   Where is SUPPORT?!?. Purchased Noteshelf Plus. Backup export succeeds but restore/import does not work on Mac or iPad. Support requests have gone unanswered for a year from app and website. Backup files contain valid data but cannot be restored.

   STUPIDITY OF THE APP. Sucks a lot! I was playing the game and the game was so boring that I threw up in the air cause I was scared to do it on the ground. You can see how much I hate it and I don’t want it anymore because it is so annoying and annoying and annoying and annoying and annoying.    I don’t want to pay!. The ads make this game look so fun and easy,but it isn’t! You have to pay or do the free trial or you can’t do anything!Not everyone has money to waste on games and shows.I rather buy something I actually need.If you show that you don’t have to pay in the ads you shouldn’t have to pay at all!This is why I really don’t recommend getting the app.

   Absolute Scam.. The app's pricing structure is nothing more than a blatant cash grab. I have the same app on my Android devices and it was a flat fee to purchase the full product. The same use to be offered on iOS, but they removed it in favor of a subscription model. The subscription pricing is extortionate. They are charging $7.99 PER WEEK!!! Are you actually joking. I have used this app extensively and can unequivocally say it has never been worth that price. Shameful behavior. These developers disgust me. Do not use this app.

    Premium. In the ad this looks like an amazing app, the perfect digital planner. But when you download it, the digital planner, the lifestyle tracker, any cute template, only comes with premium.

    annotatations disappear. When making a notation on a large PDF file, comma annotations made on a page with a yellow background, simply disappear. You can still see the annotations on the thumb view panel, but they are not present on the page being edited. Hours of work have been lost. Will changed to another notetaking program.

    Potentially great app, but I’ll never know.. 7.99 per week is a poor value option compared to what’s out there with comparable apps. I’ll wait till they offer something of better value. If they don’t, they miss out on a bunch of potential customers that will delete the install as soon as they see the pricing option.

    Charged even though cancelled within trial period. Do not download!! I was charged the day of the trial instead of after the trial period. I had to request a refund when it was cancelled!

    Can put small or draw anything. so when i got the app i was expecting a cool folder or something to take notes . The app is more terrible than temu. i dont recommend using this at any point

    Awful!. An absolute nightmare and full of spam from other users posting content in the templates. Including copyrighted books etc as “Notebooks”. I signed up for a free trial it kept crashing and losing the notebook and template i was trying to create. I would make a change, close out the app and then come back and it would be gone. The notebooks in creation kept getting jumbled up and the “system” is just a nightmare to set up properly. This app is just for kids to spam each other with their “diary entries” and “self published books” in the templates area. Then Trying to unsubscribe was impossible with the app crashing. I kept trying to unsubscribe through the direct apple app as well but it kept treating the app like it was still a free trial and i had to wait? Until when? Oh until the charged me $43.99 for their app that was unusable and not at all meant for actual notes and research keeping. Do not do it. There are plenty of other FREE apps out there. This is just a pretty skin on a MySpace emulation. Awful. REFUND MY MONEY! REFUND MY MONEY! Your app is terrible and definitely not worth $43.99 or a year of more of it. REFUND MY MONEY.

    Can’t even open app. I just got this app on my I pad. I can’t even open the up. I scroll down and can’t type the get started button and it’s really frustrating and annoying and if I can’t figure this out I’m deleting this app. Idk if it’s me or the app but if it’s the app plz fix this!

    What’s Happened?!. Where’s the locking capability? I can’t find anything for 3, only for 2. No Face ID capability for 3 either. I don’t see ANY reason to have updated. Just a few more templates.

    Almost the best app in the App Store! But…. For me, Noteshelf is a quasi-perfect app. It would be one of the best apps in the App Store if it had a reliable exporting function. I have already reported this to the developer but, despite the many decorative updates, this issue remains unsolved. You can build the perfect note in the app. If you need to share it with someone, you will regret the experience. The pdf output is completely different from what the user sees within the app. The lines are completely ackward, misconfigured, and sometimes embarrassing to share. And it is perfectly replicable: install the app, open the “Getting Started” note, export all pages as pdf, and voila! The problem is there! The first page is an image, but from the second on the notes are real handwritten notes. Get the pdf and compare with what you see on your screen within the app. The result is completely different. The pencil exported line does not even remind of a pencil draw. The fountain pen is perfect on screen but, when exported, it is horrible. If the line width is to narrow, the output is hard to read. If the pressure sensitivity is turned on, the lines drawn get even worse. As a college student, I frequently need to share my notes and turn in hard copies of my studies, problem sets, and so on. But, with Noteshelf, what you see on screen is not what you get on the output file. At least for me this is a deal breaker. If you need to share your notes for any reason, be aware that the pdf output will not be what you are seeing within the app. I like Noteshelf so much for many reasons that I even bought the year subscription. But the first time I needed to print a problem set to turn it in for an assignment, I uninstalled the app and moved to Notability. The moment they get this fixed, I will move away from Notability and get back to Noteshelf. However, as long as this basic feature is misdeveloped, I recommend others to stay away from Noteshelf if you need to share your notes with somebody else or make hard copies of them.
