   Scam!. This is a scam app. Please don't be fooled by its high rating! I tried to try the free version, but they charged me for a year, and when I contacted them by email to refund my money, they wouldn't do it. Even Apple support didn't do anything! This app doesn't recognize all languages ​​and can only detect a few major languages. Even the app's support website is not secure and gives you a security warning before you log in! I don't know why Apple is so irresponsible that they don't even look into it in the first place, and they don't even care if this app is safe or not!

   Not accurate. My experience w this app is that not accurate in transcribing voice is small group settings, and made so many errors that I stopped using it. When renewal came up I canceled my subscription but was still charged for 1 addition week. Too expensive for low performance. I hope they will honor my refund request.

    Apple notes does a better job. Title says it all, perhaps I’m not speaking clearly but the voice recorder in Apple notes does a better job of knowing what is said

    Cannot upload multiple audios. Cannot upload multiple audios at once, every time I tried to upload the copy share link it kept saying, please provide the share link, even though that’s the link I was providing it did not accurately transcribe the few videos I was able to upload into it. I’m not impressed.

    Not user-friendly. I tried to record on one device and transfer it to from my iPad to my iPhone. You can’t do it. It’s either one or the other and I don’t like that. Is there anyway that you can do that? This will make a difference whether or not I keep it after my three days trial.

    They Collect the Content You Create!. I downloaded this app but once I read their privacy policy immediately deleted it. They collect data on you. Part of the data they collect is the content you create using the app. If you talk about other people, the app is now collecting their information, too. Don’t use it
