   Need Widgets. How are there no widgets for this app on iPhone? I’ve had the app for years and on android it was super easy to add a note to my home page for a grocery list or to-do list. I should be able to do the same exact thing using this app by just adding a widget without having to do work around or using other apps

   Still messed up. The app is still not syncing to iCloud, although if you read the app description it clearly says, “it syncs with iCloud so you never lose a note.” That is false advertising! And, I still can’t change the font colors. So the only way to see the menu options within the notes is to make every note black. 🤬 Fix it!! Update 2/28/26: I’ve decided to uninstall this app. Not gonna use it anymore until it will sync with iCloud again and app support is easy to contact. Not everyone has Facebook. 🤬

   App Inote. Me está dando problemas el app Inote que derrepente ya no me aparecieron todas las notas que tenía guardadas y cuando voy a ajustes del app me dice que: La sincronización de ICloud se ha discontinuado con el IPhone que puedo hacer que necesito todas las notas que había guardado por los datos de las notas bueno eso es todo y gracias de antemano P.D. La verdad me gustaba el app de Inote por guardaba muchas notas pero ahora estoy decepcionado con el app

   Devastated. I have used this app for years through many phone upgrades as a password keeper then just personal notes. After the latest IOS update I lost ALL of them and I am talking family stories and info I can never recover. Under bad advice I deleted then added app again and after that a fix was in place, unfortunately everything is gone and it restores to nothing. I can see it in my cloud and I don’t know how to get that back. This is made my life actually much more difficult and I will never trust an app for this kind of information again. I sent a message to the developer, but have not heard anything back.

   Worked until it didn’t. I lost eight years of notes when the app stopped working with the last iphone update. I had everything backed up, but none of the backups are retrievable. The customer support link stopped working and they are no longer responding to inquiries. Pretty shocking this could even happen. Pretty devastating too.

   The idea is good but the support is not. I have used this app for years to keep lists of very important information and recently it crashed. I had backups. And suddenly the app wouldn’t even open. No access to anything! What are we always told to do when an app stops working? Delete, recycle, reinstall. That’s exactly what I did. Still didn’t work. So I went looking for support. Non existent. They put a post on their Facebook page saying don’t delete the app we are coming out with a new update in a couple of days. Ok but what about the hundreds of us that already deleted the app because that’s what we are always Tod to do and there wasn’t any other information published? All comments are shut off, there’s no phone number so I sent a message via. Messenger only to have that ignored as well. Thanks for the not so great support United and thanks for the loss of all my information. Unless you can help me recover my information I will not be using your apps ever again or recommending any of them ever again. You dropped the ball.

   Update killed it. I used this all the time for all my passwords and lists. With the most recent update, it wouldn’t open so I uninstalled them reinstalled it. It opened but all my passwords were gone and no way to sync with the cloud to get them back.

   Update deleted ALL my saved notes. The last bug fix update DELETED ALL MY SAVED NOTES! There were irreplaceable notes I needed. So devastated. I guess I will have to find a better notepad.

    Complete Data Loss. The new update on 1/17/26 wiped out all data. Developer will not respond to request for help. Users are devastated!

    App update lost all data. Recent app update caused app to keep crashing. In the past with issues would delete and reinstall since backed up to iCloud and no issues however this time Facebook update stated a day after the update not to delete app which isn’t helpful a day later. Most recent Facebook update shows another update but that one discontinued iCloud backups so I have lost years of data. They disabled commenting on their Facebook posts and don’t reply to messenger since this last update that discontinued iCloud. Not sure why they won’t update users on if iCloud sync will be operable again or at least allow commenting on posts for people to discuss the issue for them to see and know. Was a great app until this issue.

    Do Not Get This App. What a joke! This app updated and didn’t work so way too many of us tried to troubleshoot by deleting and reinstalling it. Now my entire list of notes is gone completely. I’m sick to my stomach. I had medical notes, passwords, lists for all kinds of things that dated back to 2017. How did they not have a server backup?? If I could give this app zero stars I would. Years and years worth of stuff gone and I have no way of getting it back. Absolutely maddening 🤬

    Something changed. I have used iNote for years. Then one day the app wouldn't open for anything. I finally just deleted the app and reinstalled it. Then went to import a backup only to find there were no backups. I know there were backups available in the past. Now I've lost all my notes. Beware if you decide to use this app, you might lose everything.

    No icloud backup. It says it no longer syncs with icloud, I lost everything because I deleted the app to get it to work and now there's nothing there. Worked for years perfectly then went super glitcy.

    Mediocre App, Zero Support from Developer. 1/13/26 update: I found that all of my notes had disappeared when I opened the app today. The developer claims that their recent updates were bug fixes, however now I see the message that iCloud backup is “discontinued” and there is no way to re-enable it. I was able to restore one of my old backups thankfully. Yet another reason to not use this app. Original review: The iNote app is a mediocre notes app with some bugs. It crashes if you try to rearrange a large checklist and at other random times. It can be slow to load. The reminder prompt doesn’t show up when it’s supposed to. My biggest issue is that the import notes feature is awful. You have to email the file to yourself, and hope that it captured everything. It’s difficult to tell if your import actually worked. I thought I had lost years of notes when I switched to a new phone. Thankfully it turned out that one of the auto backups had captured it, which I discovered about a week later. When I contacted the developer about my lost notes, I got no reply. It’s been about a month and I am not expecting one. It was the same when I had another issue with importing notes from a previous phone - iNote duplicated all of my notes (twice) and I had to go through and manually delete all of the duplicates. Again, no response from the developer. They don’t care. Do yourself a favor and get a better app. I would stick with Apple’s notes app exclusively if I were to start again. Sure it doesn’t have color categories, but the backups actually work correctly and it’s not a buggy mess with no support.

    DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. If you value the information you’re storing in this app, DO NOT use it. Their latest update broke the app, and when they made a new update, they quietly forced a setting on to automatically delete your backups, and iCloud sync has been DISCONTINUED. Their Facebook page deleted a ton of comments and concerns and have now turned them off completely. If you are able to secure any backup you had before this fiasco, they are wildly inaccurate and are missing pertinent information that you saved. I’m not sure where to tell you to go to get another app like this one, but whatever you do—do not use this one if you value your information, even in the slightest

    Lost Note. Last update before this one caused the app to not open. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now all of my notes are gone with no way to get them back. I’m disappointed because I kept important notes in there.

    Use NOTION not iNOTES - We Lost ALL our Notes and data recently.. After an iOS update, app crashed and would not open. Normal troubleshooting (delete/reinstall) resulted in loss of notes and backups for many years of having stored data. Many users affected per developer’s own Facebook page. Comments restricted during issue. Trust broken.

    Notes are gone!!. I opened the app tonight and it said I had no notes. All of my notes are gone! I did an update and now the app won’t even open. What the heck?!?!? This is not good. I had years of notes.

    Notes Multiply or Disappear All Together. I had really liked this app, but I’m beginning to change my mind! The last two updates to this app I have had problems with my notes afterwards! After the update yesterday, my notes have totally disappeared. I tried to open the notes from my home screen and it just goes to a blank screen and wipe back to the home screen so it’s like it just crashed and there’s nothing there the time before that my notes disappeared also was able to get them back but that’s not happening this time. I have too much important things in my notes to take the chance of working with this app!! My life is in these notes!! Where are they?

    Unstable - lost data. This app continues to be unstable - refusing to open and losses information stored in the notes. After multiple deleting and reinstalling, finally got it worked two days ago only for the app not to open again on my iPad.

    Terrible. This app is a the absolute worse, I've been using this app for quite some time so I've had years of notes within this wretched thing. I tried to open it today and it wouldn't open. My notes were backed up previously before this problem occurred so I deleted the app and reinstalled it to see if this would rectify the problem. Well I was able to open the app but now EVERYTHING I had within this app is completely gone. I tried to import from icloud and nope nothing. Don't waste your time downloading this.
