Disappointment. Won’t see the connection to heart monitor , have a great phone , even my mediocre Apple 3 can read the Bluetooth and this fails to monitor a entire run lost and several times failed

Awful UI. This app feels like it is 2 decades behind anything else on the market today.

Trying to figure out how to operate this thing. This device is not at all user friendly…I have an iPhone and I can’t figure out how this damn thing works ? Why can’t I see my heart rate ?

Junk. This belongs in useless tech magazine. Disconnects frequently. Everyday has problems. Regret buying my Polar H10.
- ★★★★★a needed feature is missing
selecting the right exercise on the polar app. I wish it had like tabata or cross training to select. I always just select hitt. Hoping that’s close enough.

Can’t log in. Tells me my username and password aren’t correct and to check if I am connected to the internet. I am logged in on the website and have changed my password. It will not work.

No longer working. My exercise HR registers low. Sometimes disappears altogether. Replaced battery too. Frustrating.

Junk. No matter what I did, I could not get this thing to monitor my heartbeat. It wouldn’t monitor my wife’s heartbeat either. Mind you, this is the second one I tried. The first one kept not getting connected to my iPhone, the newer one that arrived today would get connected to my iPhone, but no matter what I did it would not monitor my heartbeat nor my wife’s. I am fully disgusted with it.

User. Doesn’t readily sync with Bluetooth
- ★★★★★slow performance and long loading times
Needs numerous updates. 1. They need to have “live activities” like other running apps (Nike Run Club) that show your time, pace, and HR on your locked Home Screen. Right now, you have to unlock your phone to see your HR or pace. (Or run with the app open). 2. They should have ability to choose a running pace target, then voice prompt you when you’re too fast or too slow. 3. There should be a HR goal you can choose for a workout. These are basic things that they could easily put on their app.

Disappointing. Unable to get the app to pair with H10 transmitter. The transmitter connects to other devices without a problem.

Cash grab. Classic immoral company. Software is limited unless you purchase a second piece of hardware. Example bought a HR sensor… assuming I’d be able to set custom zones for Zone 2 exercise… the app will not let you perform this simple task unless you buy a polar watch… says a lot about the morals of this company
- ★★★★★a needed feature is missing
Useless. All it does is show an endless video montage. No option to cancel or get to the main app. Seems like they didn’t even test the very first step of the app.

Terrible pairing. It takes me at least 45 minutes to get my app to connect to my H10 heart rate sensor every time I use it, if I can get it to connect at all. I have followed all of the help instructions online. I’ve reset it, made sure I had the latest update, use conductive gel, pair through the app and not the Bluetooth settings on my phone etc. On the off chance I can get it to connect it is a great app, but is so terribly inconsistent with pairing that it’s not worth the money or frustration
- ★★★★★crashes, freezes and errors
Disappointing. I have two H 10 Polar heart rate monitors that both stopped working today 1/15/2026. I have one for each of my homes. Either the App or my iPhone is having issues that no one seems to be working on.

It doesn’t connect to H10. Right now it’s horrible

Please Read before you make any purchases and download the app.. This app completely frustrates me; it's honestly ridiculous. I don’t even leave reviews, but this had to be done. It makes me feel like I wasted $100 just because I wanted to use accurate heart rate training for running. I downloaded Polar Flow, which connects to my heart rate sensor perfectly, but I need to use Polar Beat because that is the only app available for my Apple Watch. This wouldn’t be an issue if Polar Beat didn’t keep failing to connect to my sensor and crashing. Constantly unpairs, making running while monitoring your heart rate a possibility if it feels like it. And sometimes I can't even start a run if I click on the run button on my watch. Another concern I noticed is the lack of a Lock Screen widget to show heart rate and distance? I've read reviews, and it looks like there aren’t any developments to the app UI. Don’t waste your time or money. If your goal is to monitor your heart rate while training, save your money and go elsewhere, trust me. You’ll just end up irritated, an app that sucks, and $100 plus dollars down the drain.

Pairing. My H10 pairs with my phone, an iPhone. However, every time I try to use the App, there is no pairing to the App even though in settings it is showing a pairing. Only fix is delete App and re-download.
- ★★★★★crashes, freezes and errors
Terrible user experience. Too many apps, too complicated, sessions don’t sync, H10 not working without a phone

Really sucks. Impossible to connect to heart monitor. So stupid
- ★★★★★a needed feature is missing
Not needed / would not pair. Had to sign up for an account check five boxes to sign away my data, ultimately the app couldn’t pair with the sensor. Had to ask ChatGPT to find out that the H10 can pair directly to the Apple Watch Ultra by pairing it in Bluetooth, and the polar apps aren’t needed unless you need a firmware update. A super frustrating half hour of homework and antics to find out that the sensor actually works the way I hoped. So I’m going to keep the H10 polar heart rate sensor, but deleted the apps. <Whew>

Stopped working months ago. Doesn’t always accurately read heart rate. Never records distance correctly. Expensive turd.

Connection. Will not connect your heartbeat. Maybe every 10 times I try
- ★★★★★slow performance and long loading times
Unreliable data, poor product support.. I’m very disappointed with my H10 unit. Unreliable; none of the recommendations solved the problems. Very slow responses from customer support. I obviously need to research competitors. I need reliable data and training records.

Polar 10 sensor frequent problems connecting. I’ve had multiple HR sensors over the last 30 years and the H10 has given the most trouble connecting. I’ve cleaned the strap, installed new batteries, sent the sensor back for repair on my own dollar and still get intermittent connections. I keep a Cateye available for whenever the polar fails. I’ll never buy one again and may throw this one in the trash.

Poor features. GPS wouldn’t connect, clunky operation from Apple Watch
- ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific
Not intuitive. Doesn’t work well with iphone. Competes with iphone for bluetooth connection with polar device. Not even well integrated with polar flow app.

Glitching. Not iOS compatible

Terrible. Throwing this in the garbage . App is terrible. It won’t connect so I can’t see my heart rate
- ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific
Useless. Doesn’t connect. Makes it pretty useless.
