   5-21 - still no resolution. Customer service won’t respond or assist with app issues.. Purchased lifetime option, app began to have issues and the only fix is a refund. This is a classic bait and switch, company won’t help or assist when there are issues. Now they don’t offer the lifetime membership so by refusing to help they don’t have to honor the lifetime purchase. Not able to access previous meeting notes or audio for the last six months. I have been trying for two months to resolve and no response but a refund. Totally unacceptable

   Took My Money and Ignored My Emails. I purchased a lifetime membership for AI Note Taker, and this has turned into a completely unacceptable experience. The app no longer recognizes my lifetime membership, and despite trying to restore my purchase multiple times, I still cannot access what I paid for. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, attempted the restore process repeatedly, and nothing has worked. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of customer support. I have emailed the company three separate times asking for help, and not once have they responded. When a company is willing to take your money for a lifetime membership but cannot be bothered to provide basic support when something goes wrong, that raises serious concerns. At this point, I’m left wondering whether I’ve simply been scammed out of my money. Paying customers should not have to chase down access to a product they already purchased, especially when the company offers no communication or accountability. Extremely disappointing.

   Great when it works. When it works properly it’s a good app but I have now lost two long meeting recordings as the app tried to create the transcript and notes. Not sure if I can trust the app now for critical meetings.

   Life time subscription. I purchased the lifetime subscription and I’ve had this subscription for a year and now I can’t access my account. I’ve emailed and they haven’t responded back.

   Lifetime Purchase Access Not Honored (titled Premium at Purchase). Do not purchase this app. I purchased a lifetime (non-consumable) “Premium” upgrade for this app on Jan. 15, 2025. After later updates, the app started glitching and crashing and now no longer recognizes or restores that lifetime purchase. The developer, Evolly, has since removed references to lifetime access on the app and now offers “Premium” as an annual subscription, even though my original purchase, also titled Premium, was a lifetime purchase, not a subscription. I contacted the developer twice via email for support, but my lifetime access was not restored. I also contacted Apple Support (whom the developer said I had to contact for refund requests), however Apple treated the issue as a subscription renewal dispute and refused to refund me. Instead they tried to convince me to issue a chargeback on my credit card as a last resort. I did not take that option. Summary: the developer violates Apples Guidelines (2.3.1) without repercussions and the customer is refused a refund.

   Does not work. I got a year long subscription but since December it does not work. Every time I try to open the app after a few seconds it closes up.

    Expensive. It’s a great app. I just don’t understand why it’s eight dollars a week… that’s just insane! There’s a ton of other apps that do exactly what this one does that are not this expensive so I’m off to go use those instead.

    Do not buy this product. This is probably the worst AI product for notetaking so don’t waste your money. It won’t give you a full transcript and the summaries are terrible. You will have to write the whole thing yourself so don’t waste your money or your time.

    Does not work for me. Does not work well for me. Dictation translation was terrible. More than the occasional error. There were errors in almost every sentence. I dictated a long note. I spent a long time correcting the numerous errors. Then the app did not save it.

    Transcript do not work. Don’t buy this app Record audio fine but does not do transcript well .. many times just a bunch of a single word repetitive over and over. Too expensive for this type of errors. More than $100! Scam

    Great but it does not transcribe the whole meeting! 💔. This is great tool if actually work. I paid for it and it only did 8 min from the entire meeting (1:30min) 😭

    YouTube Videos. I wanted to take notes on YouTube videos so I can read them as it works better for me but this app doesn’t work at all. It failed in several videos. I cancelled it immediately!!!

    Scam App. Downloaded app and tested it out using 7 day free trial. Within an hour of signing up I realized it was trash so I immediately cancelled my subscription via iCloud. A few days later I received a email receipt from Apple confirming my purchase. DESPITE CANCELLING SUBSCRIPTION WITHIN AN HOUR OF DOWNLOADING AND WHILE USING A FREE TRIAL…they came back days later and charged me for a “subscription”.
