   Garbage. Guys from Ukraine, you’ve become greedy. I’m trying to log into my account to unlock the radio I purchased, and I get the error: “This Connection Is Not Private. This website may be impersonating to steal your personal or financial information.” What used to be a legendary app is now barely known because the developers wanted too much money. Instead of a one-time purchase, you decided to charge absurd subscription fees just to use the equalizer, because nobody needs your buggy and inconvenient cloud service. The only thing that could save your project is offering full functionality with a one-time purchase, while keeping the cloud optional. And if you truly care so much about Ukraine, you could make the app completely free for the Ukrainian App Store during these difficult times for Ukrainians. People would support you with donations anyway. Otherwise, your project is doomed to bankruptcy.

   Carplay Problems. Titles, artists, graphics, and play controls do not show on Carplay screen. I’m using an iPhone 17e on ios 26.3. Any chance of a fix?

   They just collect money. Months later and the same bugs.. I’ve been having a lot of issues syncing with Vox cloud. I canceled and deleted the app almost a year ago, came back and i’m still having issues. I went as far as deleting everything but it’s still not loading music properly. I have to sit in my car waiting for the app to go through zero byte music before it actually plays a song. And that’s if it doesn’t time out and stop all together. Now i have to look at my phone and hit shuffle again for it to continue to go through zero byte music. It’s very frustrating!

   Crazy app, absolutely randomly written by AI. It does play music but adding it to the right place in the UI takes a long time! You drag n drop a file in there and never know where it appears inside this labyrinth of an app. When you re in the car the music is never where you expect it. Like why I can’t just add my track to the album? How do I sort songs by my order, they’re always alphabetical with no other options. Where does it take album background from, it’s always random. When I open the app where are Collections? You can add a song from library to collection but where is it? When you magically get to collection how to add songs to it? Why on Earth, just why it displays same art of songs accidentally have same album name? Why when I add songs to collections I can’t see collection names because there’s Play Next list on top that cannot be cleared. This software was written by AI.

   cannot even open local files. this is the worst app i ever downloaded- it cannot open a single file on my iphone - the whole reason i downloaded it. it wants you to use a cloud, bad design. most important design feature would be opening a local file.

   Songs don't play. Bad app, has bugs, some songs don't play, although other apps have no playback issues. No lifetime license, which is a minus for me.

   Don’t waste your money!. I’ve uploaded over 100 full MP3 albums to this app and only one track from each album shows up in the app. I watched them get uploaded to the cloud server on my desktop. Where did the rest of the tracks disappear to? Also the Windows and OSX download links are dead. Pure Junk.

   Doesn't even work. Most songs play for about 30 seconds before the app just crashes entirely. Riddled with bugs that make it unusable. Often times you are unable to pause or scrub through songs. Switching songs too quickly immediately crashes the app. However I suppose it is my fault for believing that a small 3rd party app could seamlessly sync and stream my SoundCloud library.

    Not worth the price.. Amazing that this is a Paid Service. The service is lacking features. Play back often plays two tracks at the same time, causing you to close and restart the app. Upload typically errors about 20% of the songs. Customer support is inexistent and have yet to receive any support for my issues. Big mistake

    Bait and switch - downgraded audio. Researching Vox, the app was supposed to let you change the format for hi-res audio features. Specifically, increase the audio format if you are using an external DAC. After downloading, the feature wasn’t available unless I purchased a subscription. I processed the subscription, went to the settings to change. Basic iPhone for my music on the phone speakers is at 48kHz but when I connected it to my DAC, Vox saw my device and downgraded it to 44.1kHz and wouldn’t let me change it. My DAC can handle up to 384kHz. So, I’ve requested a refund.

    Warning!. Once the best player, it has turned into a stinking dump. The basic functionality became paid at a high cost. Moreover, the app now includes numerous tracking modules that collect users' personal data, which is then sold to other companies. P.S.: Do not disgrace Ukraine. Remove any mentions that you are associated with Ukraine.

    Can’t add MP3s that are stored on my iPad’s local drive. Can’t add MP3s that are stored on my iPad’s local drive. I don’t want to create an account and sign up for your cloud thing, I just want to make a playlist from files already stored on my device, then play them. This is the absolute most basic function of a media player. If it can’t do this, it is useless to me.

    Lost Data!. hi there, i just install it on fresh iphone and use itunes for transfer my albums. after complete session in first run app just crash then i run it again just loaded with un completed album! some albums just have a 1 song!! i was do it again re-install app and this happend again idk why it crash after first run? hope you fix it soon. ios 16.7.7

    What the actual @$%#. Just wrote a 3 star review 30 seconds ago and now it’s gone. Came back to change to 2, but now it’s 1. The 3 was because the app says it has an EQUALIZER. It does not. Then 2 stars. It says it has CLOUD STORAGE. It does not. Now at 1 because somehow the first review was deleted. Thinking I’ll just delete the app and continue using VLC. Never had a problem with them.

    2.9.1 worst version yet. When in the locked screen it plays just 2 songs (the one playing and 1 after) and the it goes crazy jumping 4 songs and stopping. It started a few versions ago, then only on new additions to the library, but now even for the ones that used to play ok. Contacted support through their site (found out the issue is common for other users) but no fix as of yet.

    Zero Support for Paid Subscription. A zombie app. Paid for an annual subscription, couldn’t access premium features, reached out to “Support.” A week later, haven’t heard back. One of those apps that keeps charging big $$$ when nobody’s around to service subscribers. Don’t get taken!

    Crashes. This app would be great if it didn’t continuously crash every time I try to play a song. I can get halfway through, then it closes. Just buggy all around — a lot of potential here that’s just squandered. Very unfortunate

    No Sonos, SMB support. I want a music player that indexes an SMB source into a nicely organized music library with artist/album art that lets me quickly browse and cast to my Sonos system directly or via AirPlay. Or, organize the Sonos library like I want it. I don’t like the Sonos app, which takes multiple taps to get to my album list, and only sorts by album title — nobody has ever sorted their music collection this way — rather than artist/year or artist/title; it doesn’t cache album art, as though changing album art is something you do so frequently that it requires refreshing on every visit. After trying about a dozen apps, this doesn’t appear to be a thing that exists. But that’s not the reason for the 1-star rating. Despite the description, there’s no Sonos support, or at least nothing in the settings that indicates you can connect to Sonos. If it had any degree of Sonos support, I’d have just skipped rating it.

    Pro subscription doesn’t work. Pro does not unlock in app iOS app, desktop. Customer Support has not gotten back to me in about a week. If you are thinking about updating to pro - don’t. It doesn’t work. I really want it to! I want to leave Spotify and start building my own library.

    Radio does not work on iPhone. I've written to the developer twice now and have gotten no response. I paid for premium but only have access to all the radio stations on my desktop computer. My phone still tells me to upgrade to premium when I go to the radio page. I already paid for premium! I will gladly change this review to a positive one when this is fixed.

    Been a VOX user for over 5 years. But…. I’ve been a paying VOX user since the beginning. I’ve religiously paid for their subscription since 2016, including when the price changed, because they were the only ones who had a music player that did lossless Flac with my library in the cloud. Fast forward to 2 months ago. Suddenly the library won’t sync. Contacted support, no reply. I love the app, but would love to be able to use what I pay for too. Come on guys, this just isn’t fair.

    What’s going on w/ the cloud site?. It’s been down for a week and no explanation from the developers. You guys took your loyal subscribers money.. this isn’t the appropriate way to do business.
