   AI is not that good. Needs to be more accurate with taking a picture of food. It’s way off in calories both ways, either under or over.

   Not worth the cost. At first trying this out, I thought it was helpful. But after a couple weeks, I found the app was not accurate, didn’t know foods I was wanting to log, and it didn’t have many restaurants food items. When it scanned my food, it wasn’t accurate. I can keep track of my calories by looking at labels. This could’ve been great, but I regret purchasing this app. I’m deleting it.

    Waste of money. This app sucks. I’m constantly having to add foods manually because the food list is so incomplete. Even common foods are not listed. Don’t waste your money.

    Inconsistent. Overall the app is pretty accurate identifying the food I take pictures of, but is inconsistent on the breakdowns. I can take the same picture several times and varies grossly. The app has been crashing more often lately and after I purchased the app all the breakdowns for sugars etc went away. Disappointed

    Careful. Tried to add a family member and was charged $63 and didn’t get any access for a family member. Had to ask for refund via Apple and now can’t log out of other family members account to go back to my own.

    Worst ai by so far. For 20$ subscription it’s the worst ai helper I ever used. He counted 4 boiled eggs as 700 calories it’s about 400 and then when Im typing in “Fix Results” he just thinking and nothing is changed at ALL.

    Me. Don’t trust this. I tried this app and bought the subscription and the same day I Tried to cancel and get my money back. And here’s what they said in an email.     The app needs work. This app don’t have info about calories in the food is very confusing most of the time

    Unable to use app. App will not start the free trial. It will not allow signup on the paid plan. I just get an error “failure”. I’m not on VPN. Internet access in other apps. Killed app/restarted app. Delete app. Restarted phone. Called a priest. Nothing works.

    to try the scanning feature, you have to sign up for a subscription. Very disappointed, I have to sign up for a subscription to even try the scanning feature. Even plant identifier Apps allow me to use the scanning/picture features at the free stage. Disappointed.

    Disappointed. I purchased this app with the expectation that using the photo feature it would be accurate or close to accurate so far. I’ve had the app for two days. I’ve used it 14 times and it’s only been accurate twice. I asked Apple twice if I could be refunded since the app did not meet my expectations and they refused saying that reason for refund was not valid. I have never left a bad review for anything. I would’ve been happy to get my $19 + refunded But since that didn’t happen, I figure I’m obligated to inform other purchasers to be advised it may not work the way they want. So the Developer responded to my review saying in essence they understood my frustration and they are updating the app. Look I asked for a refund of the $20 as the app for me is useless and a total waste of money. It’s the first time I asked Apple for a refund since 2017 and they refused. I’m glad they are working on it but I spent my money … which will not be refunded for an app that does not work. Had they refunded me I would have written this off as a bad choice but now I stuck with an app that I paid for and does not do the job. I did cancel to make certain it does not auto renew next year. It stinks that I paid for this “work in progress “ All I wanted after the first day of using it was my money back. Don’t get stuck like I did. Buy another app! Also on the App Store this developer has no contact information. They did respond and sent details but I’m not going to “beg”. My only value at this stage to be honest and warn others. Make another choice.

    I’m disappointed. I’m disappointed in this app was doing OK for a while now the part where you take pictures is messing up is coming out distorted so it’s it’s not reading the mails properly if not fix I will be unsubscribing..
