bull. It tracks your blood sugar by making you enter it. It does t connect with Dexcom to track how you think it will. The ai used to enter your food is insanely off with how much it calculates. The search function for food is also insanely lacking. There’s hardly any data so I had to use another calorie counter app to find the carbs, protein and fat to enter into this app which is obviously a waste of time. Then for workouts it’s just the same 20 workouts you could anywhere else. You’re not going to find a workout for arms or any new workouts just repetitive ones. You also can’t even listen to music at the same as you workout which is the first time I’ve ever seen that with an app. Going back to the ones I used before wasting my time and money with this app.

    Appt not reporting correct time!. Today the app was not recording the correct time after I put in the time of the task. It keeps changing days and times all of a sudden! Please check it out! Frustrating. Just began to mess up today.

    Liar, high carb recipes!. I bought this but soon found out that all the recipes that are recommended for me are high carb. As a diabetic app, I did not expect that when I bought it. I requested a refund based on their money back guarantee but was simply ignored. Have not heard any response.

    Read Reviews & try free first!. I did not read all the reviews nor try the ‘free’ version first and wished I had! You do not get any type of refund. PERIOD! The recipes called for ingredients that cost a lot and I would not buy normally. Protein powders and chia seeds can not be purchased in my home. I was looking for more of a healthy approach that included more vegetables. Not here! Just be diligent and careful!

    Terrible app. I downloaded this app and didn’t do anything else with it when I saw the fee. Dom how I’ve been charged multiple times for an app I’ve never used. None of the customer service links work so I’ve been unable to cancel. Absolutely scamming people who have diabetes!!

    Beware! They will scam you, too!. The company running this app is awful! They took $66 out of my bank account without my permission, yesterday, and when I asked them to refund my money, they told me they couldn’t refund it. That’s a lie, because instead of refunding my $66, they refunded $16. That’s insulting and a total rip off. Don’t get this app. They are scammers.

    Be sure to cancel before your trial is up.. I paid $23.99 for a 3 month trial period and never used the app. After 3 months, with no warning, I was charged $79.99 for another 3 months. I contacted them and within a couple of days of being charged, basically as soon as I noticed the charge, and they offered me 25% off. Terrible customer service when they can see I’ve obviously never used the product and now I’m spending $100 with them. No customer service.

    Scam. Please read all the reviews before downloading and using this app. Trust me if you download this app you will regret it l. They will charge you even when you have canceled. The app is not helpful at all. There are free tools available for you to use. They don’t have a phone number for customer service which is the first red flag. Beware !!!! All positive reviews are bots !!!

    Charges your card 6 times in one day. I find it absolutely ridiculous to charged 6 times for the subscription I deleted my account and I sure do need my money back this is insane and that money I need for bill I contacted support but not been reached back yet I think I’ll just go to the bank for a charge back cause 43 dollars charged to your card six times is beyond a mistake if you ask me
