Took away my plus version I paid for.. I paid for the plus version but it got taken away. What happened? Why do I only have the free version now? Sometimes when it would update I would have to go & restore my upgrade purchase but that is not available anymore. I paid for the plus version & now I don’t have it anymore.

Keeps deleting stuff. I use this app to write school notes but it keeps glitching and deletes entire pages. I can’t trust this app anymore because I don’t know if it will delete more pages. Honestly, I want my money back.

Bought the Inkflow Plus, now off. Can't get it to load on my account or my iPad were originally installed it. Basically been stolen 10$. For those who still have it working, enjoy it while it lasts. Truly nice app, but I have been gutted from it.

No eraser on the free version🤦‍♀️🤦‍♂️. This app only gives you the option to erase if you buy the upgrade. You can draw in black ink on the free version... that’s it. The notes feature on the iPad has more capability than that. Deleting this app.

Sorry I bothered. This is totally user unfriendly. I am a long time user of all things art/photo and can pretty much figure out new apps. this program is just frustrating. No way to delete a page in a book that I can find. I give up. Will be deleting

Used to be a great app. This app used to be easy to use, but after the last update I lost all my saved info and am being prompted to upgrade, even though i had already purchased the upgrade. The controls are now frustrating and none of the functions I enjoyed are there any more. Save your time and find something else.

No eraser, really?. This app is ok, except there is no eraser tool. These greedy developers literally want you to pay $7.99 for the premium version to get an eraser. There are better note apps on the market that offer more tools for free.

Beware!!!. If you are using the scrapbook to actually scrapbook, please be aware that there is no way to save your work to an outside source. I used this every day for four weeks during a vacation to scrapbook each day; then I tried to export the scrapbook and nothing worked-- every time I exported to PDF it only gave me half of a page! I tried to print it and it wouldn't work either. About a month later my iPhone died when I tried to restore from backup this app did not restore any of the previous work within the app. I LOST EVERYTHING!!!

Boring!. This has to be the worst app on the market. And now they made a 'Plus' version that you have to pay $7.99 for?? WHY? It has so little to offer, and NO tools. You can get better FREE apps that actually have tools you can use! Useless.

Terrible preview app. This app is terrible. I cannot find the in app purchase to upgrade to the real one. I cannot find almost any of the settings. The gear icon brings up very limited options. This app does not let you see any of the pens except something very basic that is horrible. And I am not at all convinced that it is worth eight dollars for the regular version based on the difficulty to use this version. Surely they could've come up with a way to let you drive or features and not save things or something like that. Instead the app is so crippled that I cannot imagine actually being good.

Don't buy for iPhone. I really was excited when I saw their marketing. Silly me. I even did the in-app purchase,before I really started using the product. Oops. Speaking only as an iPhone user, I give them an "F" for product design and user testing. It's pretty much impossible to use on my iPhone. It won't zoom out beyond 1:1, which means you can only finger-write two or three words per line in portrait mode. You can't even see the full width of your page at one time. The pages themselves are short, almost square, so you can get very few words on a page. I know you're supposed to be able to shrink text, but it can't be done on your iPhone. Because you can't see the full width of the page, you can't select all your words with the awkward, counter-intuitive selection tool to do the shrink. Do not be fooled by their nice graphics here in the app store, these guys are in desperate need of an interaction designer and some user testing.

Can't Work on Landscape Paper / Absent Customer Service. Upgraded to Plus through the free app. $7.99 Good features, except for one critical miss. Can only work on paper in portrait mode. Website asks for feedback through feedback link or Twitter. No reply from Twitter and Feedback form results in Server Error. Buyer Beware!

CRAPPIEST APP EVER. Completely shut down and deleted all of the notes I did. I have a test tomorrow but who cares because I lost all of my notes. Thanks a lot. Deserves 0 stars.
